22/08/2024: Went to order takeaway pizzas as we had just arrived in the area, only went as had some good reviews from English people but they clearly do not like English. I politely asked if she spoke English to which she said no which was fine I asked about pizza to be told no pizza, even though the man in front of us ordered pizzas and I could clearly see them making pizza in the back and it is a pizzeria!! They lost out on a 40/50€ order. More fool them.
Avoid if your English!

Hotel "le relay des lilas" in Parthenay, 1 night (from 20 to 21/07 without breakfast) aging room/bathroom, unwelcoming staff.
When we showed up, the receptionist (incomprehensible orally) did not find us on their Booking reservation list, and made us pay directly on site, and on 08/13 Booking took the sum of 85 € in my account.
In conclusion, this hotel was paid for twice!!!
I am filing a complaint with Booking today!
13/08/2024: Hotel Very well located at the entrance to Parthenay Spacious and clean room. Quality bedding for a restful sleep. Friendly welcome. Very reasonable price this weekend in August. I recommend+++

21/09/2024: Such a long wait! Dishes with 3 pieces of ham, more crust than pizza, the cream I'm still looking for... it's a shame it looked nice but hey if you have so many tables it's to know how to serve them. Do you want desserts? Yes...the waitress never came.
20/09/2024: The dough on my pizza was good but the rest had no taste, in addition to having an order error and having to wait a really long time before being served. I don't recommend.

The welcome is pleasant.
But infamous dough (a TUC type cookie) and missing ingredients in the pizza.
I will avoid this address in the future.

Le petit bémol, c'est que c'est situé dans une zone industrielle

Arrivée à 18h30. Salle de restaurant sale. La vaisselle sale est encore au niveau des poubelles. On n'a pas de possibilité de trier. Les toilettes sont sales, du papier au sol.
On se demande ce que fait le manager. Et les équipiers ?
Je n'y viens pas souvent, mais ça ne donne pas envie d'y revenir.
Heureusement qu'il est le seul sur Parthenay. Un seul concurrent et je pense qu'il peut fermer.
Je déconseille.
21/08/2024: A fuir ! Tout simplement sale ! Sol glissant, collant.... Tables pas nettoyées. Sanitaires mal entretenus.
Personnel moyennement agréable.
Si j'avais pu mettre 0 je l'aurais fait.
