14/02/2026: Impeccable service! Every server was impressively friendly, with a touch of humor, a touch of empathy, a touch of patience... everything you could ask for, right when you needed it! The meal was decent, nothing out of the ordinary for us since it was salads. Excellent value for money.
In short, a downtown restaurant we'll definitely return to.
07/02/2026: A very pleasant experience with quality products. We were seated in the cellar, a magnificent and charming room, served by Stéphane, an impeccable waiter with a smile and a genuine pleasure to be of service. Kind and very professional. A real delight.

08/03/2026: We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre.
At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.

11/03/2026: Very warm welcome, very good health protocol, beautiful, quiet, spacious rooms, hotel well located near the train station and the city center, some rooms have been refurbished, very good breakfast. Hotel that continues to restore.
