11/12/2024: Really very dirty restaurant, wait more than 30 minutes. Only 1 choice of dessert for happy meal and all served cold

09/12/2024: Je suis très déçu de l'attitude des managers de ce McDonald's, notamment en ce qui concerne la manière dont ils s'adressent à leurs employés. (La personne est nommée Marie) j'ai été témoin de comportements inacceptables envers les employés qui a été traitée de façon extrêmement désagréable et irrespectueuse. Il est inadmissible qu'une personne, quelle que soit sa position, soit traitée de cette manière dans un environnement de travail. J'espère que la direction prendra sérieusement en considération ce problème et réfléchira à la gestion de ses équipes. Il serait peut-être nécessaire de réévaluer les méthodes de gestion et la manière dont certains managers communiquent avec leur employés.

21/09/2024: Such a long wait! Dishes with 3 pieces of ham, more crust than pizza, the cream I'm still looking for... it's a shame it looked nice but hey if you have so many tables it's to know how to serve them. Do you want desserts? Yes...the waitress never came.

20/09/2024: The dough on my pizza was good but the rest had no taste, in addition to having an order error and having to wait a really long time before being served. I don't recommend.

05/09/2024: We go to the restaurant regularly and we are very satisfied with our meals each time. Welcoming and pleasant staff. Quality product. I recommend if you are looking for a gourmet restaurant with superb flavors.

06/09/2024: Very bad experience. We are traveling and decided to stop for lunch, it was 1:50 pm and we made a point of asking if they would serve us. They said yes, after we were seated and had the menu in front of us, they came to tell us that we could only order pizza. My husband is celiac, so pizza wouldn't be an option. I explained the situation to the employee and after asking the kitchen, she came back to tell us that they no longer served anything. As we were already seated and didn't want to be rude, we ended up ordering 1 pizza for myself and 1 drink, which I shared with our 5 year old son. Our mistake, we should have left immediately. The pizza wasn't bad but they charged us more than its value, €2.80 for sharing it with my son, who didn't even eat a single slice. There was no sympathy or understanding for my husband's situation and they even came to alert my son for touching the window. I don't recommend it to anyone.

27/09/2024: Many of us arrived without warning. The boss set up a space for all of us. A special dish was even prepared for a person with a special diet. Pleasant service, responsive boss. At the top!

20/09/2024: I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, especially thanks to the owner of the establishment who is also very friendly.

15/08/2024: ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Hotel "le relay des lilas" in Parthenay, 1 night (from 20 to 21/07 without breakfast) aging room/bathroom, unwelcoming staff. When we showed up, the receptionist (incomprehensible orally) did not find us on their Booking reservation list, and made us pay directly on site, and on 08/13 Booking took the sum of 85 € in my account. In conclusion, this hotel was paid for twice!!! I am filing a complaint with Booking today!

13/08/2024: Hotel Very well located at the entrance to Parthenay Spacious and clean room. Quality bedding for a restful sleep. Friendly welcome. Very reasonable price this weekend in August. I recommend+++
