15/02/2026: A superb restaurant in terms of cuisine, service (thank you, owner, for the warm welcome and kindness), and the setting itself, which reminded us of the taverns of yesteryear that we never experienced. Go there if you value authenticity more than superficiality and unnecessary frills. Thank you again.

14/02/2026: Just steps from the Constantine baths, this is a place to recommend as warmly as the welcome we received. The cuisine boasts southern colours and flavours, and is served in generous portions.

05/12/2025: I admit I'm a bit biased, so for me, everything about the Camargue is extraordinary. Les Salicornes, however, has won my heart: immersed in the typical nature, near the bulls and pink flamingos, it offers an outdoor setting where you can cool off on hot summer days. For me, there's only one dish: the Grand Salad de chevre chaud, the best I've ever had in all of France. The owners are a bit like us Bergamo natives, seemingly reserved and gruff, but in reality they are extremely friendly and generous. For us, they're a must-visit, also because after lunch (closed on Mondays and in the evenings), you can easily reach many tourist destinations.

27/12/2025: The best bull rib steak I've ever tasted. The meat was incredibly flavorful and as tender as a beef tenderloin. It came from a local farm. Kudos for supporting local producers! Even though the side dish was rather simple (rice or fries), the tenderness and flavor of the meat more than made up for the somewhat lackluster accompaniment.

28/08/2025: The atmosphere is nice and the staff was fine – but that’s about it. The French beef entrecôte, advertised as tender, came out flat, chewy and tough like a shoe sole. Ordered medium rare, served completely overcooked and dry. The burger was decent, the only thing worth eating. Chicken wings tasted like they came straight from a wholesale freezer, fried without any seasoning or marinade. Desserts and sundaes were tiny – you have to search the glass to find them. For a big chain, very disappointing. Poor value for money.

20/10/2025: Both the foie de gras and the Simmental were almost perfect. The Angus cheese was also excellent, according to my companions, and the burgers were also apparently excellent. Tiramisu was optional, not mandatory, and a bit unusual. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. I'd happily return and definitely recommend it.

14/10/2025: Warm welcome and efficient service. The pizzas and meats were good. Small but adequate menu, good selection of craft beers. We dined there two nights in a row.

06/10/2025: Delicious wood-fired pizzas made with organic ingredients, good white wine, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. And all at a very reasonable price...

06/11/2025: The open wood-fired oven provided both ambiance and welcome warmth on a stormy autumn evening. The head of the family enjoyed a lively chat, and the daughter was attentive to the welcome and service. The atmosphere was good. The pizzas were less than stellar. They were well-baked but lacked spice, and the Emmental made them heavier than necessary.

02/02/2026: I went to this little bar on Place du Forum twice for lunch. Each time I chose the daily special. The first time it was excellent (fried sausages). The second time it was quite good. The service varies depending on the person, from very friendly to a bit reserved. I can live with that. Sitting on the terrace in the sun during those cold early January days was heavenly, especially since I was clearly sheltered from the wind.

10/09/2025: We came unexpectedly and there's nothing to say. Friendly team, quality service and very fast, I highly recommend. Quality cuisine, special mention for the fish of the day that a young waiter recommended to me. To do again if I'm in the area again

27/08/2025: We came to check the menu, we didn't ask anyone anything, a waiter approached us and asked: do they speak French or English here? What is this social case approach, honestly? So we left.
