05/09/2024: Novotel Sénart Golf de Greenparc was easy to book and prepared a warm welcome and easy check-in. The Reception and restaurant/Bar staff was very friendly and experts in their role. The overall stay experience was satisfying and I am sure to recommend it to colleagues and on Google Maps. The Hotel has a clear sustainability program which had been successfully implemented. Here are some tips to make the stay excellent. The Building Facade paint and entrance / sliding doors could receive renovation as it is th customer's first impression of the site. Glacing Cleaning could be improved. The entrance sliding doors have no sluice/air curtain to prevent energy loss in summer and winter time. For some reason, I could not connect my phone to the TV with the provided platform it did not work. Wifi speed could be improved for hotel office working A dedicated Co-Working space area could be provided for back office work. The elevator could receive renovation Ailes to hotel rooms could receive painting, Carpet, and renovation work The Emergency Door Staircase Level 0 -Reception is slamming very hard. Paint on the Balcony Grey painted Floors could receive renovation. Swimming Pool opening times to be extended - 9 pm is short after dinnertime Wellnes&Spa Program services to be offered Actual Room Temperature could be displayed to show guests the proper temperature reached (New Controller) For some reason, I did not find toilet brushes in the toilet as expected. Lawn Mowing could be improved The Green Area could be improved to provide guests with a small recreation area with a deckchair and an outside bar The parking lot marking width is too small for the actual SUV Car size, it could be reorganized to make parking more comfortable. Parking lot fine-asphalt cover could experience renovation as it has reached the end of its lifetime, beeing rough, with holes and tripping points. Flowers, ther are little to no flowers inside the hotel - plastic plants do not provide a comfortable environment It is difficult to arrive with public transportation (sustainable) as the schedules from buses and trains are difficult for foreign guests to understand. The Laundry Service Truck in front of the main entrance wakes up guests and disturbs them during morning meditation of course this is the main backbone service of the hotel may be a more suitable side entrance can be created to make the laundry invisible and quiet in the service levels The mini-bar could offer some 1-2 non-alcohoöic welcome drinks for first arrival day (Hotel Indigo group experience) The Water dispenser in the Ailes is perfect and could display the cleaning and disinfection interval as the customer expected. In-room 124 the LED lighting beams of the Bed need renovation (end-of-lifetime) Ther could be USB-c Charging on bed tables and work desk as it is European Standard (Mariott Courtyard Experience) There could be a bathrobe and slipper in the room to get easily dressed to wellness and the pool area. Ther were no changing rooms found in the pool area and lockers to keep phone and wallet.

04/09/2024: Bad signage No commercial gesture despite having reported the accor card No commercial friendliness from the director who is not afraid to charge €198 for 2 hours spent at the hotel (departure for unforeseen imperative professional reasons)

28/08/2024: The service is good and quite fast and the staff are welcoming and friendly There is a pretty good atmosphere in the evening and the Karaoke menu remains decent However, the problem is the value for money of the karaoke meal which is not there: it was not bad, but not exceptional for paying a lot, the meals especially lacked consistency, even with a Karaoke it was worth not the 38 euros, knowing that there are restaurants of the same range serving more for less (HD Diner, Cinquencento Hippopotamus, etc.) We will still appreciate the effort of a hand-made cuisine

25/08/2024: Mes copines ont réservé dans ce restaurant pour une soirée karaoké et dansante endiablée pour mon enterrement de vie de jeune fille . Nous nous sommes éclatées à chanter, puis sur la piste de danse . Nous avons apprécié le repas également. Une super soirée , et des souvenirs gravés pour longtemps !

23/08/2024: Welcoming and smiling waitress, however my dish was cold and tasteless. I ultimately took no pleasure in eating this meal, this restaurant is a tourist trap which offers tasteless dishes. Eating at McDonald’s is better and cheaper.

30/08/2024: Very good 3 night stay. The hotel is very nice with a peaceful location. Very warm welcome from José and Gaëtan. The meals offered by the hotel were delicious and good value for money.

27/07/2024: We chose this hotel because of the good reviews. Since we saw very little of the staff, I can't comment on them, but I must say that the rooms were definitely not clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and sink, which is how I can always tell if a hotel is clean. We could hear all the noises from the room next to ours. We listened to moaning sounds all night. The hotel is located in a charming village, but it's a bit far from the city.

