12/06/2026: I came in for lunch on a whim and left delighted! The welcome was very friendly and the food was excellent. Order the beef tartare without hesitation, it's delicious! The service was quick (at my request) but attentive; everything was perfect!

04/08/2026: The waiter we had was lovely. He let us try ordering in French and was very patient with us and helped in English afterwards. The main food was good but the fries left a bit to be desired as they were quite dry. The desserts, French toast, lava cake, sorbet and chauchau choco were amazing as usual. We will be back again when we are on holiday next year.

14/06/2026: 3rd time of staying here en route to southern France. Location perfect - just off autoroute yes feels much more rural. Being able to park outside of room a plus. Rooms comfortable and represent value for money. No noise issues. The recent makeover of the main hotel area has really modernised it. Restaurant good, lots of options including 2 or 3 tasting menus or à la carte. Local champagne producers well represented on the wine list and fairly priced. Would recommend if looking for a good overnight stay.

14/06/2026: We came as a wedding gift for a meal and spa treatment, and we have absolutely no complaints: welcoming, polite, and kind. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future gifts or for a romantic getaway.

27/03/2026: We spent one night here on our way back from Spain to Germany. The town itself didn't impress us, but the hotel certainly did! Everything is very clean and newly renovated, and the staff is extremely friendly. We were able to park our car in a beautifully restored barn. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. If we're ever in this area again, we'll definitely stay here again.

19/06/2026: During my walk through the old center of Troyes, I came across this cute little shop, and since I really love tea, I popped inside! There is a large assortment of tea and you receive professional service from the owner. I bought several types of tea and they taste great!! The coffee is probably excellent too, but I am not a coffee drinker so I can't comment on that!🙂

29/05/2026: A true little haven. The place is magnificent, very welcoming, and decorated with great taste. The drinks are excellent and original; everything is made with care, and it shows. Special mention goes to the service, which is truly outstanding: a lovely, smiling, and attentive team. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. A fantastic place you'll want to return to again and again!
