26/08/2024: Good sushi, no doubt about that. Sitting outside in the shade enjoying the city and the blue sky makes it even better.

11/01/2025: I wasn't expecting anything and I'm still disappointed, I just gave my whole family a case of gastro, hair in my kebab, dust in the plate where the fries are placed and also soaked in oil, horrible! Go your way 🤢🤢🤢

20/12/2024: Cuisine can only be judged by breakfast. Disappointed with how little is offered for a 4 star. Others do much better in terms of choice Then disappointed to have been fired like trash. A person in a weak situation noted by the team following the wheelchair that we had, access to the room was blocked without considering the risks that this could cause for this person left alone in the room. . Take possession of the room at 3 p.m. with obligation to vacate it before 12 p.m. In other words, we actually pay for 3 days of room but only stay there for two days. 3 days as paid would have given arrival at 3 p.m. departure at 3 p.m. not before 12 p.m. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Otherwise overall a good stay. Additional service: sauna hammam swimming pool. Perfect !!!

18/12/2024: Received with a smile. The waitress honestly let us choose our place. We enjoyed the dish of the day. Fresh and in quantity. Without much culinary pretension but frankly good! Nice place in summer but nice in winter. When visiting “little France”, honestly think about it.

16/12/2024: Very good, cozy little restaurant with good food. Very warm welcome from the waitress with good advice on places to visit. I highly recommend it 👍

28/08/2024: 1 étoile car 0 n’est pas possible. Certes nous ne voulions que boire un verre mais quand on accepte des clients ce n’est pas pour les virer comme des malpropres 20 minutes après. Trois fois à venir voir si ma canette était vide ou pas en la prenant à pleine mains (sachant que je n’ai même pas eu de verre) pour finir par nous dire « c’est bon vous avez fini il faut s’en aller »… Si les clients vous gênent changez de métier!

07/08/2024: Délicieux ! Un ami me l'a conseillé et c'est vraiment bon les serveurs sont agréables vraiment bien !Le menu est assez varié (turc, grillades, tacos, kebab etc.. )

20/09/2024: I only had cocktails there, but they were wonderful and reasonably priced. If you can get a table outside on the square and just watch people, you are guaranteed a great time.

28/09/2024: Order placed a week ago for more than €3000 from a sales consultant with delivery, seller who checked my address in store and did not inform me of any error that day... Confirmation email indicating that my order has been processed. On the day of delivery I am called to "check my address" and I am informed that the carrier does not deliver to my address following a postal code error on my Ikea family card....I do not see the report, given that the order form clearly specifies my delivery commune (7km from Ikea, a well-served and well-known Strasbourg commune). I was asked to cancel my delivery and return to the store to start all over again. Obviously no one had taken the time to check my address before delivery. It's a shame because it was a big order for my family.... To flee....

26/09/2024: Good morning, As a loyal customer of the IKEA brand, whose products I have enjoyed for years, I recently contacted the after-sales service of the IKEA store in Strasbourg regarding an oil maker whose cap did not open. When I explained my problem to Ms. Khadja, the customer service advisor, her first reaction was to tell me: "You need to clean this oil maker before bringing it back, I can't do it that way." I then told him that I had not been able to clean it inside because the cap did not open, but that the outside of the product was clean. Following my response, she informed me that she could not find this purchase in my IKEA Family account and therefore could not do anything. She then sent us away without any attempt to resolve the problem, with a rude attitude which I believe does not reflect IKEA's customer policy. My questions are: 1. Is it IKEA's customer policy to deal disrespectfully with a customer who returns a kitchen product (with a clean exterior, and which only contains olive oil) inside) saying, "What is that, you brought it back without washing it?", which shows a clear lack of training and courtesy? 2. How come this advisor was not able to find my invoice, even though I was able to access my purchase history on my customer account and provide her with a screenshot? As a customer who has shopped in various countries, I am familiar with IKEA's customer service policy, and I know that is not how you treat your customers. 04/12/2024: We stumbled into this place slightly off the beaten path, and I'm so very glad that we did. The staff was great, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was adorable and cozy. If you're looking for some Italian food while you're here, you can't go wrong!

05/12/2024: Since the change of staff, it has become a bit of a factory. The dishes are always good but I had to wait for the third salmon so that it was not dry. Furthermore, the person at the wok would have to be changed. He's not welcoming, doesn't ask for the sauce and frankly, if you reserve several times at the wok he looks at you with a really unflattering look and even complains. I would come back because the sushi and other specialties are very good. Old team please come back!

03/12/2024: Buffet quite small for my taste. Not a very warm welcome, plus I didn't know this principle of having to get your own drink from the bar. Very lazy bar staff who do not pay attention to customers arriving for their drink and continue to clean a machine. Very very cold room, we kept our hat and scarf... Bland dish, not very good... On the other hand, good idea to include the drink in the meal plan. Too bad we won't be coming back.
