31/08/2024: This is a beautiful and very well located hotel in Beaune, just a short walk across the street into the old town. The receptionist was very courteous and showed us to our room. We didn’t request parking in the underground parking, which was full for the night, but we easily found free parking across the road under the trees (be careful of bird droppings). The hotel has a strict cancellation policy, we were traveling with an elderly relative and booked a few days in advance, but then the relative changed plans, so we were stuck with two rooms because the cancellation policy is five days in advance. After many calls we were able to get one room canceled. The room we booked was a family room that consisted of a double bed, bath on one level and a loft with a pullout couch bed that our teenage daughter really loved, it even had some type of music player that she was immediately able to connect with. We don’t usually stay at 5 star hotels, we only booked it for our relative and would have cancelled if we had been able to, but looking back at it it was a real treat to stay that one night at a top notch establishment. 17/08/2024: Déjeuner pour 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant) à l extérieur dans un joli jardin ombragé, arboré et frais. Nous avons tous pris le menu Tradition (il existe un menu enfant). Service, présentation, plats délicieux. La brigade est discrète et efficace pour nous présenter les plats et répondre aux éventuelles questions. Je recommande vivement !

30/08/2024: Ce resto est tout simplement superbe. L’accueil est incroyable et les plats sont succulents. C’est bien agréable et si rare. Merci à vous pour ça.

29/08/2024: Nous avons pris le menu bourguignon, nous nous sommes régalés. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant. Je recommande ce restaurant si vous passez faire escale à Beaune.

17/09/2024: Nous avions réservé à l’hôtel Kyriad et avons pris le repas dans le restaurant. Je n’ai pas très bien mangé : les escargots en entrée cela passait mais un bœuf bourguignon accompagné de pâtes était sans saveur et de plus, il baignait dans l’eau. Heureusement que les fromages étaient là. Carte des vins très chère. Service correct. Jamais plus dommage.

25/10/2024: Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Das Menu de Jour war bei uns Zwiebelsuppe, Boeuf Bourgignon und Cremé Brulee. Alles sehr lecker. Wir hatten dazu einen Wein aus der Region, der Chancen hat, Lieblingswein zu werden. Der Service war einwandfrei, sehr schnell, sehr freundlich. Wir werden unbedingt wieder dort einkehren bei unserem nächsten Stopp in Beaune.

20/10/2024: Nous avons été très bien accueillis, vers 14h. Un serveur attentionné, un échange de garniture du plat principal accepté avec facilité, un plat du jour copieux, une cuisson parfaite. Un café gourmand généreux. Franchement un agréable déjeuner sur une journée de visite de la ville, nous sommes repartis satisfaits 😊

26/09/2024: Agréablement surprit du retour de l ancien chef depuis fevrier qui nous rapporte de nouveau ses menus du jours originaux , copieux et surtout fait maison ..semi gastro je dirais .. Sa tête de veau gribiche ..ses grenouilles etc....mmmm merci

04/12/2025: Great hotel in a central location. Everything is within walking distance. We had a wonderful room. The reception staff can also advise you on free parking. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is adequate.

30/11/2025: We spent one night at this hotel. The welcome was very friendly and the location was excellent. It was perfect.

15/12/2024: We live in Beaune and had very good memories of this restaurant which we had not visited for several years…what a disappointment! The menu previously offered a delicious tasting menu for around fifty euros...it has disappeared to make way for a formula which starts at 43€ for a starter and a main course but most of the choices have supplements of 7 to 10 €!!! The quantities are tiny, it would be ok if we were in a gourmet restaurant and the flavors were there but that is unfortunately not the case. Finally, I wanted to try a dessert but after 1 hour of waiting for my dish I gave up.

18/11/2024: A l'occasion de la vente des vins ..Accueil froid, service bien triste pas servit en même temps ,menu très cher 45€ par personne pour un minuscule bol de soupe miso sans saveur , suivie d'un autre bol guère plus gros avec du riz sans goût et qqs pauvres morceaux de poissons crus jetés dessus , 1 pois de Wasabi et une petite cuillère de soja.........pas de carafe d'eau il faut payé une bouteille ,l apéritif et le café une pauvre gorgée la honte franchement c'est abusé vraiment déçu nous qui venons de Dole et allons régulièrement dans un super restaurant japonais ou pour la même gamme de prix c'est exceptionnel.......

06/09/2024: It’s ok. The service is great. The food is good. But… at the end of the day, the menu is dull. Nothing a relatively experienced home cook couldn’t pull off on a weeknight. It’s a very good chicken and lovely whipped potatoes at a mind numbingly ridiculously high price. Honestly, I expect way more at a Michelan restaurant. It seems in Beaune, they are given out as party favors, where in the rest of the world the food must be spectacular, innovative, special and memorable. If you are going for the wine and the service, decent but boring food, and a really high bill, look no further.

30/07/2024: Between the description found in the Michelin Guide of this so-called “chic” bistro honoring local flavors and products and reality there is not a gap but a gulf. The welcome is basic, a guest's napkin has a hole in it and although we drew the attention of a waiter to this subject, it will never be replaced. The dishes follow one another and only reinforce the idea that we would have been better off booking elsewhere. If the price is right, the quality of the food is absolutely not. The puree is messy and inedible. We report it to the waiter who offers us a new one. As a precaution, to preserve our taste buds, we prefer to ask for the bill... salty, very salty, too salty and leave the establishment. Wine by the glass is offered to us but that is no consolation because the latter (32 euros per glass) was not up to par either. We leave this place relieved that the experience has ended but with the unpleasant feeling of having been the victim of an imposture. We don't know when this establishment shone for the quality of its cuisine but it must have been a long time ago. A serious questioning is necessary before the shipwreck.

14/09/2024: On a voulu déjeuner à midi à 3 vers 14h. Il n'y avait personne. On a commandé 3 menus Kebab. Le cuisinier a allumé le grill. Je ne suis pas 1 idiot et je sais comment ça se passe... Allumer le gril pour faire croire tout en remplissant le sandwich avec une viande froide qui sort de je ne sais où.... La serveuse me dit de m'installer. Je répond poliment que je préfère la viande sur le gril. Elle me répond que je ne choisis pas. Alors s, justement. Je préfère être remboursé et partir. Je ne recommande pas évidemment.

16/09/2024: What a stunning hotel - created from a 12th century abbey. The original vaulted ceiling in the reception area was nothing short of spectacular. Our junior suite room was lovely (huge opening windows were a treat) and location was perfect- just a few minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Beaune. The daily breakfast was very French and very delicious. But what really made this hotel even more special were the staff. They were all so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our second stay in Beaune a very special one. We’d return there in a heartbeat!

08/09/2024: Yes I don't know how to write but at least when I make cocktails we use alcohol, not just fruit and because you vomit when you taste rum and you work in a bar it must be complicated in the life of every day and no unfortunately I'm not depressive nor alcoholic for drowning my problems in alcohol and what's more they wanted to charge us for a drink when it wasn't even served so well sometimes you have to accept these twists cordially have a good day to you

08/09/2024: Certainly the arranged rums and the planters are good but after a few bottles there is no alcohol effect and given the price it's a scam
