23/07/2026: What a delight with every visit... For nearly two hours, we were swept away by a waltz of flavors, thanks to a responsive team and no waiting. The magic unfolded from the amuse-bouche to the petit fours. Everything was pure art and pleasure. Thank you for this enchanting interlude with its gentle Japanese notes in this cozy and intimate space.

16/06/2026: The food is excellent. The salads are generous, and the fries are homemade. The service is quick and friendly. I highly recommend it. Just 2 minutes from the train station. An excellent place to eat in Valence. Excellent value for money.

05/06/2026: Great food and friendly staff. My wife is vegetarian and is very picky about her food. We both loved the authentic regional French good. We were the only Americans in the restaurant, good sign when the locals are eating there.

29/07/2026: Unfortunately, I've never eaten such bad meat. As a lover of good meat, I had everyone around the table taste it to make sure I wasn't being picky. The unanimous verdict: the meat didn't look rotten, but it tasted absolutely disgusting. I hope I don't get sick.

25/07/2026: Lovely restaurant in a charming square, quite centrally located in Valence. A wide selection of dishes, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented and incredibly reasonably priced. The set menu is highly recommended, as are the steak tartare and the gaufré for dessert. Friendly staff and clean restrooms.

30/06/2026: The small square where the restaurant is located is very pleasant, but a real trap for anyone unfamiliar with restaurant cuisine! A seafood salad consisting of two shrimp, two scallops, and a tuna steak… 25 euros! It's summer, and the locals are taking tourists for fools 😡 Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of the salad! I've always posted positive reviews; I make a point of not badmouthing an establishment just for the sake of it… but here, I really feel like I was taken for a fool. And to top it all off, customers were smoking all around me while I was eating lunch! Avoid at all costs!!!!

09/07/2026: Since this restaurant is close to our home, we go there regularly. The service is excellent, the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor setting under the trees is very pleasant. The food is excellent; we enjoy it every time.

12/07/2026: Since I don't appreciate being insulted for no reason by the staff, my experience was disastrous. Upon our arrival, a blonde woman (an employee) sitting on the terrace "whispered" to a man sitting near her, "Seriously, look at how she's dressed!" with a nasty look, a facial expression, and vocabulary that spoke volumes about her character. Then, all smiles, thinking I couldn't hear or read lips, she said "HELLO!" as if nothing had happened. Once I got inside, I realized what had happened and asked my friend, "What's her problem?" The young waitress who had overheard me didn't believe me and told me she had simply said hello before "apologizing," as if to say, "Okay, let's move on." An unpleasant waiter served our Coke. I'm stating that I was wearing a t-shirt (photo attached) in this heatwave; I wouldn't stoop to wearing trousers just because this woman isn't educated enough to respect women. This bar/restaurant will unfortunately never change.

26/07/2026: Impeccable 👍 We eat there every time we're in Valence. Family atmosphere, good pizzas 🍕 and the price is reasonable.

21/06/2026: The boss is working completely drunk, a glass in his hand? I have to chase after him to pay him? Next time I'll buy the bottle and go drink alone like a drunk; that'll be better.

31/05/2026: A really nice place with a great atmosphere. I'll update my review of the food once I've tried several dishes/tapas, but my seared tuna was very good. It makes you want to come back. The terrace is quiet and pleasant.

15/07/2026: I honestly prefer the small square. The waiter was incredibly grumpy because we just wanted to reserve chairs for our friends. Then there were the stale drinks, the cans weren't cold either, and the prices were outrageous! I ordered a drink, and when it arrived, it smelled like vomit 🤢 It makes you wonder if the glasses are even washed? Aside from the flat screen showing the World Cup, I don't know what positive thing to say... Disappointed.

15/07/2026: The glasses already smelled like vomit, one ice cube in each glass during a heatwave, no possibility of holding chairs for people arriving later, we asked for glasses of water and had to go get them ourselves while there was still some left because after two glasses there was supposedly no more, otherwise we had to pay €1.50 for a lukewarm bottle, and I repeat, during a heatwave... In short, there are much better places for less money in Valence

09/07/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered a Hindy pizza, which was supposed to contain peppers… except there weren't any at all. They must have thought that dumping a jar of curry powder on the pizza would replace the other ingredients. The result: a dry pizza, with clumps of spices everywhere and a truly unpleasant taste. Plus, there was way more dough than topping. (As you can see in the picture) If for you a "curry" pizza is just sprinkling on an industrial amount of spices, maybe they should rethink the recipe. First and last time. 👎

24/06/2026: I had the misfortune of returning a pizza with an overcooked egg (which I specified before ordering for the third time). I encountered an arrogant owner who, under the pretext of being Sicilian, doesn't know how to make a sunny-side-up egg. He told me to go make a pizza at home; I'll probably do that, it'll surely be less dry than his. At the same time, after 50 years in the business, as he puts it, the passion has clearly gone a long way. I can't wait for this disrespectful man to retire; it's about time!

20/06/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We went there with a €144 gift voucher for two (drinks included). Let's start with the food: it was decent enough, but nothing special. We were given the Asian menu, or rather, we had no choice but to take the Asian menu. We only realized when the table next to us arrived later that we were entitled to a different menu… in short, already incomprehensible. But then the service was a disaster. We barely had time to serve our aperitifs before, two minutes later, we were served our starters. This was already difficult to understand, given that we were entitled to two glasses of wine in our set menu. But the icing on the cake was what happened next: if we hadn't asked twice, we would never have received our glass of wine. It arrived after we had finished our main course. Very pleasant to see the glass of wine arrive when you're having dessert. So we were able to drink our glass of wine after we'd finished our main course, and the other glass of wine that was probably meant to come with the starter never arrived. We were already having our aperitif with the starter, after all… It's the first time I've ever been to a restaurant where they didn't serve us the wine we'd paid for. After expressing my dissatisfaction twice, they offered us a digestif as we were leaving the restaurant, still carrying our things. On the plus side of the evening, there was a guitarist/singer who really livened things up.
