I ordered sweet petit fours, around 100 euros, for a reception, they were frozen, very crude pastry, supermarket quality, I was ashamed to present this to my guests, it was tasteless and the choux pastry appeared to be rubber. I absolutely advise against it!
23/11/2024: Bread like we haven't tasted in a long time! The attic pie was excellent, and it keeps well for several days.

15/09/2024: A regular at Best Westerns, this hotel is ideally located in its green setting. The rooms are comfortable. On the other hand, a huge negative point for the staff! Very cold welcome, hello is difficult to say for many of them. A shame for a 4 star! Arrived in the room, not the right number of towels, call reception, you are told 30 minutes to resolve the problem. And finally the restaurant, fortunately there was at least one waitress who had the level. Very long service with errors in the dishes. A rather light menu. Fortunately the tastes were present. So much so that we did not want to have breakfast following these experiences and instead left.

Planes taking off from the airport pass overhead but once the windows are closed the noise is not disturbing.
Cordial service, particularly at the bar and breakfast service.
Good restaurant but rather classic dishes. A bit high value for money.
The dinner service was a little long and tense.

10/07/2025: It was a great, well-deserved break, refreshing and enjoyable. Long live the view of the golf course once the rain has passed 😅. A big thank you to the whole team for the welcome and professionalism. Special mention to the 4 Mousquetaires (Baptiste etc) and the hygiene team who do a great job!
10/07/2025: No air conditioning, a real oven! Incredible for a Novotel! A small French window isn't enough to cool the room at night (if the nights are cool!), and anyway, the light from the front and the noise of machinery on the roof completely prevent you from sleeping. The staff lends you an "air conditioner": a noisy ventilation unit with ice cubes... It works for 10 minutes...
On the third day, I was woken up by the workers on the roof at 6 a.m., who explained the cable routing in detail... But why was I sleeping with the window open?

09/09/2024: Very good time spent in this restaurant, it was the first time for me, a beautiful sober and very clean decor with a relaxing and warm atmosphere, the cocktail at the top as well as a good burger well served 😋
A Server who has a smile all the time is very pleasant! 👍🏻👍🏻

The dishes are delicious and copious, prepared quickly and homemade, hence a bit of a wait but it’s reasonable

A short time ago, after an introduction to golf, my partner decided to also embark on the adventure, I believe that it is also thanks to Romain the golf teacher, that she wanted to get started, She is now registered in Saint Aubin, so we are often there to play.
The golf course is well maintained, the different courses are top notch.
The welcome is friendly, and the prices are fair.
We recommend this golf course 😁

07/11/2024: To flee!! We went this afternoon with colleagues (30 people)
We have reserved meals in advance to facilitate service…. The meal was brought to the table cold!!
When we went to the bar to pay the bill (individually) we got a comment from the owner like “you’re going to give me bad service! » when we were at the end of the shift and there weren't many people left!! In addition, a meal was charged extra!!
Otherwise the decor and the music are nice.

How can you claim to run a “restaurant” while serving food worthy of a canteen? Nothing is homemade, everything is greasy and tasteless.
Being a cook is a job, you can’t make it up! Reheating boxes isn't cooking!
The waitresses, however, are friendly and professional.

03/08/2024: I have just returned from this hotel, I stayed there for 8 days, the breakfast was ok, at 10 a.m. sharp, everything was removed, however it seems to me that a real change needs to be made, in terms of the bed linen, there were blankets in the bed , for me it's something unacceptable, we haven't seen brown blankets in hotels for years!!
When I went down to reception to ask for something else, I was told that he knew the problem but that he had nothing else to offer me!!
Lots of things to review at this level!
Expensive hotel for this type of service!
