30/08/2026: The terrace and service are very friendly. I ordered the veggie ramen; I found the price of €16 high for a dish that contained no protein. After checking the menu, it turned out that the tofu had been omitted from my dish. So, I was quite disappointed, especially since the portions are rather small for the price. The black sesame mousse was very good.

14/06/2026: 3rd time of staying here en route to southern France. Location perfect - just off autoroute yes feels much more rural. Being able to park outside of room a plus. Rooms comfortable and represent value for money. No noise issues. The recent makeover of the main hotel area has really modernised it. Restaurant good, lots of options including 2 or 3 tasting menus or à la carte. Local champagne producers well represented on the wine list and fairly priced. Would recommend if looking for a good overnight stay.

14/06/2026: We came as a wedding gift for a meal and spa treatment, and we have absolutely no complaints: welcoming, polite, and kind. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future gifts or for a romantic getaway.

21/08/2026: Pleasant, flower-filled setting. The kebab wasn't tender, the scallops were okay, and the andouillette sausage had large chunks. The desserts were so-so! Service: minimal. Not a must-visit despite its particularly pleasant location.

01/10/2026: What a delightful surprise to stumble upon the Auberge de la Vanne, and that's no joke. We stopped by chance, and we weren't disappointed at all, quite the opposite. Delicious local produce, original dishes, and a refined yet unpretentious presentation of each course—bravo and thank you to the three people who go above and beyond for their guests. A warm and welcoming inn that's sure to grow, not to be missed.

26/09/2026: Great food and lovely service. Lights are too bright for me but if you want an authentic local French place to eat with beautiful service then come here. Food is great as is the champagne! And you can practice your French all you like! But they speak English too ☺️

12/09/2026: As soon as you step into the tea room, you're greeted with a smile. A young and dynamic team is there to pamper you and ensure you have a truly indulgent and relaxing experience. The drinks are very varied, and the homemade ice cream and pastries are delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.

19/06/2026: During my walk through the old center of Troyes, I came across this cute little shop, and since I really love tea, I popped inside! There is a large assortment of tea and you receive professional service from the owner. I bought several types of tea and they taste great!! The coffee is probably excellent too, but I am not a coffee drinker so I can't comment on that!🙂

12/04/2026: on our return to the uk, we changed our stopover location and were thankful to stay at le saint hubert, a family run establishment. location is ideal, next to the aube river, quiet, peaceful. the rooms are spacious, well equipped and offer the needed comfort. the town is worth seeing too, nice walk along the river, local boulangerie near by and a local town market on friday mornings service wise, we felt welcomed from the moment we set foot into the premises. the restaurant is also a must try, the food is homemade, of great quality/taste with local produce. a special thanks to “bob”, the home mascotte. this was our first experience at le saint hubert and we will definitely book again
