07/12/2025: After a satisfactory first experience despite a few minor issues (cold sides, overly dry baba), we decided to return, but this time we were truly disappointed: the service was inconsistent (we sensed stress from the moment we arrived, even though there was only one other table of two having lunch when we got there), the aperitif was slightly spilled during service but served as is, the apple mojito was too sweet and lacked any Calvados flavor, the dishes were cold (both our table and the other table at the same time), the fries were too hard (recooked because they were served cold), the pork cheeks were tasty but served canteen-style with a ladleful and no presentation, yet they cost €24 (they offered doggy bags for unfinished dishes, which were placed in freezer bags, leaving us perplexed), the autumn burger cost €17 (just bread, a patty, and Pont l'Évêque cheese, nothing else, making it rather dry), and the dishes lacked color, presentation, and vegetables. Prices were as expected. Regarding desserts: the crème brûlée was not well-received, and the baba au rhum was very dry. Rum was not offered (the waitress admitted she had forgotten), but the chocolate fondant was excellent. On the plus side: the waitress was accommodating and added a sauce to the children's meals, which we appreciated, and she offered a discount in recognition of all the issues. The two young waiters were pleasant.

07/12/2025: The first time everything was perfect, but this time there was no rum for the mojito, the food wasn't hot enough, the children's fries were cold and had been reheated in the kitchen, and this time they were all hard. The unfinished dishes were just thrown into freezer bags. I hope the takeaway menus aren't served the same way; we were very disappointed.

19/03/2025: Small brasserie bar, the only one in the village, terrace. Boss, boss and their son very kind, very friendly, helpful, simple. Local commerce too, the meals are homemade, simple, good. Quality family cooking with fresh produce, no menu, very affordable menus Warm atmosphere: it's the soul of the village. If you appreciate simplicity, simple, hearty dishes. This is an address not to be missed. Closed on Monday.

01/09/2024: C'est la seconde fois que nous venons, mon mari et moi, dans cet établissement et nous en sommes ravis. Le cadre est somptueux, les tables intimistes, la nourriture excellente, le service parfait. C'est clairement un endroit à recommander.

30/08/2024: Cozy and refined atmosphere, good food. Meat with many levels of maturation, so the prices are challenging. Excellent wine cellar, competent and welcoming staff. The basic rib is good but not easily cutable.
