05/05/2024: Great experience but for "good" eaters the quantities remain light and eat asparagus, breast and finish with a strawberry sorbet for 66€, even if it is still well worked it remains "cheap" products.
For the price the cheese could be served, to think about.....
24/04/2024: We stumbled on this amazing restaurant whist in Beaune. The service was outstanding and the food was divine. Expertly prepared with local simple ingredients. The food was full of flavour and delicately balanced. The restaurant was full but the hostess and owner managed to work the room effortlessly.
A wonderful selection of wines. We were so fortunate to find a table! absolutely recommend you reserve in advance!

21/03/2024: We had a very lovely stay. The service is top notch and all of the hotel amenities are excellent, with perfect attention to detail. Breakfast is outstanding. I would come back and stay again.

The fireplace in the entrance gives a warm suspicion.
We were seated in the main room/entrance, near the fireplace.
Welcoming staff, fast service (arrival 7:00 p.m., departure at 9:00 p.m. - 2 adults and 2 teenagers)
Very good quality meat and cooked as we wanted
Caquelon of the moment (white beans, bacon and cream) excellent

18/11/2023: Less than 5' walk from city center, rooms are huge, service is as good as 5* and staff is very kind, always available and keen to help. I strongly recommend it.
18/10/2023: Beautiful rooms in great location. Central to all of Beaune's best sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

30/03/2024: Waiter more than limited, between thoughts at the cash register to leave, familiar humor for a first visit, it will also be the last. The dishes lack sauce, (no ketchup or mayonnaise "not that at home" according to the waiter The hot defrosted bread, a dish of prawns (3 cut into pieces in a fish broth with ravioli that I didn't eat, only the dessert was good. For a price of 44th. If you want to eat well don't come to this brewery attracts tourists.

29/03/2024: Was very (!) disappointed by the food. The prices were far too high for the portions and style of preparation.
On the other hand, if you just wanna have a glass of wine with jazz music, this might be for you

03/04/2024: The food is exceptionally good and is served quickly and piping hot.
The staff are very attentive to the needs of the customers and they take the time to serve.
They know what they are talking about.
The wine list is a whole book that also offers wines from Beaune.
The restaurant would be up to five stars if it weren't for the fact that they allow dogs to enter (and I'm not talking about service dogs, but about pets). It drags down.

Bonus: the only place in the world where you will have the chance to see a Deus apron worn behind the counter!

17/03/2024: Very warm welcome, kindness of the staff, very close and always ready to satisfy you, jovial and very sunny, they are top notch staff. Third time that we have come with my wife and still well received, I highly recommend this establishment.
07/03/2024: Absolutely lovely and magical hotel. All details excellently thought through. The bottom floor is a magical cellar where guests can work, dine, socialize, or simply relax in the inviting atmosphere. Warm staff and exquisite rooms. MUST stay

Huge choice of wine, competent support on the choice, good food, impeccable service.
A great discovery that I highly recommend (+ late hours for eating which is significant in Beaune!).

01/04/2024: First of all the place, very pleasant or even cozy depending on the table you have.
The quality of the meal, truly excellent from the gougères to the dessert including the oeuf meurette and the main course. A nice wine list (may be missing the possibility of having wine by the glass).
And finally the service, top from top. Everyone takes great care with always a touch of humor and time to spend with customers to chat while remaining very professional and responsive. It is very rare to see such good service. Congratulations to the whole team. An address to do without hesitation.
