11/03/2026: A peaceful and charming stopover in a quiet, family-run setting. A pleasant dinner in the beautiful, spacious dining room, a quality meal served with a smile and promptly.
The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. If I'm ever back in Saint-Gaudens, I will definitely return.
A welcome simplicity, clean and respectful.
Secure parking, easily accessible from the highway. All amenities are nearby.

18/12/2024: Nice, friendly cafe, welcoming staff and good food.
We ate with our association in the room upstairs, a lovely, quiet and friendly space. The meals were very good and varied, with various choices, everything was good. We come back regularly and are always well received and served. It's a shame that the terrace is closed for metro work, but I recommend coming and discovering the interior room.

15/12/2023: Very nice surprise at this little restaurant hidden in the depths of the area. An unimaginable welcome and kindness and a very good meal for a more than reasonable price. Indeed, fish and chips are magical. And the team who takes the time to propose and make a hybrid dessert because the dessert of the day was a victim of its success. THANKS. We'll come back when we're around.

Le Père Louis est une très bonne table.
Nous avons choisi: assiette jambon/pain avec apéritif suivie par salade/mozzarella/pêche + steak tartare (excellent) pour finir par une tarte au citron.
Un vrai moment de plaisir pour les papilles.
07/05/2024: Superbe adresse !! La cuisine est délicieuse et belle carte des vins. À y aller sans trader c’est un endroit à connaître à Toulouse !
