17/09/2026: Very slow service with far too much music playing inside. There were three of us, and we were served 35 minutes after arriving.

03/09/2026: We ordered a kitchen from IKEA and, unfortunately, none of the deliveries have gone smoothly. During the first delivery, the sink was simply missing. As a result, we had to take another day off work to wait for a new delivery, with particularly restrictive delivery slots from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Today, another delivery was scheduled, this time for the countertop. And this very morning, we received a message informing us that the delivery has been postponed to September 17th, almost two weeks later! What's particularly incomprehensible is that we were strongly encouraged to choose delivery dates as close as possible to our desired date, on the grounds that this would make things easier for IKEA. So we organized our schedule accordingly… only to end up with last-minute postponements. The situation is all the more problematic because the kitchen fitter is supposed to come next week to install the kitchen. Without the countertop, it's impossible to properly finish the project. We now have to reorganize, potentially take a day off work, and deal with the consequences of a problem that isn't our fault. And as if that weren't enough, customer service is extremely difficult to reach: nearly an hour and a half wait for a response. We can understand that a logistical problem can arise. What's much harder to accept is the accumulation of errors, the lack of a suitable solution, and the disregard for customers' time and constraints. For a company the size of IKEA, and especially for a project as significant as a kitchen, we clearly expected a much more professional level of service. An extremely disappointing customer experience.

13/05/2026: Chipped teapot, cups with traces of caffeine, extremely uncomfortable outdoor chairs and an outdated menu.

28/04/2026: A lovely tea room, perfect for relaxing. Very good cakes and tea! However, I recommend updating the menu, as the tea I wanted was no longer available, and offering more relaxed service. (The waiter was very friendly and helpful.)

12/09/2026: Appalling service, liars and incompetent. I ordered at 9:45 PM for a delivery that was supposed to be at 10:15 PM, then postponed to 10:50 PM. After calling several times without an answer, they finally told me the driver was downstairs, even though I was already there. The driver supposedly left. They told me he would come back and made me wait an hour outside my building, but they never showed up. It's 12:15 AM. Forty-five minutes ago, the driver told me he would arrive in 15 minutes. Still nothing. A scam. In the end, the delivery was never made.

08/08/2026: While staying at the Pullman Hotel, I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were pleasant, attentive, and always smiling. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, the wines were excellent, and the presentation of the dishes was pleasing to the eye.

06/08/2026: Staying at the hotel, the restaurant is convenient and pleasant. The service is attentive and offers good advice. The menu is affordable and of high quality.

26/08/2026: A place to eat and drink, with recycled, vintage furniture. Drinks are €10, small beers are quite expensive.

02/08/2026: I paid 60 euros for an apartment infested with bedbugs, ants, and more! I didn't realize it right away; I didn't sleep a wink all night and left at 5 a.m. because it was so disgusting! I've been evacuated from Cap Ferret. I expected to experience something like this, as it's already difficult enough; you have to be incredibly unscrupulous. Obviously, I don't intend to let it go.

01/08/2026: Passing through Bordeaux, this is a great bar, especially after leaving the train station after midnight, with soft background music. The owner is very friendly 😊

18/08/2026: The waitress was awful, rude, and sighed when we asked for our money after paying for our drinks. She complained loudly that she didn't have any change... With that kind of behavior, we certainly weren't going to leave her a tip.

13/08/2026: The restaurant is very good, clean, and air-conditioned. The service is quick and efficient. The food is good.

01/09/2026: A huge thank you to Damein, who kindly offered to top up my car's oil and took the time to explain everything to me. Every time I go to this gas station, he's incredibly pleasant and patient. He's truly a fantastic employee; it makes all the difference!

29/08/2026: Hello, I thought the tobacco shop was open; it said so, but it was actually closed. I'm very disappointed. That's why I gave it one star.

21/07/2026: The lady who works in the tobacco section is lovely, but I think she has hearing problems; she gives out the wrong packs. It's the second time she's done it.
