04/04/2026: I just called Réservoir to book a table for my wife's birthday on a Thursday evening. They asked if it was with a gift voucher, and I said yes. They told me it wasn't possible; it was either lunchtime, Saturday evening, or Sunday lunchtime. But if I hadn't booked through the voucher, it would have been possible. I specifically paid an extra €20 on top of the voucher price to book a table at the restaurant, only to end up not being able to choose, and nothing was mentioned about this on the e-ticket booking confirmation. I find this completely unacceptable, because if it had been a matter of extra money with a surcharge upon arrival, I would have paid. Avoid at all costs.

06/04/2026: A very average gourmet salad and a tiny pot of industrial vinaigrette dressing that they charge you an extra 40 cents for! Keep walking!

15/03/2026: Classic French cuisine, nothing extraordinary. My salmon was overcooked and therefore dry, but the raspberry tiramisu was quite good. The service was quick and friendly.

21/01/2026: Shameful, one star is already a generous award. The place is filthy and the owner smokes inside; I wouldn't want to see the kitchen... Asking for a receipt with the VAT included is incredibly complicated (apparently they don't have a cash register). The owner just throws you a piece of paper and says, "Figure it out yourself, I don't know how to calculate it." I could write a novel about it... In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

09/03/2026: A true paradise. The park, crisscrossed by numerous streams, is magnificent. The building is a tastefully restored former watermill, retaining its old-world charm while offering the comfort of a contemporary touch. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and modern. But the best part: the cuisine. It's clear that it's an art form. The inventiveness of the dishes, the subtlety of the proportions and combinations, the beauty of the presentation—everything makes it an exceptional experience. The cuisine is meticulously planned, precise, and structured. Truly masterful. A very welcome addition.

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day Meal Reservation made based on the restaurant's decor and the enticing menu. This establishment does not live up to its promises. The dishes were good but simple, lacking vibrancy and flavor. The service was very slow and disorganized, although we were politely served by two young men from whom we would have appreciated a smile. We were surprised by the menu, which was supposed to offer a choice between two options. This was not the case. 🤔 The wine by the glass was served in very small glasses, which was not pleasant for tasting. There was no decoration or ambiance for what should have been a joyful occasion. This establishment lacks professionalism and warmth. A bit more vibrancy, smiles, a warm welcome, and good humor would be a big plus. We wish you all the best nonetheless. 😄

03/03/2026: I order from there often, and the price might not be appealing, but you can immediately see the difference in quality compared to an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It's really, really good. I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: We came to place a takeout order today. An order for 10 people costing almost €200. We were very well received, but when we tasted the food, we were very disappointed. The shrimp didn't taste good, and the noodles had a burnt aftertaste. Thankfully, the beef was good, but that was the only redeeming quality. A shame, especially considering the exorbitant price.

07/04/2026: Stopped in today for some cakes. They did look beautiful, but there was a slight hint of rancidity, and the cherries on the Black Forest cake were questionable. The welcome at the end of the day was cold, and we felt like we were bothering the saleswoman (owner?). I'm not from the area, so I won't be going back. Good luck!
