11/03/2026: Very rude service. Food was good but nothing spectacular. And the wife of one of the friends who was with us didn't want to have dinner, but they have a rule that everyone has to order dishes, even if they don't want to.

07/03/2026: With its vaulted cellar ambiance and bottles of fine wines as decoration, the restaurant is very well-run and the service impeccable. The three-course menu at €38 is excellent value for money. The dishes are superb.

02/03/2026: My wife, our eldest son, and I dined at this restaurant on February 21st and 28th: ​​A warm welcome, quick and efficient service, good food including the unmissable beef bourguignon served in a generous portion, good value for money. Xavier Derville.

18/02/2026: I hadn't been in a long time, and I was disappointed with my visit. There was no more water carafe, so we had to refill our glasses and repeat the process several times if we drank a lot, meaning we were constantly getting up or choosing to only have one glass! The (large) lady at the entrance and dessert counter was pleasant and smiling, as was the gentleman serving the main courses. However, the young woman at the till was unpleasant and looked grumpy. The portions are always generous: the lasagna had a lot of oil but was still good, and the fish was too dry, which was a shame. The prices were reasonable, and the place was clean.

31/01/2026: Arrived at 11:50 am, the restaurant wasn't very busy at first. Very limited menu (apparently for fresh products). Service started quickly, so we ordered a set menu. At 12:03 pm, we received our appetizers, but it looked like the rillettes glass had been cut in half, judging by the grease stain around the inside. The glasses were dirty (not dried properly). At 12:37 pm, our plates were finally cleared. At 12:40 pm, customers who arrived after us were served. Still nothing at 12:50 pm. For two butcher's cuts. A table of seven people who arrived later was served. At 12:51 pm, our main course arrived. The pepper sauce seemed to have been cut with chili pepper (very hot), and I had an unwanted piece of greenery... At 1:10 pm, we went to pay. The noise level was quite high because everything was open. The only positive points: The waitress and the grill cook were polite. The meat was cooked perfectly, just as requested. The advantage was that we were able to look around and were surprised to see a large number of individual trays near the grill.

30/01/2026: Passing through on our way, we stopped here before heading to the ski slopes. The location is convenient for a lunch break or a stopover. As for the food, it's decent, but nothing extraordinary. The portions are adequate, but it could perhaps use a little something extra in terms of flavor to truly stand out. In short: a suitable place for a quick meal, but not necessarily a gourmet destination in itself.

28/02/2026: The hotel is very nice, the service is good, but there are very few staff members. The restaurant food isn't that great, but the employees are very friendly. Don't even think about using the electric car charging station at the entrance. They charged us 25 euros and we only tried to charge for a minute. We don't know if they offer refunds. It's not the fault of the Hotel E Totem. The woman who answered the phone washed her hands and said we had to send an email. The other chargers at the hotel work perfectly.

06/12/2025: Although the place was closed for the whole month of December(!) the restaurant was still taking online bookings through The Fork. When we arrived and realised there wasn’t any chairs nor tables we knew something was badly wrong. A lady came out of the kitchen, barely apologetic, and told us to go and check elsewhere for dinner. She didn’t seem phased to know I had submitted my credit card details to secure a ghost reservation. Completely and utter waste of our time. Chefs-led operations might be the promise of good food but this is called the HOSPITALITY industry for a reason. That’s what happens, unfortunately, when businesses don’t put their customers at the centre of their strategy.

05/10/2025: One of the best and most creative menus we've ever eaten. Very unusual with extraordinary combinations. French cuisine refined by a top Japanese chef. I don't understand why he hasn't received a star from the Michelin Guide yet. Cuisine of the highest caliber.

10/12/2025: The table was right next to the kitchen entrance, which wasn't ideal. The meal was very good, the beef steak very tender and cooked to perfection. The homemade fries, cooked in beef fat, were deliciously crispy. The servers were excellent, both in terms of service and wine recommendations—well done! The prices for the dishes are very reasonable, and the wine prices are fair. At the bar, we had five Williams pears at the end. €90 is extremely expensive! We think €12 is a reasonable price, but €18 is practically highway robbery.

30/11/2025: Excellent lunch! The chef's cuisine is truly delicious: the pot-au-feu was perfectly executed, with melt-in-your-mouth meat and richly flavored mayonnaise. The wine recommendation was also spot-on. A special mention to the thoughtful staff who provided gluten-free bread. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

15/02/2026: A very pleasant evening shared this Friday, with various platters and wines at reasonable prices… The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I recommend it.

22/02/2026: Saturday night, the restaurant was listed as open until 2 AM on Uber Eats, but we placed our order at 12:30 AM. There was no response, no progress on the order, resulting in a cancelled order. We went hungry, and you lost money. McDonald's is more reliable in the end. Just a shame.

17/01/2026: It's too expensive for what you get, €13 for just a taco! It should at least come with fries.

30/01/2026: Great pizzas, large and generously topped, they adapt to customer requests, super!

08/11/2025: It's not exactly a "wow" experience outside, but inside the welcome is very friendly and the staff is very attentive. Homemade food... XXL pizzas... excellent daily special... simple and delicious 👍🔆 We came on Wednesday, November 5th, with 8 people. Quick and friendly service. A no-nonsense menu with great value for money 👍🤩 Go without hesitation!

25/06/2025: 3.5/5 Not bad, but disappointed by the food. The beef bourguignon was good, but the portion was too small and lacked a side dish, in my opinion. The wine list is interesting but very expensive and doesn't match the quality of the cuisine. The service is efficient but not warm, and we were rushed out, leaving us over €300 lighter for a table of six. Luckily, only three of us were drinking wine. I do, however, recommend their Singapore location, which has a passionate young sommelier and very friendly staff.
