16/01/2026: !!! Warning !!! The restaurant is not honoring the passtime offer!! The 50% discount introductory offer was not respected. The Argentinian menu was supposedly not included, which is not stated anywhere!! However, it should be noted that the waitress was very pleasant. We will not be returning.

15/03/2026: Last night, I dined at this gourmet restaurant with my father, and the experience was absolutely remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and atmosphere were exceptional. The staff was very attentive, professional, and warm, which immediately put us at ease. The decor was elegant, the table was set with great care, and the tableware was magnificent, making the experience visually stunning. We chose the tasting menu, which included amuse-bouches, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Each dish was a true delight: a wealth of flavors, perfectly balanced combinations, and nothing was too heavy or excessive. Everything was perfectly balanced and truly excellent. Initially, we thought the portions might be a little small and that we would still be hungry at the end, but it was quite the opposite. The meal was very well thought out, and we left feeling completely satisfied. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and left around 10:30 p.m., but the time flew by. The dishes arrived at a perfect pace, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of the meal. I should also mention that it was my father's birthday, and I had mentioned it when making the reservation. The staff had a small token of appreciation for him, which touched us deeply and made the evening even more special. In short, a perfect experience from beginning to end. For me, it's a 10/10 and a place I recommend without hesitation.

07/03/2026: My first experience at this restaurant was on Valentine's Day. The food was excellent and the dishes were beautifully presented, promising a wonderful evening. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near the quality of the food. As someone who has worked in the industry for many years, the discrepancy was striking and somewhat spoiled the experience. It's a real shame, because with better service, this establishment could be truly remarkable.

09/07/2025: Beautiful setting on the terrace by the pool. Very attentive staff and well-stocked buffet. Special mention for the scrambled eggs and grilled bacon 😋

18/03/2026: A truly wonderful evening! We were greeted by a charming lady. The service was excellent: there were plenty of staff to serve us. The dishes were delicious: a special mention for the pan-fried artichokes! All the dishes looked appetizing. A decadent waffle for dessert (and I don't have much of a sweet tooth!!). Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the shallot tatin: it was so popular! Next time I'm in Valence, please save one for me! Thank you for this lovely evening :)

22/02/2026: The owner was laughing with his drunk friends, who were insulting each other and shoving each other, all in good fun. And on top of that, our drinks were stolen from the table. I went to see the owner to tell him he'd seen we hadn't been drinking and that it was simply impossible for us to finish all our drinks in 10 minutes, especially since some glasses were even missing. He decided to offer me two shots, which weren't even worth what was stolen. I asked him who had stolen the four remaining glasses, and he said he didn't know, even though he'd been on the terrace with only two tables occupied and had been laughing with them for hours. I then noticed the glasses were on the counter. We were the only ones who ordered that drink and that color of glass, so I know they took our drinks to do something amongst themselves. So, this guy basically gave our drinks to his friends and then laughed at us, telling us to get lost with two shots. It's a bar for friends. If you're not buddies with the owner's crew, you can forget it. We paid over €80 for this. Go across the street; you'll get a better welcome and it's cheaper.
