28/03/2026: This is a gem of a hotel in the beautiful town Beaune. The staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful, rooms elegant, spacious well appointed and comfortable. It couldn’t be closer to the railway station but there is no train traffic disturbance. I’d recommend a meal and a glass of wine or two at the restaurant. I hope I’ll stay again.

25/03/2026: We had lunch on a Sunday with a couple of friends. A wonderful culinary experience with delicate Burgundian cuisine (the 12-hour braised beef shoulder was sublime). A warm and attentive welcome. Reasonable prices considering the quality of the dishes. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has undergone a complete makeover in recent months with Mathieu's return to the helm, and it's simply wonderful. Everything has been tastefully designed, the cuisine is simply perfect, and the service is magnificent. We will be back again and again and again. ❤️❤️❤️🙏

22/03/2026: Fantastic dinner at Ma Cuisine! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and weren't disappointed at all! The service was impeccable and the entire team was incredibly friendly. We were seated at the bar and were able to watch the Breton chef preparing the dishes, listening to his commentary. The lamb shoulder was truly delicious, as was everything else. The ambiance and decor are modern and cozy. The price is rather high, but the experience is worth it. I highly recommend it!

28/03/2026: A very welcoming brasserie serving excellent food. The service is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and attentive. During the week there's a set menu offering excellent value for money, but generally speaking, the prices are more than reasonable, including for drinks. Passing through the area, we went twice in two days. It's best to book ahead or arrive right when they open.

17/03/2026: A very elegant restaurant, the cuisine perfectly reflected the name Bernard Loiseau. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic; even our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome. And even though we forgot to order her meal, they made up for it perfectly. A big thank you for this wonderful experience.

21/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We left with a big smile 😃. A warm welcome, a great atmosphere, and a delicious meal. A nice bonus: the chef and owner is a young motorcyclist. Highly recommended!

The egg-free chocolate mousse, made with a siphon, is remarkably light: the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. We also commend the chef, passionate and generous in sharing his tips, as well as his colleague, whose wine pairing recommendations are very insightful and perfectly tailored to individual tastes. Well done, and see you very soon. [March 2025] We've been coming to Bistro des Cocottes for over 10 years. A new chef has taken over the restaurant, and the dishes have a fresh flavor! Special mentions: the subtle peanut flavor in the escargots, the incredibly light poached egg in red wine sauce, the crispy fries, and the Reuilly wine 😋😋! And always a wonderful atmosphere!

11/03/2026: Very rude service. Food was good but nothing spectacular. And the wife of one of the friends who was with us didn't want to have dinner, but they have a rule that everyone has to order dishes, even if they don't want to.

07/03/2026: With its vaulted cellar ambiance and bottles of fine wines as decoration, the restaurant is very well-run and the service impeccable. The three-course menu at €38 is excellent value for money. The dishes are superb.

12/03/2026: The food is truly excellent; the dishes are flavorful and clearly prepared with great care. You can tell there's real expertise in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the wait time is extremely long. It's a real shame, as it somewhat detracts from the overall experience. With faster service, this would be an exceptional place. Superb wine list!
