23/03/2026: A little disappointed with my experience. Before we'd even had time to sit down, we were already asked what to eat and drink. We chose an aperitif, but we should have ordered the children's menu. My daughters were served during the aperitif, even though we had asked them to eat with us. The aperitif wasn't finished before they were served. And for dessert, the children's dessert was vanilla ice cream... but we were served pecan ice cream. We mentioned there had been a slight mistake. But no, they didn't have any vanilla ice cream in the kitchen... Okay, so no dessert for her. They didn't offer us the daily specials. It's a real shame, given the setting; it would have been nice to take our time and read the menu. I don't think I'll go back, a little frustrated by this experience.

02/04/2026: Spacious, very clean, and well-equipped room. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Close to the train station.

16/03/2026: The entire team's welcome during our week-long seminar was positive from start to finish (service, friendliness, available facilities, etc.). The seminar room is very pleasant, with a library-like atmosphere that gives the room character, far removed from overly standardized rooms, while still being well-equipped. Ideal for breakout sessions as well.

31/10/2025: We've been to this restaurant several times. We've tried the takeaway burgers offered on Thursday evenings, as well as the lunch menus served on-site on Saturdays. Each time, we haven't been disappointed. The burgers are delicious, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The same goes for the dishes offered on other days. I particularly appreciated the presentation of the plates and the originality of the recipes. The chef is attentive, as is the waitress. We'll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre. At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.

11/03/2026: Having lived in Troyes for over a year, this was my first time trying this restaurant, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The breaded chicken burger and the risotto with duck leg were incredible. A big thank you also to the young waitress for her infectious good humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

09/03/2026: A very good experience for a very underrated crêperie in Troyes. You'll eat very well there.
