08/12/2025: It was our first visit to Chez Louise, a restaurant at the end of the world, and from the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. I'd been told it was worth the trip… and I can confirm: I certainly wasn't disappointed! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, tastefully decorated, and you immediately feel at ease. The welcome was truly impeccable: smiles, kindness, thoughtful touches… You feel like you're being received by friends, and that makes all the difference. As for the food, it was a real delight. We ate very, very well; the dishes were generous, flavorful, expertly prepared, and served with genuine passion. You can tell that everything is made with love and that quality is a priority. The service, meanwhile, is top-notch. Always with the right words and a great deal of good humor. The team is just like the owner: fantastic! Thank you so much.

But the crêpes are creative and delicious; we absolutely loved the scallop crêpe with parsnip and Jerusalem artichoke purée—truly exceptional. The ingredients are often organic and sourced from local producers, whose names are clearly displayed! Many places should take note... Skip the big chains and discover this unassuming crêperie... a real gem! 🧡

We opted only for savory buckwheat crêpes (galettes), and each one was a delight, better than the last. From the batter to the fillings, the perfect cooking, and the flavorful butter, everything is expertly done. Without a doubt, one of the best crêperies I've ever tried. The service is also excellent. I will definitely return on my next trip to the area. 😊
