08/03/2024: Vacation ❘ Couple RUN AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!! We have visited this establishment more than eight times and we were delighted, JB Natali is an excellent chef, but he has left for other horizons since he is now chef de cuisine at L'Apurva Kempinski in Bali which means to say that the star is no longer in this restaurant, we paid the price (note of 440 euros) in December 2023 thinking of (re)finding the usual quality (penultimate visit in July 2023), an ubuesque or even pathetic situation, dishes a thousand miles from the star, wines by the glass between 20 and 23 euros, deplorable service, a waiter who tells you that he was a nurse in Nigloland. But what a shame, we must denounce this deception, the services are totally despicable and the prices of the dishes absolutely do not correspond to those of a Michelin star, we could consider that it is theft... We who loved this place so much, what a disappointment and what a waste for Colombey... So to those who would be lured by the false announcements, some advice move on.

19/02/2024: We were warmly welcomed at the hotel restaurant La Source Bleue, located in a magical location in Haute-Marne, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The Valentine's Day meal was delicious, with a special menu. Although the server seemed a little distant at first, he improved as the evening went on. The large park is home to a clear blue spring, but it is a shame that there is no explanation of its origin. For accommodation, we stayed in Clara House, offering integral space at our disposal. Beautiful walks were to be expected in the establishment's park and surrounding areas.
12/02/2024: After several opinions from my acquaintances, I said to myself that it was time to give my opinion. Maybe late but at least that will be said. It’s a very beautiful place, with a magnificent setting. No doubt about that! I think the managers play a lot on this… The service was very average. We were placed in a room where it was very cold to eat. A couple who had received a gift box for this establishment were also with us. Needless to say, our opinions coincided... There was room in the other room with a fireplace but obviously they have priorities. Like for example leaving room for “outsiders” This may seem like a big deal, you might say, but this idea was reinforced when choosing the dishes. A beef Rossini was offered on the menu. I chose it but was told they were out of stock. So I chose a “standard” beef but it was very good, I was reassured. However, a couple who arrived after us from a foreign origin (English or Dutch) were served 2 beef Rossini… So to summarize, having already visited a number of establishments I can say that: If you do not meet the customer criteria, if you are not an ace-clad foreigner who we want to bring back next season, I do not recommend this place which is also not up to the mark in terms of quality. /price.

22/02/2024: Delicious lunch (including Jambon Braisé), two of us don't speak French but that was no problem. The service was super friendly, with a smile. Good wine. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.
21/09/2023: Of all the pizzerias I've been to in my life, this was by far the worst. We received the wrong bottle, it was shown. But because I didn't have my reading glasses on, I relied on the staff (don't make that mistake again!). The waitress didn't remember which wine I had ordered, as it turned out. My wife's vegetarian lasagna was cooked to snot and tasted spoiled. (I tasted it myself too 🤮) The salad was dripping with vinegar. My pasta Carbonara was nothing to write home about either. The pasta was al dente, but the ham tasted stale. In short, I no longer dared to order the dessert I had been looking forward to. We certainly do NOT recommend this restaurant. Quality, friendliness and service were hard to find.

01/04/2024: I went to eat at the restaurant on Sunday March 31st, we hadn't booked, it wasn't planned for us to go there, we arrived at 1 p.m. for five people. They had room. There were a few places left so they were able to take us and we had the Easter meal so if we didn't want the Easter meal he made us hamburgers so that's already good there was still another option especially for the children I personally find that the meal is not appropriate for children's tastes because children do not eat large mixtures we will say but I am 19 years old but I do not mix the ingredients too much as a starter. I didn't have it but there was a kind of quiche with asparagus, and there was a vegetable in it, but I don't know what the dish was, we had lamb and sweet potato puree, so I I know I have a little trouble with sweet potatoes so the children I think it's not their thing even asparagus children it's very rare and for dessert we had a little chocolate cake with the inside it was salted butter and there was orange so I admit that I had a little hands with the Orange chocolate mixture but there was a little whipped cream on the side so I was able to try to hide the 'orange after me that's my personal taste. Otherwise in terms of service it’s very good. The aperitif was not served very very quickly. We didn't even wait two minutes and then between the aperitif and the main course, we still waited 15 minutes but in itself there were people so it's understandable and it's very well presented, well it's very professional he takes care of how the customers are doing also in terms of meals. Frankly it's very good, it's well presented in terms of the dishes and they are really there to ask did it go well etc. while one who doesn't do that and then we have a beautiful view at the edge of the lake so that's really very cool. Too bad that day it was raining but in summer it must be so good. Well, I'm not from there, I live in Seine-et-Marne, but I went to see family and frankly it's a restaurant that I recommend, I looked at the reviews of the restaurant while I ate, but it was more negative reviews compared to Just. Eat And one had encouraged in relation to the wait, but frankly in terms of the wait it's not bad we didn't wait long at all so yeah I recommend this restaurant for five for the Easter menu it was 39 € it's a shame too bad because they didn't deduct the entry which I didn't take but in any case it cost us 180 for five for a good restaurant which is rated three stars on Google, so we're going to say that it's okay
