I thoroughly enjoyed myself from beginning to end: the escargot burger, camembert, and homemade fries. The profiteroles are simply irresistible. This Vernon restaurant is flawless! Chat with the owner; he's fantastic!

09/04/2026: A hotel I frequent regularly for business. It has just been renovated, the rooms are very nice with pleasant bathrooms. The food is perfectly adequate for me. It's simple but good, as is the breakfast. Special mention to the waitress who was also there in the morning (I was there on April 7th) who greeted me with a smile and was very attentive. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a table where a family argument was taking place, but this was in no way the fault of the restaurant or its staff. A very good evening and a great find otherwise.

09/02/2026: The menu is presented. I read about the chef's background and his quest for a Michelin star, but he's not the one cooking—that's already misleading! And as for the €45 menu... You expect slightly higher-end ingredients with elegant presentation, but this doesn't resemble the photos in the guide. It's not that the food is badly cooked (the braised veal shoulder with almond cream and amaretto was good, but we couldn't taste the almond!). In short, it's not good value for money. You can sometimes eat better in certain brasseries!
