01/04/2024: réservé sur the fork, déjeuner le lundi de Pâques compliqué, Honfleur que nous connaissons depuis plus de 50 ans, petit port de pêche agréable devenu jackpot à touristes, pas une place de stationnement à moins d'un km! En ce qui concerne l'expérience culinaire, accueil parfait, souriant, deux menus à 55 €, entrée lotte délicieuse, moins conquis par le tartare de veau, magrets de canard traditionnels, mais pas "Rossini", assiette de fromages bien, par contre dessert tout chocolat qui vaut le détour ! Il faudrait aussi indiquer les périodes de service du menu "tout homard", car indisponible !conclusion, bien, mais pas un souvenir inoubliable...

01/04/2024: Lunch taken in this superb address. Very warm welcome, atypical and cozy setting, service perfectly managed by the (supposed) boss, she is super efficient and on all fronts. Nice choice of pancakes and pancakes. Very good cider also. It was excellent, we enjoyed ourselves. With good advice for homemade signature desserts (wink for “grandmother”)! Advice followed and we did not regret it. Thank you again for the nice attention given to sharing pancakes for 2 people. Very good value for money. We highly recommend it! :) Thank you again for your attention to others and your kindness. We will return with eagerness and pleasure during our future visits to Cabourg, that’s for sure!

01/04/2024: A hotel steeped in history, the general decoration as well as that of the rooms are in tune with it. People who appreciate the "French elegance" of the end of the 18th century should not be disoriented. The toile de Jouy adorns the walls of the rooms, the decoration is quite dark and heavy (we would say "sustained"), but it is part of time travel! The staff is very current and worthy of the reputation of the establishment! The services and services are impeccable (Valet/Concierge/Maintenance/.. Small question, why did you put sensors under each Can/Bottle in the Refrigerator? Simply tilt one slightly when taking another and this triggers an invoicing which must be corrected during check out. Which is done without the slightest hesitation or verification, and therefore raises the interest of such a system for those who would like to free themselves from it! The only downside comes from the Casino accessible directly from the hotel, the bottle of Champagne that we ordered was in everyone's opinion undrinkable. The bartender was aware of this and unfortunately had no other wine to offer us, so we paid for it and left it on the table.

01/04/2024: Concerning the room, rather mixed feeling for 5 stars. Excellent quality bedding but missing hairdryer in the bathroom, outdated furniture with a wardrobe with sliding doors that does not slide (forced to force and manipulate to operate the doors in a squeaking noise) threads of dust coming down from the spotlights and holding on the top of the famous wardrobe. On the other hand, an exceptional and delicious breakfast buffet in a setting that is just as delicious. Concierge, valet and reception staff charming and available.

05/04/2024: Great restaurant. For 30 euros a menu with starter, main course and dessert. Lots of choice between the dishes and very tasty and fresh. They will soon open a second restaurant on the same square.

30/04/2024: Restaurant with refined dishes inspired by Thai cuisine, the result is harmonious and delicious. Different menu choices with a first menu priced at €78. Value for money is consistent I recommend for a friendly moment between adults The service was good even if we would have liked an experienced sommelier to explain the choice of wines necessary in this type of semi-gastronomic restaurant.
