23/05/2026: We went there for a meal. We hadn't heard of this place before, but what a pleasant surprise!
The dishes were beautifully presented and expertly prepared.
The setting was charming. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We highly recommend it.

And what a pleasant surprise!
Beyond the magnificent setting overlooking Lake Liez, everything was impeccable: a warm welcome, meticulous service, and delicious cuisine with perfect seasoning.
We truly had a wonderful time.
I should clarify that my review only concerns the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel.
In any case, I highly recommend it!

Dinner wasn't offered (we were informed of this when booking due to an exceptional closure), but there are several restaurants nearby.
However, breakfast wasn't provided (we only found out upon arrival), but they did provide us with everything we needed to start our day well in our room.

Special mention goes to the halibut steak with asparagus and the pollack with Champagne sausage. Very daring combinations that paid off.
Top-notch.
05/04/2026: We arrived on April 4th. There were a few minor misunderstandings. The staff wasn't up to standard. They need to relearn the basics of service and sommelier knowledge. Serving champagne without offering a taste, disappearing with the bottle, and bringing the glasses to the table was a bit lacking for the expected level of service.
Otherwise, the food was perfectly fine.

14/03/2026: Stoped en route to alps, easy parking, late check in and we were given a code, and the lady waited for us. Room was clean, comfortable bed, furniture and fittings (bathroom) a bit dated but all worked and was warm.
Lovely old town with lots of nice shops and eateries.
This is our second visit and we will return

05/02/2026: I'm only commenting on the restaurant itself. The menu is simple, but the dishes are well-prepared, the sauce is tasty, it's just a shame the fries aren't homemade. My only complaint is about some of the staff: they were cold, unfriendly, and even a bit unpleasant.

08/05/2026: I was served a Caesar salad where the lettuce was past its prime, practically rotten, and when I pointed it out, there was no reaction other than to say I wasn't the only one who noticed it, but no apology or discount. I won't be going back.
