30/08/2024: Man sitzt am Rande des Marktplatzes von Nyons unter den Arkaden in sehr schlicht-schöner Atmosphäre. Der Service und die Weinberatung sind kompetent und freundlich. Die asiatisch-französischen Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Die Desserts mit großer Finesse sind ein Hochgenuss. Der Besuch im Le Verre à Soie ist ein Highlight des Urlaubs in der Provence.

Super friendly and helpful owner, also reasonable in English if desired, who clearly enjoys that you are there and enjoying yourself. Delicious local products with an explanation of everything, including soup. In short, highly recommended.
