20/07/2026: Very high quality restaurant with a tempting wine list. The trout was my highlight. All dishes were superb.

15/07/2026: The menu was excellent but not very extensive… we had a wonderful evening and enjoyed some excellent wines. The staff were lovely and efficient. The atmosphere was pleasant despite a few touristy tables that weren't very discreet.

15/03/2026: Cozy boutique hotel in the middle of town. Nice courtyard. Spacious suite. Nice, accommodating and personal staff.

11/07/2026: Benaton lost its star, but chef Keishi Sugimura is determined to win it back with Kirameki, and he has every chance of succeeding. The menu features primarily local ingredients, enhanced by Japanese techniques, which can be admired if you dine at the counter. The highlight of the evening: Arctic char is already a rare treat outside of lake regions, but lightly smoked like this, it's truly unique, perfectly complemented by the freshness of a cucumber gazpacho. The Wagyu ribeye with wine and blackcurrant sauce was also remarkable. And be sure to choose the option with sushi.

07/07/2026: The staff were attentive and very pleasant. We were a group of 15, so a reservation was necessary. The welcome was perfect, the salads were generous and very good, the dessert was okay, and the price was reasonable. I recommend it.

07/07/2026: The food was dreadful. How a so called chef can serve a dried up overcooked piece of salmon defeats me. The chef obviously does not care and is taking the micky. I can cook better than this amateur. The place is overrun with flies and they make no effort to sort this out. Service is actually very good and I feel sorry for waiters that have to give customers this slop. I witnessed another customer that left s pizza that was burnt. To improve - sack the cook, certainly not a chef.

28/07/2026: There was clearly a major organizational problem on the day of our visit... it's a shame because you get the feeling the place could be really great once this issue is resolved. The service was very chaotic but nonetheless very friendly, and the ribeye steak was delicious after being sent back to the kitchen because it was way overcooked the first time. We'll try again another time... The hotel was spotless.

24/07/2026: This restaurant left a wonderful impression. The food is absolutely outstanding—every dish is prepared to perfection. The wine selection deserves special mention: the wine list is extensive, offering something for every taste, and the wine cellar is simply spectacular. There are a few minor issues with the service, but they don't take away from the overall experience. The incredible quality of the food makes this restaurant well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine and great wine.

20/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Beaune's historic center! We had a particularly enjoyable time at Le Conty restaurant. The welcome was very warm, attentive, and professional. We savored delicious cuisine, prepared with care, accompanied by excellent local wines that perfectly complemented the dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food, its friendly atmosphere, and the pleasure it provides its guests. We will definitely be back!

08/06/2026: Avoid if you're in a hurry. Not very welcoming. Dark. The hot stone grill was generous and the meats were good quality, but there was one cold potato per person and a nice salad as a starter. A mixed bag.

11/06/2026: Great hotel with a pool. 20 mins walk to town centre ro lots of bars and restaurants. Can park motorbikes right outside the room.

10/06/2026: Ideal for travelers passing through. Ample parking, very quiet location. The rooms are pleasantly and cleanly furnished.

23/07/2026: Not serving tea at 10 PM! Why? It's absurd! It's a shame not to provide customer service.

02/08/2026: Lovely food but that is all. The young staff were fantastic but the old man was miserable and unwelcoming. 34oc and they didn’t even have their air conditioning turned on. Children are not catered for, they have to order an adult meal.

06/08/2026: Not great, just sandwiches... expensive for what it is. And no toilets, which is supposed to be mandatory for places that serve food and drink. Annoying.

12/07/2026: The cookie was delicious! However, the flat white was nothing like a flat white. The milk was burnt, there was a skin on the milk, and no foam. I also doubt there were two shots of espresso. It's a shame not to know how to properly prepare the drinks on offer, especially when you have the right equipment. I hope this was an isolated incident :)

20/06/2026: We loved our overnight stay at Abbaye de Maizières. Our room was up a fair few steps on a spiral staircase, and the reception/lobby bar sits in a wonderful, cool cellar-type space. We didn't eat here, simply because there are so many options in town, but the place itself is lovely and special — you really do feel the sense of history. Parking can be a bit tricky, though we found a spot on the street nearby with no trouble. The gentleman who looked after us is a real gem — into his cars, and he made our stay memorable. Thoroughly recommended. Just make sure you're happy with a bit of a climb if you end up with a room at the top, like us! 🤣

31/07/2026: I was charged €20 for a single glass of Table whisky from Leith (in Scotland, where I was living). The bottle costs €35 in the supermarket and is supposed to be affordable. Avoid this bar at all costs; it's a rip-off.

17/07/2026: Outrageously expensive bill for mediocre wines by the glass. Even the apple juice will bankrupt you. A tourist trap par excellence. Beware, suckers!

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant with quality ingredients and a fine wine selection. The value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend it!
