It's a far cry from the grandeur and quality of yesteryear. Of course, inflation has taken its toll, but there's also been a decline in quality. For example, at the wok buffet, they were serving wilted leek greens, and the restrooms were less clean than before; it's lost its former glory.

The restaurant was completely disorganized, with no management of the service whatsoever.
We waited 30 minutes for drinks, then over an hour and a half for our main course, without any explanation or apology.
The manager was unpleasant, haughty, and utterly unprofessional.
We had to cancel our order and leave after wasting precious time. There was absolutely no respect for the customer.
Avoid at all costs.

18/02/2026: Such a great spot in Marseille if you’re craving Chinese food. The dumplings were fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked—simple but seriously satisfying.
The real highlight for me was the chili oil sauce. The flavor was incredible—spicy, fragrant, and perfectly balanced—and it paired with the dumplings so well that I kept going back for more. That combination alone is worth the visit.
Quick, casual, and delicious. If you love dumplings, this place is a must.

02/03/2026: We waited an hour and a half for our two-course order and were told that this wait time "was normal." Furthermore, our courses were served 30 minutes apart, and we were told this was because the first course was cooking faster. Clearly, there was no anticipation or consideration of preparation times. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't make up for these drawbacks. The service was unpleasant: the table wasn't cleared, and the waitresses did nothing to shorten the wait, which was again treated as normal. It's a shame; we won't be returning.
08/02/2026: I strongly advise against Chinese people going there. They have absolutely no sense of manners. We waited for over an hour without a single dish arriving, while many tables that arrived after us had already received their food. We questioned the waiter about why our food hadn't arrived yet. The "young" waiter initially spoke confidently and calmly, saying, "We serve food in the order of order." Then I asked why another table of five people, who arrived later than us, had already eaten. We had already accepted that several smaller tables that arrived after us had finished their appetizers, only mentioning that a five-person table had been served. After that, the "young" waiter fell silent, and her expression became less confident. I added that I wasn't blaming her at all, but she looked embarrassed and aggrieved. I immediately emphasized several times that I was only addressing a kitchen issue, but she still cried and was taken away by another waiter, who said she was just a child… We later learned that the young waitress was only 13 years old! Shortly after, several dishes were served, and the chef, before all the dishes were even served, came over to apologize for the slow service, asking us not to blame her daughter. We were shocked! What had we done wrong?! Putting aside the fact that she used her daughter as a shield and that she was a child laborer, we also had a three-year-old child who waited a full hour to eat! Is this the attitude she expects? Finally, the chef brought out the last dish of hand-torn cabbage and, with her 13-year-old daughter, came to us and apologized again, then said to her daughter in a very harsh tone, "Apologize!" The chef's attitude was the epitome of rudeness. We were almost speechless... Finally, she emphasized that each dish was prepared one table at a time, according to the order, but even though the French people behind us arrived later than us, our dishes still took at least 20 minutes to arrive. I understand that you are slow in serving the food, but it is simply absurd to serve the food out of order and then think that we made her daughter cry! If you are not able to handle a large number of customers, you can inform them when they order, instead of using an arrogant and rude attitude to justify yourself.

13/02/2026: One of two Chinese restaurants in Épinal. Relatively high prices. Cuisine is more Southeast Asian than Chinese. The welcome was friendly but unorganized.
I went there at noon on Friday and there were about seven tables of customers in total, divided between two waitresses. No one noticed me when I entered, and it was up to me to call out to a waitress and ask for a table. Once seated, I was left for about five minutes before being given a standard menu, the prices of which are even higher than in the Paris region. That is to say, by Épinal standards, it's really, really expensive. I asked for the daily special, and another five minutes passed before I got the correct menu.
I ordered a three-course lunch deal for €18. The starter and dessert were good. For my starter, the noodles with chicken, the soup was umami, and the chicken was tender. For my dessert, the coconut pearls, the sticky rice was well-cooked, and the coconut shavings were quite authentic. On the other hand, my main course, the chicken curry, was a bit disappointing. The vegetables were fresh and the chicken was always tender, but the curry was very diluted and almost tasteless. The Cantonese rice was already lukewarm when served: probably prepared well in advance. For the same menu and quality of food, I pay around €15 in the Paris region. The price is therefore still a bit high in comparison.
When I say the service was disorganized, it's not just the wait time, but also the accuracy of the order. After my main course, they forgot what I had for dessert, and they asked me if I wanted apple fritters or pineapple fritters for dessert. I actually ordered pearls!
In addition, for some reason, it was really difficult to get a carafe of water from them. When I ordered, I asked for a carafe of water, but it wasn't served until my second request during dessert.
The waitresses were well-intentioned. We exchanged a few words between courses, and they were quite friendly. One waitress doesn't understand French well, so she was a little nervous, but she remained pleasant. However, they really need to get organized. I worked in restaurants for years myself, most of the time I occupied 5-6 tables, doing better than them with 3.5 tables per waitress. I always gave out menus and carafes of water within a minute of the customers being seated. It was also really rare that I forgot the orders.
12/02/2026: This is honestly the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. A frozen starter from the supermarket, quickly fried. A canned crab salad. The main course was supposedly Thai chicken—well, what was Thai about it is a mystery to me, but this was absolutely nothing, a bland meal. No smell or taste. I'd say don't eat it! And it was expensive, too!
