31/10/2025: We've been to this restaurant several times. We've tried the takeaway burgers offered on Thursday evenings, as well as the lunch menus served on-site on Saturdays. Each time, we haven't been disappointed. The burgers are delicious, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The same goes for the dishes offered on other days.
I particularly appreciated the presentation of the plates and the originality of the recipes. The chef is attentive, as is the waitress. We'll definitely be back!

The tarte tatin is not a tarte tatin, not even a little.

Very nice experience. We were well received, the menu offered many local products. You can come with children, couples and even with your dog.
Experience to repeat!

28/10/2024: Full menu of the day at 15.9 euros or reduced to 12.9 euros, eaten really well, right portions, fresh food. Very friendly staff, fast service, clean bathroom, 2 showers (rate 2 euros). 2 car parks, a small one next to it and a larger one in front. Absolutely recommended.

18/08/2024: The room for 4 people that we reserved was clean but in its original state, it could do with a little renovation. That said, we slept very well and the breakfast was plentiful but simple.

26/08/2025: A café just the way we like them: a single menu, simple cuisine, regulars who come for lunch during their break, top-notch service, and very friendly employees and owner. Plus, the sun was with us, so we had a great time. We'll be back.
19/06/2025: I had lunch there. They had a starter buffet that wasn't very varied: herring salad, mixed rice, and sliced salami. Then I ordered an entrecote for €24, which was 1 cm thick and tough. The fries were very oily and soggy, and the three lettuce leaves weren't worth mentioning. For dessert, there was a 20 cm piece of cake, far too big and hardly tasty. To top it all off, they charged me for two beers, even though I'd only had one. All in all, €47 for one person was extremely disappointing. It might be good enough for tradesmen. The service was quite friendly and quick. The ambiance on the terrace wasn't that important, but inside it was more like a pub.

12/09/2024: While passing through the region we discovered this restaurant, the welcome is friendly, the products are of very good quality. The Troyes andouillette with chaource is killer! So plentiful that we weren't able to taste the desserts despite the appetizing menu. Thank you boss for this good table.

01/10/2024: Waiting more than 20 minutes for pork ribs because the kitchen staff was not organized. The girl who was in the kitchen was really not pleasant with her colleague in front and it was a spectacle in front of the customers who were waiting for the famous pork ribs.
She even said well, give them a plate that people can use as vegetables while they wait.
I don't see the point in eating unlimited vegetables without meat 🤦♂️
I understand why the staff doesn't stay after...
26/09/2024: Restaurant owners need to understand that when you order fish it is to eat fish and not a fish and beef mixture. I ordered a hake fillet this afternoon. I got a fillet with lots of small pieces of beef steak. Luckily I smelled it before tasting it 😤

22/09/2024: We booked one night in July for mid-September. We called to reserve the restaurant on our journey (4 hours drive). We are told that it is not possible for us to be customers for the evening because there is the grape harvest and the hotel has been booked for 1 month for the event. We explain that we booked 2 months ago so we must be one of the people who filled the hotel... having received the details of our arrival by email that same morning, it must be an error.
The answer to what seems to be responsible: you are not the only ones, booking is responsible. She was totally detached from the situation, didn't really care, No empathy.... I told her I was shocked that she didn't even apologize... But no recognition of their mistake!
This might involve checking your reservations before booking all the rooms for a single guest.
Fortunately we called despite the welcome emails.. we had to find a hotel at the last minute and were not able to enjoy our evening as was supposed to be the case..

We arrive and are told that everything is full, despite our reservation.
Don't even offer another location.
We here are super dissatisfied.😆
