07/09/2026: A very nice and delicious place. After a bike ride, I stopped by the water to relax. I had a vegetable quiche, a coffee éclair, and a thin apple tart. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and the price was reasonable.

05/09/2026: Highly recommended for a delicious meal when you are in Cabourg! The menu features truly delicious dishes. We had oysters as a starter and Choucroute de la Mer (their specialty) as a main course. Absolutely delicious! Great service. Very friendly and helpful. Good to know if you also want to dine in the evening sun: they also have a terrace at the back!

24/08/2026: A very funny waiter apologized, saying he didn't have a smaller bill. The ice cream was still delicious, thank you again.

20/08/2026: It's a real shame that La Maison Florin has become so petty, charging 20 cents for an extra wooden spoon to share an ice cream under the pretext of "abuse"... They cost €0.55 for 50 spoons, which is 1.1 cents, and charging 20 cents each? What do you call that? The conviviality of sharing ice cream flavors is no longer in the spirit of this establishment. When the 1-star reviews start pouring in and customers flee, perhaps the owners will change their minds.

19/07/2026: We celebrated a surprise birthday there, but we weren't dressed for the occasion. The welcome was very warm, and the service was excellent. The sommelier put a few drops on the table, but we forgave him. And then, at the end, there was a fireworks display without us even knowing! I had four Balbec menus, including a sole meunière, and the cheese trolley was a delight. It just goes to show you don't need a Michelin star to eat well.

31/08/2026: Hello, we came this Saturday evening. A huge thank you to the waiter for his professionalism and humor!! We had a wonderful time on the last day of our vacation in this charming establishment. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I will gladly return.

30/08/2026: We came in July and weren't disappointed by either the food or the service. So we came back specifically to eat the caramelized pork knuckle, and frankly, we have no regrets. The presentation was excellent, a real treat, and the welcome was just as warm. I sincerely recommend this restaurant; in fact, we're going back to try the charcuterie and cheese board, which is really well-stocked.

14/08/2026: Magnificent restaurant with a sea view! We went there for my boyfriend's birthday and we were absolutely delighted! ✨ Several points: - The manager and his team are very friendly. They work as a team and help each other out: it's a pleasure. - Everyone is attentive to our comfort; the manager/director who greets all the customers is truly lovely. It makes us feel valued and is very heartwarming. 💓 - The service is quick and efficient. The dishes are beautifully presented, generous in my opinion, and above all, delicious. For starters, we chose: - Organic Perfect Egg 🥚 - Gravlax Salmon 🐟 Then for our main courses: - Prepared Tartare 🫒 - Duck Breast 🥩 Everything was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it! 04/07/2026: Very disappointing. The Sex on the Beach cocktails seemed to contain no alcohol at all, and the mojitos had no mint, cane sugar, or lemonade: it's hard to call them real mojitos. Given the prices, you'd expect properly made cocktails. The quality and adherence to the recipes clearly need improvement. I don't recommend it.

25/08/2026: The welcome was awkward, we felt like we were bothering them! The owner and waitress weren't smiling, and the mix of tables—one started clearing one table, then took another's order before finally coming back to clear ours—wasn't great. The waitress even argued with the bartender in front of the other customers, which was a bit much. The argument even spilled into the kitchen. As for the meal, the meat was good, the mussels were average, and the frozen fries were disappointing. And for dessert, a cookie still in its plastic wrapper was brought to the table. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant; it's truly unwelcoming.

22/08/2026: The staff were very cold, immediately asking what you wanted without even giving you a menu, and when you asked for one, you felt like you were bothering them! I ordered a Mojito and got mostly lemonade with sugar, one ice cube, one mint leaf, and two slices of lemon—well, just the peel. I don't recommend it!
