I think I found myself in an unrenovated room (at least far from the standards expected of an Ibis Style)!
Dirty cigarette smell, mold in the toilets, stained armchairs... Run away, you will leave feeling depressed!
04/05/2024: Hotel located in a quiet location. It’s a shame that guests don’t handle closing their rooms properly by making too much noise. The restaurant available in the hotel allows you to stay on site, good service from the waiters. Quite varied breakfast.

02/04/2024: How can I not recommend this place? The food is good and plentiful, the atmosphere is great and the place lends itself to relaxation.
Gold server/s, always well received and royally greeted, I insist on this point. I don't know everyone's first names, but being regular customers with my partner, we have made a few friends with whom we chat, an opportunity to catch up on news. A delight !
Go there with your eyes closed!

06/04/2024: Edit: to share your answer yes I saw the vegetables however my son being autistic with the resulting eating disorders unfortunately doesn't eat them, if only.... The fries and the puree being one of the only foods he eats, such eating disorders work over time, whatever it is I don't have to justify that I took my children cetzit a relaxing day, they returned hungry and my bank account was reduced by 40 euros. As for the meat, I understand that it is well cooked for food standard reasons, but it was really way overcooked.
How can I say a good welcome, however, the dry starter, the mole fries, two children's menus thrown in the trash. My daughter couldn't eat her overcooked steak. A gentleman comes to ask me how it goes, I was sincere but he tells me it's impossible, everything has to be prepared the same day. I highly doubt it. The lady who picked up the trays can clearly attest that two child trays returned full. Only the yogurt drink and the chocolate mousse were eaten
05/04/2024: The flunch, De Montbéliard is fantastic. The staff is very friendly. The cook even comes over to shake my hand. The girls are super nice, they helped me set up the flunch app. They are always smiling and the Restaurant is very clean, they are always cleaning it, it's really great. The prices are very correct. You can eat for five euros so it's worth it. I recommend thanks to the Flunch team

03/04/2024: This is the first time I've shopped at this fruit store...the Morbier is delicious, the fruity Comté is very good too!! Next time I pass by I'll try the restaurant!!!
I haven't forgotten the kindness of the waitress who prepared us an order of 350 euros of quickly, well-made cheese and with a smile too!!
Don't hesitate to go there if you are in the area!!!

31/03/2024: Extremely disappointing experience: unpleasant service, with harsh remarks bordering on disrespect and the opposite of what is expected of a server. On the menu side, two possible choices with Franche-Comté dishes only, allowing you to discover local specificities. For dessert, only an industrial chocolate mousse from Métro, filthy.
Besançon is full of other, much more pleasant addresses. So my advice is to move on.

I ate really well, the atmosphere was incredible with the French music.
Typical regional food, super good too.
I highly recommend.

22/03/2024: Hello, I enjoyed myself in this restaurant but nevertheless what is a shame the server is quite young and thin, very unpleasant and bitter, walks around on his phone, he films himself behind the bar, I don't find him very professional, that must surely being the son of the director, too bad that's what ruins the restaurant 100%, see you soon anyway otherwise the kitchen is top notch.

14/03/2024: Welcome, order and service provided by a dynamic, smiling, efficient and very professional owner who knows how to manage her room alone. We opted for the lunch menu at 16.50 euros (starter, main course, dessert AND coffee!) excellent starter buffet, complete and all homemade (cold meats, mixed salads, terrine...) top!, main course, self-service Morteau sausage in a wonderful cream sauce and a pan of small vegetables, good home cooking, homemade desserts too, creams, cottage cheese, great blueberry tart!
I also highlight a bread served with divine seeds.
In short, a great meal from every point of view!
If you pass by without booking, come at noon sharp, almost all of them are reserved by regulars!!!

07/05/2024: There is a terrace in Besançon where I have enjoyed for many years, strolling, taking my break (or my professional appointments), taking my time, meditating, and of course having lunch... that of the Granvelle brasserie.
The welcome has always been friendly, the service careful and very fast, and the servers attentive, caring and loyal.
We feel like a fulfilled team, who loves their work and their customers.
The dish of the day is exceptional value for money. And the varied menu will delight all gourmets.
All in the wonderful setting of the Granvelle promenade where Victor Hugo reminds us that our city is also that of great men.

07/05/2024: Beautiful brasserie with a large terrace.
Wide opening hours.
Coming without reservation on a Sunday lunchtime, we were offered to have an aperitif on the terrace while waiting for a table to become available. We were seated at the table only twenty minutes later.
Efficient and professional service, little waiting despite the crowds.
Tasty cuisine, fresh and quality ingredients; some Franche-Comté specialties.
Very good value for money.
Parking (paid) nearby.