15/08/2024: Booked this hotel on our way to the Vendee. Excellent location on the outskirts of Paris (you can quickly leave Paris the next day) Friendly welcome, excellent rooms, in our case on the ground floor. Good beds and neat, clean bathroom. Breakfast also good. So a great option for transit 👍🏻

08/07/2024: A cozy hotel, with its different buildings. The welcome is tailor-made with friendly, attentive and very caring staff. We quickly feel at ease. The rooms and all premises are clean and respect ecological standards. The meals served are varied, tasty and for all tastes (I recommend the chicken tikka). Thanks to the whole team, don't change anything. Thanks for the little wink.

24/08/2024: Half an hour of waiting without coming to see us and frozen breaded fish? all dry and not very tasty... bad choice

20/08/2024: I spent several days in this hotel during a business trip. The employees were very attentive throughout the stay. The room was air-conditioned and spacious. The breakfasts were good, as were the restaurant meals. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend.

17/08/2024: Clients des bonnes tables de l’Essonne, nous avions découvert la Patte d’Oie et son cadre agréable il y a quelques années déjà. Notre dernière expérience n’ayant pas été positive, nous avions donc suspendu nos visites aux beaux jours pendant 4 ans... En ce mois d'août 2024, nous avons souhaité actualiser nos impressions, plutôt alléchés par une carte pleine de promesses. Hélas, notre déjeuner débuta par une heure d’attente entre la commande et l’arrivée des entrées à notre table... Autour de nous, les tables étaient servies... En guise d'amuse-bouche, des olives noires émincées avec de petits toasts de pain grillé très durs... Heureusement, nos apéritifs étaient là pour nous consoler. Au cours de cette longue attente, on est venu nous faire confirmer les entrées choisies... Tout ceci sans un mot d’excuse... Nos plats furent servis normalement ensuite mais... que de (mauvaises) surprises ! Un coeur d’entrecôte Angus commandé bleu arrivé à point, dur comme du bois... Cette viande devait être tendre, il n’en était rien ! Nous avons obtenu le remplacement du coeur d’entrecôte à point contre un bleu : même constat, la viande dure à mâcher... et donc non consommée. L’autre plat était le filet de sole à la Dieppoise : la texture de la sole n’était pas reconnaissable et l’épaisseur des filets servis, au goût très éloigné de la sole française, faisaient penser à un poisson ordinaire. La sauce était crémeuse mais agrémentée d’un unique morceau de champignon, de quelques moules racornies et crevettes minuscules... Nous aurions apprécié du fair play au moment de la note mais que nenni ! Aucune volonté de RECONNAITRE les faits et au diable, la satisfaction du client ! Au contraire, on nous a posé mécaniquement cette agaçante question en rafale : “tout s’est bien passé” ???? Quand on ramène une assiette pleine en cuisine, il serait de bon ton de ne pas harceler le client avec cette question... c’est juste du bon sens. Bref ! Une bien chère déception. Et après avoir réglé le montant d’un repas haut de gamme qui ne le fut pas, spontanément, une promesse en stéréo a conclu ce déjeuner estival : La Patte d’Oie ne nous reverra pas !

16/08/2024: Terrasse agréable au bord d'un étang. Accueil sans sourire. Pour 4 personnes nous avons choisi la sole à la dieppoise. Dans l'assiette poisson insipide n'ayant rien a voir avec la sole française, accompagné de pâtes, 2 mini crevettes, 2 moules, les champignons annoncés sont inexistants. Le tout vraissemblablement cuisiné au micro-onde. Suite à notre réclamation la serveuse nous jette sur la table l'étiquette du produit "filets de sole tropicale SURGELES du Sénégal". Dessert omelette norvégienne, la glace était fondue. Repas d'une cantine ordinaire. A déconseiller malgré le cadre.

17/12/2023: To flee. Too expensive for what it is. Dry dish, overcooked. Replaced without much motivation and without excuse. I won't go back there.

14/09/2024: I really recommend this bakery, it's so rare to enter a business where you have a smile, friendliness, quality, bread is excellent, pastries and more, if you pass by don't hesitate to stop by stop the address is worth the detour....

04/03/2024: The team is always on top to serve you with a smile. Rémi is as good at cooking as he is at baking, the dishes are plentiful and very good. Brief ! I eat there all week and if it were possible I would even eat there on the weekend!!

23/02/2024: Very warm welcome. The manager took the time to explain their concept to me with passion. I had a simple hot dog and even with that, I enjoyed it! Homemade Béchamel mustard a little different that goes well with the sandwich. It's worth stopping there.
