The chicken Caesar salad, superb, very hearty and excellent. Didn't have time to take a photo of the plate 😋😋😋
18/09/2024: Well located bistro but the welcome needs to be reviewed. Unfriendly waiters who sigh at each request. 25 min wait to get the card.
Other restaurants are much more worth it in Beaune.

16/10/2024: As a regular customer, we are very disappointed! Not by the person who welcomes us, but for 2 things!
On the phone I was told, yes we are still Logis de France etc., when we pass in front of the establishment, there is indeed the logo as well as registered (Hotel Restaurant).
But when we arrive to pay, ultimately, no accommodation, no restaurant!!
I find this not correct in relation to the clientele, for those who book but also for those who pass by the establishment and who find themselves here without any highlighted service!
08/10/2024: Friendly hotel, well located. Good value for money. Room to secure bicycles. Competent staff.

Ok it's crowded...
But if we don't know how to manage a queue we close that day!
Twenty minutes of waiting and being passed three times when all we wanted was a coffee and two bottles of water...
In short, I'm from Beaune, I know where I won't go again!

29/08/2024: Heavy cuisine, without flavors, without originality, and expensive. Only the wines were good. In short, I don't recommend it.

09/11/2024: When we entered the café, no hello in return. A long wait before being served even though there were few people. Ordered two cappuccinos, very disappointing we had the impression of drinking coffee flavored water. We will not come back. At 10€40 for 2 cappuccinos we can expect much better.

The service was long and the dish cold.

Cuisine simple mais bonne, bon rapport qualité prix.
Nous avons pu manger au chaud alors que tout était complet!

Le personnel est sympathique et souriant.
Je recommande ce restaurant si vous passez faire escale à Beaune.

25/10/2024: Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und wurden sehr freundlich bedient.
Das Menu de Jour war bei uns Zwiebelsuppe, Boeuf Bourgignon und Cremé Brulee. Alles sehr lecker.
Wir hatten dazu einen Wein aus der Region, der Chancen hat, Lieblingswein zu werden.
Der Service war einwandfrei, sehr schnell, sehr freundlich.
Wir werden unbedingt wieder dort einkehren bei unserem nächsten Stopp in Beaune.
20/10/2024: Nous avons été très bien accueillis, vers 14h. Un serveur attentionné, un échange de garniture du plat principal accepté avec facilité, un plat du jour copieux, une cuisson parfaite. Un café gourmand généreux. Franchement un agréable déjeuner sur une journée de visite de la ville, nous sommes repartis satisfaits 😊

Restaurant Abbaye de Maizieres

16/09/2024: What a stunning hotel - created from a 12th century abbey. The original vaulted ceiling in the reception area was nothing short of spectacular.
Our junior suite room was lovely (huge opening windows were a treat) and location was perfect- just a few minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Beaune.
The daily breakfast was very French and very delicious. But what really made this hotel even more special were the staff. They were all so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our second stay in Beaune a very special one. We’d return there in a heartbeat!

08/10/2023: uncooked pizza half san pellegrino water 4 euros total 18 E for a really bad pizza it's getting worse and worse in restaurants they are looking for the margin but not the quality France is going backwards at the restaurant level because of these neglected restaurateurs

19/08/2024: We spent one night. Newly renovated hotel. Spacious room, perfect bedding, large bathroom. Very complete breakfast and welcoming and available hosts. 15 minutes walk from the city center. I recommend.
