25/11/2025: During the fair, we discovered this place where we were greeted with a smile. We ate homemade calf's head with gribiche sauce, which was excellent! 👍👍 It's a place I highly recommend for its traditional, home-style cooking. We will definitely be back with pleasure.

05/03/2026: What a delightful discovery this PMU bistro-restaurant is! While the decor is undeniably rustic, a relic of another era, the generous cuisine, also inherited from this mystical past, is a true delight. The sweetbreads were delicious. A fine selection of offal dishes is also available, including kidneys, calf's head, black pudding, and ribeye steak for a classic touch. The homemade fries are exceptional, and the dessert menu is superb, featuring profiteroles, vacherin, chocolate mousse, and more. Thank you, gentlemen of the management! Be aware that there will soon be a change of ownership. Hurry!

I spent over two hours at the table and everything was perfect: generous and authentic home-style cooking, including excellent chicken with cancoillotte cheese. But beyond the food, what truly stands out is the welcome: simple and warm. You feel comfortable, you take your time, and it becomes a genuinely human experience. In a time when many restaurants are alike, it's a real pleasure to find an independent establishment with character. You can also sense the artistry, the passion for sharing, and the joy of hospitality. I highly recommend it.
