04/09/2024: One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a long time! The food was made with love and absolute expertise. It was a pure joy to visit! I can very much recommend it and would definitely be back next time I visit Beaune.

31/08/2024: Une petite pépite. Un dîner plein de gourmandises, de textures et de délicatesses. Belle créativité en cuisine avec des cuissons justes et bien assaisonnées. Un véritable coup de coeur. De judicieux accords mets et vins. Service bienveillant et pro. Très belle salle bien agencée. Quoi demander de plus ..si y retourner. A recommander mille fois..

10/12/2024: What a deal! The food is good local food, and the portions are huge. We enjoyed everything. I could have stopped after the salad and been very pleased. We enjoyed beef burgundy with potatoes. The cheese platter was mind blowing, and they even brought dessert. It was a great experience.

18/11/2024: Six of us ate lunch there on a Monday, and we were all blown away at how well we ate for the price. First course was a humongous salad with lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, a couple varieties of meats, cheese and walnuts with a delicious dressing. Main course was roasted chicken with peas, dessert was a selection of fine cheeses. We had a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine and water. We left feeling quite satisfied and pleased at the price of only 27 euros each. An excellent lunch stop!

02/10/2024: As a dilettante myself when it comes to enology, I really enjoyed having dinner here and being introduced to different types of wine from Bourgogne and beyond, while enjoying some delicious and unpretentious food. The small portions are great for they allow you to taste different preparations in one sitting. The restaurant exudes the love of its owners for what they do, and they are very welcoming people. All in all, I had a very pleasant evening here. Highly recommended!

11/10/2024: Atmosphäre ansprechend, Service und Freundlichkeit leider nicht! Wir mussten trotz des Versuchs der Kontaktaufnahme sehr lange warten, bis der Kellner fragte, was wir wollen. Ein Achtel trockenen Weißwein kostete dann auch noch 10,— Euro, dieser Preis war offensichtlich völlig aus der Luft gegriffen. Schade, denn ansonsten haben wir in Beaune durchaus positive Erfahrungen gemacht.

26/09/2024: Every time my husband and I are in Beaune we’ll make a conscious effort to come here, if not for food at least a drink. Really chilled atmosphere, fantastic wine list and the staff are extremely welcoming (and patient with my not so great French).

11/12/2024: My wife and I enjoyed our meal here, especially the duck with cheese sauce. My wife’s starter with lentils and snails was quite tasty but mine was odd because some ingredients were hot while others were cold.

06/11/2024: We had a great time. The cuisine was a delight, both in taste and appearance, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere very warm. What I didn't like was that when paying the bill, he asked us on the CB terminal to pay a tip, like in the USA. This remains at our discretion, but it is very annoying because we feel that the server is waiting for our response. Especially since the amounts offered are 10%, 20%, or 30%. In view of the addition, this is for many, enormous... I think that a house like yours has the means to pay its servers, without asking customers to add more at the end..let's move in the right direction..that's otherwise perfect...

17/01/2025: Pleasantly surprised, cozy and calm atmosphere. Very pleasant service. The only downside is the fries which are not homemade but the rest is very good.

31/08/2024: This is a beautiful and very well located hotel in Beaune, just a short walk across the street into the old town. The receptionist was very courteous and showed us to our room. We didn’t request parking in the underground parking, which was full for the night, but we easily found free parking across the road under the trees (be careful of bird droppings). The hotel has a strict cancellation policy, we were traveling with an elderly relative and booked a few days in advance, but then the relative changed plans, so we were stuck with two rooms because the cancellation policy is five days in advance. After many calls we were able to get one room canceled. The room we booked was a family room that consisted of a double bed, bath on one level and a loft with a pullout couch bed that our teenage daughter really loved, it even had some type of music player that she was immediately able to connect with. We don’t usually stay at 5 star hotels, we only booked it for our relative and would have cancelled if we had been able to, but looking back at it it was a real treat to stay that one night at a top notch establishment. 17/08/2024: Déjeuner pour 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant) à l extérieur dans un joli jardin ombragé, arboré et frais. Nous avons tous pris le menu Tradition (il existe un menu enfant). Service, présentation, plats délicieux. La brigade est discrète et efficace pour nous présenter les plats et répondre aux éventuelles questions. Je recommande vivement !

05/11/2024: Magnificent setting in a cellar. And that's it... Bad service (no skills) a kitchen that leaves something to be desired... And a very bad atmosphere with reflections in front of the customer which are embarrassing... Everything needs to be reviewed... Too bad place more than atypical. Disappointing

25/10/2024: Never seen such a small and poorly cut beef rib... Fortunately replaced following my complaint, but far from the standards at this price.

18/01/2025: Passing through Beaunes, discovered the brasserie upon our arrival. Very few people. If you like cream pizzas... you will be served. Just like when choosing beers, don’t go there for the quality or the price!
