22/03/2026: An absolutely extraordinary brunch at Le Millésime! There was everything you could want, with consistently high quality from start to finish. The welcome was pleasant and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. A unique and much-appreciated touch: finishing with raclette – a real treat! Everything was perfect, and we left more than satisfied. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! We'll be back with pleasure 😜.

22/02/2026: Sunday brunch was as delicious and varied as ever. A real success.

27/03/2026: Very welcoming staff. Large, newly renovated room 5 (bathroom with large shower and toilet), excellent bedding with a very comfortable electric bed (!), kettle with tea/coffee. The half-board dinner was very good and plentiful (2 choices for starter, main course, and dessert). A very good hotel where we will gladly return. Thank you!

15/03/2026: Very nice restaurant, impeccable service and generous portions, a good stop near the motorway.

06/04/2026: The waitress wasn't friendly and answered us coldly. There was a far too long wait even though the restaurant was empty. The Easter meal was very good, which was the only positive aspect, and I think it's a shame that we were forced to order a starter, main course, dessert, or cheese.

05/03/2026: We were lucky enough to celebrate Valentine's Day at this establishment in Chaource, and it was a truly wonderful experience. A huge thank you to the Enfer family, especially Christelle Enfer and Inesia, for their incredibly warm welcome and kindness. The Valentine's Day dinner was bistro-style and absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor. The room was very comfortable, with a magnificent view. The terrace in the morning is incredible, and the breakfast was perfect for starting the day off right. We left delighted and sincerely thank this establishment for such a wonderful time.

02/04/2026: The service was very disappointing; we were completely ignored by the waitress. She didn't bring us bread or a carafe of water, didn't even show us the dessert menu, and offered no apologies.

09/02/2026: A one-night stay with a room + dinner + breakfast package was excellent. The hotel, restaurant, and room were very clean. The owner was welcoming, the home-cooked meals were just the way we like them, and the chocolate mousse was delicious.

05/04/2026: Séjour en couple le 31 mars 2026 pour une nuit facturée 313,24 €. L’hôtel était en plein chantier extérieur et le restaurant était installé dans une structure éphémère au confort minimal. Nous avons été déçus par : - le champagne rosé servi en fin de bouteille sans mousse, - le menu du terroir avec un supplément élevé pour des portions très fines de foie gras et un tiramisu italien hors terroir, - la décoration standardisée avec reproductions bon marché, - le balcon inutilisable à cause du bruit important de l’autoroute malgré le supplément payé, - le petit-déjeuner à 17 € par personne avec un choix limité (qualité nettement en dessous d’un Mercure). Les extras (53,60 € pour une San Pellegrino, deux bières, deux coupes de champagne et les suppléments foie gras) n’ont pas été ajustés ni offerts. Positive points: decent meat dishes, a beautiful cherry tree in bloom visible from the restaurant window, and a convenient location near the A5 motorway. Overall, for this price and 3-star rating, we expected a slightly higher standard. We won't be returning. Rating: 3/5

18/02/2026: Magnificent setting, ideal location, friendly welcome, comfortable room. The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was the breakfast: for €32 per person, you only get a croissant, a piece of bread, and a rusk so hard you could break your teeth on it. And when I dared to ask the young woman serving if it was possible to have a second croissant, I was curtly told, "No, it's one per person! We order them according to the number of guests, and it's one per person." And of course, she didn't offer me anything else. Needless to say, as soon as I left the hotel, I stopped at the first bakery I saw. In short, as someone accustomed to five-star hotels and Relais & Châteaux properties, I felt like I was in a run-of-the-mill youth hostel! This was my second stay at the Maison de Rhodes (the first must have been in 2018 or 2019), but I don't recall such a mishap, otherwise I obviously wouldn't have come back. But now I've learned my lesson: never again!

15/02/2026: We had a wonderful Valentine's Day stay at Maison de Rhodes. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, and the restaurant was intimate with quick and attentive service (we even had the opportunity to chat with the chef who came to make sure everything was going well and share a few secrets with us). A stay at the hotel that made us feel right at home!

12/01/2026: The fried pork knuckle is wonderful, very good, simple and delicious food. I give it 5 stars, well deserved. I highly recommend it.

24/02/2026: This is the second time my friends and I have come here, and we're very disappointed. The first time, we sat down at a table, and a woman came over and told us to move because it was reserved, even though there was no sign indicating that. We had to move in a draft. What's more, the waitresses are very cold; it's almost like we're bothering them. The other time, it was the same thing: we asked questions, and they answered in a blasé manner, as if they didn't want to be there. Very disappointed. The place is beautiful, but the staff are not at all!
