24/03/2026: I ate there three nights in a row while traveling; the "hold up" deal is a great option, offering both good and less risky choices. The hamburger is definitely a safe bet.

15/03/2026: Let's start with the best part: the ambiance was like any Buffalo Grill, but the food and service were a disaster. The meat was burnt, and it tasted and smelled awful. When we complained, they took the plates back to the kitchen and brought out another completely burnt piece of meat. Never again. Next time I'll go to KFC; they don't need cooks there.

17/03/2026: Without hesitation! Even in the height of summer, the service and quality remain consistently high, with a consistently warm welcome (which isn't always the case) and excellent cuisine made with fresh ingredients! In short, I'll definitely be back very soon.

16/03/2026: I stopped for lunch and couldn't resist the Green Waffle, which I saw being served at the next table… what a treat! The welcome was very warm and the service impeccable. During my meal, I saw a parade of dishes, each more appetizing than the last. The desserts look just as incredible. I'm sure I'll be back on my next trip to Ajaccio!

28/12/2025: The restaurant is tucked away in a quiet alley. It's a well-laid-out and very pleasant place. The waitress was particularly warm and made us feel at ease. She was approachable and kind to every customer. The tender lamb and ribeye steak were cooked to perfection. A few drawbacks: The vegetables were a bit oily, and the dishes lacked a touch of freshness with a handful of raw vegetables. The children's menu also lacked freshness/healthiness (fried and breaded), and the cordon bleu wasn't homemade.

25/12/2025: A very pleasant experience! I went based on the reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is welcoming, the food is fresh and high-quality, using seasonal produce. The quality is definitely there; an address to keep in mind. Please remember to book ahead, as the restaurant isn't very large (only two rooms), but it's charming and cozy, ideal for intimate meetings.

Two original set menus featuring fresh, local produce, and an à la carte menu that changes weekly... well done! It's a pleasure to find such a quality restaurant in Ajaccio!

For lunch, the value for money is truly unbeatable, especially with such beautifully prepared seasonal ingredients. We absolutely loved the starter: crab ravioli with a divine lobster bisque. The fish of the day was cooked to perfection, flavorful, with impeccable vegetables. We paired it with a glass of Sant Armettu, which was a perfect match. And to finish on a high note: a Snickers-style brownie—a delight! Beyond the food, we loved the waitress's kindness and the opportunity to chat with the chef. It's this kind of attention that makes all the difference. In short, flawless. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2026: The simplicity of the place, a simple menu focused on truly homemade food. I came 10 years ago and the pleasure is still there.

18/02/2026: A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept. The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional. The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable. Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price. It's definitely a place worth discovering.
