10/12/2025: Parcel service: As usual, the owner greeted us with a smile and kindness. Despite the mountain of parcels, she quickly found the right one; all you needed was the QR code or at least your ID. Furthermore, the opening hours are quite generous for collecting your parcels.

03/02/2026: The hotel is very well located in the city centre, the welcome and service were impeccable, the room was very comfortable, and the chicken with Cantal sauce was tender and tasty :)

02/02/2026: I had already come 2 years ago, very bad memory because the drunk owner with his friends made a mess in the middle of the night... the room was under construction... there were damp patches on the ceiling of the restaurant... etc... 2 years later I am back: the same room in the same state of construction, a tap that doesn't stay on, the TV that doesn't work... bring earplugs and an eye mask if you want to sleep peacefully.

04/11/2025: Well, there was a time when we loved it, but now it's not good. The kebabs are dripping with grease, the meat isn't grilled, the fries are worse than cheap, and as for cleanliness, well, the dining area isn't cleaned, the toilets are as clean as those in a 2000s nightclub, and the service is slow and they can't even be bothered to give you plastic cups... In short, it's neither a good kebab shop nor a good restaurant... It's a shame, times change...

02/02/2026: Extremely disappointed. We used to eat regularly at this restaurant with its beautiful decor, and even though it's a bit pricey, it's good enough to keep coming back. But this time... the perfect egg turned out to be a soft-boiled egg, and the braised beef was so tough you couldn't cut it. Anyway, we went to the till and mentioned it to the person behind the bar who was ringing us up, and... no complimentary coffee, not even a word of apology. He spoke to us as if we were idiots who knew nothing... for him, everything was fine, since he'd been supervising it in the kitchen. So we left, and we won't be going back. Paying a lot for bad food is one thing, but to be treated so condescendingly on top of that... intolerable.

29/01/2026: While passing through Aurillac, we enjoyed the set menu this Wednesday. We were blown away by the pumpkin crème brûlée. The flavors were perfectly balanced between the pumpkin flan and the touch of caramelized sugar. The confit beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Furthermore, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. We highly recommend it if you're ever in the area.
