09/09/2024: My wife ordered a salad which was absolutely loaded with lardons - more lardons than salad !! I had a pizza which was average We wouldn’t return.

14/07/2024: Nous y sommes allés tous les deux hier soir le 13/07, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Emplacement idéal proche centre. La cuisine est raffinée et très copieuse, les saveurs sont de la partie. Les ris de veau sont à tomber ! En ce qui concerne l’accueil : on se croirait « à la maison ». Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Le chef vient nous saluer au niveau du dessert et rien que pour ça : c’est la classe. Franchement c’est un sans faute. C’était la première fois, mais soyez assurés que ça ne sera pas la dernière ! Merci !

10/07/2024: Already came during the week and on a Saturday evening, and each time we enjoyed ourselves. Very good dishes, with nice presentation.

18/11/2024: Les lieux sont agréables, lumineux, propices aux échanges avec ses voisins grâce aux grandes tables très conviviales - le personnel est attentif et agréable - le petit déjeuner excellent, complet... tout ce qu'il faut pour attaquer une journée de shopping !

29/08/2024: Belle boulangerie avec une déco soignée et un espace repas très agréable. Les viennoiseries sont délicieuses. Personnel souriant.

02/09/2024: Zeer lekker gegeten,heel verzorgd, wijnkaart aan zeer schappelijke prijzen, bediend door een vriendelijke jongeman die hard zijn best deed maar er zo goed als alleen voor stond chapeau ! Een aanrader nog een restaurant met stoffen tafellakens !

26/08/2024: While passing through Troyes, we went for lunch in this restaurant, recommended by the Gault et Millau guide. We do not regret our choice: excellent refined cuisine, impeccable service despite the youth of the servers. Even though the terrace is very small (but we are in the city center) we enjoyed eating outside. We highly recommend this restaurant.

14/09/2024: Endroit chaleureux, cuisine traditionnelle excellente. Un personnel accueillant, qualifié et agréable. Service exemplaire.

29/07/2024: Het eten was wat te vlak van smaak. Porties zijn klein. Bediening is niet erg accuraat. Geen enkel vegetarisch gerecht op de kaart. We zullen hier niet terugkomen.

25/08/2024: Very expensive for a Logis, which usually provides a reasonably priced filling meal. This one was undoubtedly good, but we were still hungry after 2 rather small courses. No green vegetables were served with the steak, just a very small gratin potato. However, the worst part of the experience was paying the bill. We were asked to do this in the morning as we were leaving the hotel, but first, they had to try and find someone who knew about bills. This took 10 minutes. then a man arrived but couldn't find our bill. Incredibly, they were all handwritten, and he had quite a few to sort through. Our room number was not on the bill, and this caused more delay. We stood there for another 15 minutes while he looked through all the bills from the night before and finally found ours. Then, incredibly, he added on the cost of our hotel room, before subtracting it as we had prepaid it. The actual room at the hotel was just ok. There is no lift and we were on the second floor. The male receptionist kindly carried cases up for us. The worst thing there was the bedside table with a very sharp corner - my husband turned over in the night and got a bleeding wound from hitting his head on it. I did point this out to the reception, so hopefully they will be changed.

27/07/2024: We came to this hotel at the end of June and we were very well received. The “Champagne” room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The boss is very friendly and attentive. The girl was also very helpful. A very nice discovery. We will certainly return there to discover their restaurant.

04/09/2024: Friendly and welcoming place we had a very good meal. From starter to main course as well as excellent dessert. At a more than reasonable price, I recommend eating in this restaurant.

30/08/2024: Este es un bar cafetería inteligente en el centro de la ciudad, y aunque los muebles, etc. son de estilo moderno, el magnífico techo pintado es de primera clase de estilo antiguo. Solo estábamos en una copa rápida, pero el servicio era amable y acogedor.

17/11/2025: A very pleasant place. The hotel is a bit dated. The restaurant is excellent. We ate there two nights in a row; it was delicious, with high-quality ingredients. Good wine selection. The breakfast was very generous, with a waffle iron available for fresh waffles, homemade cakes, organic products, etc. We will definitely return. We highly recommend it.

01/09/2024: A country restaurant like no other. It's good, careful cuisine, copious and above all not pretentious. Good wines. Exceptional value for money. A friendly welcome, a pleasant setting. I recommend the detour.
