20/02/2026: Very pleasant in the heart of the city with parking available upon request. Everything is on site: restaurants, shops. The charm of a timeless hotel with real keys on the doors. Warm welcome. Just one regret... there's no Langres cheese at breakfast, which is a shame.

30/01/2026: A pleasant hotel, ideally located in the heart of the beautiful city of Langres. Clean and spacious rooms. Generous breakfast thanks to a well-stocked buffet. Friendly staff. The warm atmosphere is a welcome change from the often cold and impersonal feel of current chain hotels. I didn't try the restaurant. Reasonable price for the room and breakfast. I highly recommend it for a stay in Langres.

21/02/2026: Good evening, Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this pizzeria following my experience this evening. I ordered a ground beef pizza, and unfortunately, it was very dry, so I was not satisfied with the quality: the meat seemed defrosted, and the overall taste was disappointing. The crust was also undercooked. I also received a hot sauce in which I found a small metal tip, which surprised and worried me. Furthermore, shortly after the meal, I experienced severe stomach pains for several hours, which forced me to use the restroom at that time. It's a shame because the staff themselves are very friendly and welcoming. I hope these comments will help improve the quality of the food and the quality control in the kitchen.

15/02/2026: Even after booking a week in advance for Valentine's Day dinner, we were seated at the worst table (despite the restaurant being nearly empty when we arrived), right by the entrance, in the middle of a draft. We had to put our jackets back on to eat! I don't recommend the sirloin steak: for the price, it was like shoe leather. The worst part was when we pointed it out to the manager when paying the bill. He made it very clear that he was aware of the issue and that we just had to accept it. Basically, we're only good for paying! If you go for the first time, bring a regular customer to get a good table... The manager whispers specific instructions to the servers!

20/11/2025: Good restaurant with impeccable service! We loved the view of the lake. However, a major disappointment was the wine by the glass, which was truly awful. They didn't even specify the appellation, and worse, they served red wine straight from the fridge at 5 degrees Celsius...

01/03/2026: Beautiful location and garden! Room a bit dark. Attentive service, but not up to 1-star standards. The "I understand you" dinner was disappointing. Very complicated, lots of aspic, and the mackerel and squab choices were unconvincing. Only the dessert was excellent! Not good value for money...

09/01/2026: This restaurant is located on the N4 highway just outside Saint-Dizier, Haute-Marne, heading from the provinces towards Paris. We had lunch there: steak tartare with fries and a hamburger with fries, salad, and a cheese plate. The tartare was perfectly seasoned, and the ground beef was of good quality. Our only slight complaint was that the fries weren't homemade; it's a shame, as we prefer to pay a little more for good fries. We were seated at a late hour for the provinces (1:40 pm), which was a big plus. The dining room is spacious, and the tables are well-spaced, another good point. The service was professional and pleasant, yet another plus. The bill wasn't exorbitant, a final good point. We highly recommend this culinary stop. Simple, good, and good value for money.

08/01/2026: No welcome whatsoever, food and wine were decent but expensive. The waiter was very good. The atmosphere was very cold. Otherwise, there's a large parking lot including electric vehicle charging stations. In fact, the service is only good for regulars. We only ordered one dish and a 50cl carafe of wine for four people.

20/12/2025: My parents wanted to go there, and my sister did one day too, but the place was half empty even though they were told it was full. I'll never set foot in it, which is a shame. Really good restaurants deserve attention, but what's really disappointing is being treated like dirt. Sometimes you stumble upon a dive, but anyway, we found a good restaurant in Langres thanks to that refusal, and I thank them for it 😊

30/10/2025: Old restaurant, poorly ventilated shower. 2 kirs, meal and shower €25.90. The new owner really sees truckers as cash cows... not to mention the state of the parking lot... IN SHORT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

02/01/2026: The "vigneronne" salad was terrible: two loose lettuce leaves, two pieces of Gruyère cheese, and a few very, very light croutons! The pasta carbonara was served on an Arcopal dessert plate, and the whole thing was tasteless and watery! The wait between courses was interminable. Furthermore, the waitress wasn't very friendly and kept sucking her thumbs. Avoid at all costs!
