19/06/2025: A picturesque restaurant serving local produce. I had a starter, main course, and dessert from the menu. As a starter, I enjoyed a crayfish and tomato tourtou, which was original. As a main course, I loved my beef cheek, which was delicious. For dessert, I loved my apricot flognarde. Quality baguette bread. Reasonably priced at €34.

11/10/2025: Magnificent restaurant "L'instant Basque" in Brive La Gaillarde, where we enjoyed an excellent Limousin rib of beef (cooked to perfection), accompanied by an equally excellent Basque wine. Great professionalism and kindness from the owner towards us and our 2 dogs. A big thank you to you and your team 🙏🏻. We will come back as soon as possible.

27/11/2025: Excellent cuisine Impeccable and friendly service Calm and serene atmosphere

29/10/2025: We ordered the €45 and €40 set menus. For starters, we had salmon and calf's head. Both were excellent. For our main courses, we had ribeye steak with butternut squash purée. We also had sweetbreads with purée (at an extra charge), which were very good as well. The portions were generous and well-presented. We had ice cream for dessert. The service was efficient. We highly recommend this restaurant.

09/09/2025: Excellent welcome and impeccable service. Very noisy due to the large crowd, so a victim of their own success! Well deserved! Unbeatable value for money for quality, homemade products. But not only that, each dish was prepared with skill and passion (it's obvious to the eye and the taste buds: the expertise, of course). I recommend it.

15/01/2025: Came because a voucher for two tasting menus was offered to us. Delicious food, congratulations to the chef! A little disappointed by the service, I had to ask twice for a carafe of still water. Atmosphere: beautiful decor, small, comfortable room and enough privacy between tables. Only downside: an extra garland of neon lights which dazzled my eyes. All in all, an excellent experience, and it should also be noted that we came away well satisfied after a series of all the wonderful and original little dishes on the tasting menu. Go for it if you can afford it!
