23/09/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert, all for a very reasonable price of €16. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was quick and friendly. The appetizer is a self-service buffet.

10/09/2026: Traveling in our campervan, we stopped at the Lampaul Pouarzel rest area in the dunes and chose this restaurant for lunch the next day. We weren't disappointed; the set menu was €16, including a starter, main course, and dessert made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The service was efficient and friendly. A pleasant experience.

07/10/2026: We received a warm welcome and were shown to our table. The service was very attentive and always tried to speak English (which I don't take for granted, as we should be making more of an effort to speak French). As a starter, we were served a complimentary amuse-bouche of small mussels, bread, and butter. The soup and artichoke were very good and quite substantial. Both main courses were delicious, and together with the appetizer, we were very satisfied. The atmosphere was consistently very cozy, and the other guests (almost all French) were very relaxed and friendly. There were also several dogs in the restaurant, and water bowls were always brought to them immediately. Therefore, it's also recommended for dog owners. We felt the price-performance ratio was reasonable. We would gladly return, and at this point, we'd also like to thank the chef. You can always thank the service team, but usually not the chef.

21/08/2026: Hello, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the pastry chef who makes the Black Forest cakes... I asked for the largest one, and the very professional and smiling saleswoman made sure I got it. It's been a long time since I've had a Black Forest cake; it's become a rare cake in some regions, almost impossible to find. I won't even mention the other products, but they're just as good. A huge selection, and reasonable prices. A thousand THANKS! We'll be back.

01/09/2026: The service was extremely slow; it took an hour to get our main course. We ordered a rare burger, but it arrived well-done. We had to ask for dessert, and the chocolate fondant we received was completely undercooked.

24/08/2026: A wonderful discovery at Le Galion in Kerlouan! We absolutely loved the Kig Ha Farz: truly excellent. The ingredients were bursting with flavor, the portion was generous, and the presentation was impeccable. It's the kind of dish that makes your mouth water as soon as it arrives at the table, and the quality is definitely there! We also ordered fish and chips and a butcher-style minced steak, both very good and around €14, so the value for money is excellent. If I had to find one small point for improvement, it would be the fries, which were rather basic compared to the quality of the rest of the meal. But at that price, they were still very acceptable. Special mention also goes to the service, which was truly warm and friendly. A great place to eat in Kerlouan, and the Kig Ha Farz is definitely worth a visit!
