15/08/2026: Very disappointed despite the excellent starters. We waited almost three hours for three starters and two main courses, even though we were the first customers. We saw friends of the owners arrive after being served before us, and we ended up being the last to be served. After this interminable wait, the food was overcooked, cold, without sauce, and lacking in generosity. The cuisine was a bit pretentious and, that evening, lacked flavor and passion. The service didn't help matters; it was unfriendly, not a smile, no explanation, and no real apology. €180 for two. Two glasses of wine were offered with the bill—thank you for the gesture, but much too late. It's a shame, because the starters showed real potential.

05/09/2026: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience at Lamparo in Ajaccio. From the moment we arrived, the quality of service was disappointing: we found it very slow and particularly unpleasant, especially with Joseph, who served us and whose attitude made us feel uncomfortable from the start. As for the meal, we found the value for money poor. The dishes were quite disappointing in terms of taste, especially the rice, which we really didn't enjoy. The end of the meal was also very complicated. We waited about 20 minutes for the bill after asking for it, and then we had to ask for it a second time. When it came time to pay, we waited almost 10 minutes for the card machine. Finally, I had to go to the counter myself to pay. The most disappointing thing is that after explaining the situation, no one apologized for the wait and the inconvenience. We are very disappointed with this experience and, unfortunately, we do not recommend this establishment.

27/08/2026: We had a fantastic time at La Paillotte Tahiti! The welcome was truly exceptional, warm and attentive from beginning to end. The homemade soft cocktails are incredibly refreshing, and a special mention goes to the desserts, which are as beautiful as they are delicious: the mango trompe-l'œil is stunning, and the caramel flan with its crispy crust is absolutely divine. An excellent place where you'll enjoy yourself from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

24/08/2026: Extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, they tried to seat us without a sea view, even though we had booked three days prior. We had to insist to get a decent table. Then, an hour and a half wait, repeatedly bothering the waiter, for frankly disappointing food. We even had to beg for ice. For a bill of €156, the value for money and the service are simply unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

23/08/2026: Where to begin… We reserved 6 sunbeds, but when we arrived, I noticed there were only 2 (even though on the phone we were told 4 times 6 sunbeds). She couldn't hear anything. Then there were no toilets; they were blocked. Okay, that can happen. Then there was no cook at the restaurant, so it was just shared plates. Okay, that can happen. On the beach, all the parasols were blowing away, nearly poking everyone's eyes out on the sunbeds. No one came to help, and the sunbeds were incredibly uncomfortable—supermarket stuff, not beach chairs. And finally, there was a small water hose for a quick rinse, and at 5:00 PM they turned it off. And not a word of apology or a free drink, nothing. In short, we won't be back.

04/01/2026: I don't recommend it. The food was good, but the waiter was awful! There were only two tables occupied, and this pushy waiter tried to charge us for desserts and coffees we hadn't ordered. He was aggressive until the chef arrived. What a shame for this restaurant!

22/06/2026: My friends, please do not come here for good food. We came here based on reviews, craving for some good pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was basically raw and far from enjoyable. I’ve managed to finish the center as this was the only part that was remotely cooked. They were using pans in an electric oven. a few more minutes in there would very much increase the texture and flavour of the za. FYI for the owner, we have visited on Monday the 22nd. Please instruct the cook how to prepare a pizza as this was utterly disappointing. Also, the meat on my diavolo was distributed in such a matter that I saw the lack of love in the first two seconds. Service got 3 stars from me since my doggy got some water!!! Very much appreciated. Maybe a little harsh on the comments, but i feel very sad spending my money on this restaurant.

27/08/2026: A truly wonderful time! 😋 We enjoyed a ribeye steak with new potatoes and a delicious Roquefort sauce: a real treat! 🥩 My daughter loved the homemade nuggets, made with fresh ingredients. The quality and homemade touch really make all the difference! 👌 The menu offers great suggestions and high-quality products. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the service is top-notch. An excellent place where we had a lovely time. We highly recommend it!

26/08/2026: A huge disappointment. Uninspired food, sluggish service (10 people on the terrace, an hour's wait to be served). Tasteless dishes. Dry, tough meat, microwaved potatoes, profiteroles as hard as rocks. And I won't even mention the dubious quality of the "Corsican" charcuterie. A real shame, as the old menu was definitely worth a visit. It's a pity, it used to be a good place. But that was then.

28/07/2026: Weirdly this place doesn't show in the restaurant filter on Google maps, which is an oversight. I suspect it would get more trade if it did. Either way, my wife and I had a very good tuna salad and delicious savoury crepe here for Saturday lunch. The service was efficient and friendly, and the price was really good (If I recall correctly it was 6 euro for a substantial cheese, ham and cheese sauce crepe!). We plan to return before we leave Ajaccio for one of the delicious looking ice creams desserts 😋.

16/06/2026: We stopped to eat an ice cream, we were very well received, with a smile, they brought us a carafe of water, they took care to check if everything was alright, and the ice creams were well worth the price!

02/09/2026: Our table for two became a table for four because we were so crammed in next to other people! It was a bit much. The meal was average for the price. The waitresses were nice.

01/09/2026: If I miss my cruise ship, you know where to find me 💗💗💗 Stopped for a morning coffee. As a non coffee drinker, I may convert, so good we came back for pizza lunch, so glad we did. Best pizza Neapolitan, we have ever, ever had, and all the other meals looked just as good. Tried the Corsican Rose, WOW. The staff are truly delightful. Bon appétit guaranteed!
