05/04/2024: I ate here on a trip with people from my school, it was one of my favorite meals of the trip. The service was a bit slow for American standards, but it makes sense from the perspective of French culture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were able to understand our (very broken) French (and speak in English when it hurt too much to hear haha). Its proximity to the cathedral is also very helpful as someone on a tight schedule. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chartres.

03/04/2024: After reading the comments I was a little scared but I was not disappointed, very responsive welcoming staff, I had reserved the SPA and a parking space (10 euros for the night, correct rate) as indicated on the gym website small but functional hotel in a good location and excellent continental breakfast.
Our room 200b Marie Antoinette, spacious with shower and bath, overlooked the square but no noise

01/04/2024: A suitable welcome, a pleasant and calm setting.
A basic cuisine: a rib on the bone with more fat and sinew than meat... A small slice of ham, just to make a sandwich and very salty, a chicken burger with more salad than chicken. .. The presentation leaves something to be desired, and the waitress who spills one of the dishes on the floor... Basically either the others eat cold while waiting for the dish to come back... Or the other eats alone when their dish comes back...
We have tried several restaurants in the chain, and we have never been disappointed until now... We will not be returning to this one!
31/03/2024: Very good dishes and perfect cooking, the deplorable service the waitress who made us clear our plates and then the second waitress who brought us the desserts knocked over the cup of whipped cream and left it on the table without cleaning it up. Review the basics of room service.

29/03/2024: Great place for families and vegetarians. It's clean, there's space, variety, a perfectly balanced children's menu, great service and ideally located between the cathedral and a parking lot. Nice stopover and thank you! Besides, many locals come there even during the week.

02/04/2024: Plastic in the dishes, the waitress who tells me to shut up when I talk about it, insulting me. Not a commercial gesture and they explain to me that it’s celery. When I ask to speak to the manager, who was in the room, they explain to me that he is not there and everyone hides. Distressing. Note and dishes too salty. To avoid.
Too bad it used to be a beautiful house.
