Over the years, I've always found a warm welcome, a professional team, and a pleasant atmosphere. Today, I had the immense pleasure of organizing my own daughter's christening here, a very important moment for our family. Everything was perfectly orchestrated: the organization, the service, and the team's availability all contributed greatly to making this day an unforgettable memory. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. It's a true joy to see that a place that was part of my childhood continues to host precious moments in my family life. I recommend this establishment without the slightest hesitation!

10/06/2026: From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the place. We were welcomed by Guillaume, the owner's son, who was completely dedicated to our various requests. After settling into our spotless and spacious room with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress, he invited us to enjoy a homemade aperitif, featuring a tasting of several local products, including bull chorizo ​​and exceptional Camargue oysters. Next, we savored sangre, cooked to perfection over the wood fire in the enormous fireplace, and delicious cheeses, finishing with a caramel flan made with eggs from the estate. A pure delight. After a stroll through the magnificent grounds, we spent a peaceful night. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this most pleasant and authentic place. Nestled within the ancient castle walls, the property offers a truly unique atmosphere: you feel as if you've stepped back in time, immersed in history, charm, and tranquility. The rooms are immaculate, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. You immediately feel at home, enveloped by the stone, the silence, and a breathtaking view. The food was simply perfect: delicious dishes prepared with local ingredients, served with meticulous care and genuine hospitality. Every bite was a delight, every detail carefully considered to make the experience memorable. A huge thank you to Ulrike and her son, who run this place with authentic passion and rare kindness. Their warm welcome, their helpfulness, and their love for this property made the stay even more special. You can tell they put their heart and soul into every action, and that makes all the difference. In short, a splendid, authentic, and refined stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique, immersive, and charming experience. A true gem in the heart of Provence.

27/09/2026: Out of 128 restaurants in Saintes Maries de la Mer, La Grange is a must-try. Fresh, truly local produce, honest cuisine, and quick yet patient service with pleasant and friendly waitresses. I highly recommend it.

25/08/2026: We went to La Siesta to end the week with a couple of friends and had a great evening with a band called What Else who created an amazing atmosphere!!! The waiters were smiling and looked fantastic with their suspenders, in short, a great place to have a good time.

17/09/2026: A wonderful discovery at the restaurant! Very nice place! Friendly welcome! Impeccable service, thank you Méline and her colleague (I don't know her name)! Generous portions! The tapas platter at €34 was generously served. The monkfish with cream and bacon, accompanied by carrots and zucchini, was excellent. I will gladly return!

26/08/2026: We were greeted by two very friendly young saleswomen, and the ice creams were delicious! We especially loved the chestnut and speculoos flavors – they were divine!

12/09/2026: Lukewarm kebab, soggy falafels, and mediocre desserts. The restaurant could use a makeover, and the kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. It's a shame, because the concept was really appealing.

21/08/2026: Super easy and healthy food bowls. The portions are „big“. We had halloumi bowl and a vegan bowl and they were super delicious. Maybe a little bit more salt would have been nice but only if i have to find anything. The seating option is big inside unfortunately outside it is limited. We were able to finde something outside.

30/08/2026: This was our second visit (our first was 8 years ago). It's still just as enjoyable. We went on a 2-hour horseback ride through the entire estate, while the others rode ponies and took a ride on the little train around the grounds. It's an authentic place steeped in family history. The welcome is warm. I highly recommend a visit, and especially the horseback ride, which is nothing like the ones offered by roadside rental companies.

Not being a fan of bullfighting, your explanations and the remarkable natural setting helped me understand the difference between France and Spain regarding your art. Your respect for the animal and its protection opened my eyes to your own respect for animals. I invite those skeptical of your games to come and see the well-being of your animals. Your estate allows us to travel and experience nature in its purest form. Thank you for these excursions (train, horse-drawn carriage, and horseback) that reveal a lush natural environment. 24/08/2026: Excellent value for money. Very good paella. Fast service. I stumbled upon it by chance but have absolutely no regrets. Don't hesitate to eat there.

24/08/2026: The food was delicious. The paella was excellent, and the moules au Roquefort were particularly tasty. It was also quite reasonably priced. We had half a liter of house wine, a bottle of Pierre beer, two coffees, and two main courses, all for €60.
