22/10/2025: I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The menu is very limited, which is a good point for me. The prices are reasonable. The only criticism I could make is the very limited number of wines available by the glass.

27/11/2025: Very good restaurant, but the service was too slow for a two-course meal (25-minute wait). The service should be faster; there's a lack of organization.
25/11/2025: During the fair, we discovered this place where we were greeted with a smile. We ate homemade calf's head with gribiche sauce, which was excellent! 👍👍 It's a place I highly recommend for its traditional, home-style cooking.
We will definitely be back with pleasure.

09/02/2026: What a delightful discovery this PMU bistro-restaurant is! While the decor is undeniably rustic, a relic of another era, the generous cuisine, also inherited from its mystical past, is a true delight. The sweetbreads were delicious. A fine selection of offal dishes is also available, including kidneys, calf's head, black pudding, and ribeye steak for a classic touch. The homemade fries are a rare find, and the dessert menu is excellent, featuring profiteroles, vacherin, chocolate mousse, and more. Thank you, gentlemen of the management! Be aware that there will soon be a change of ownership. Hurry!

23/02/2026: Disappointed, the cocktails are served at the same time as the food, many dishes were unavailable, and the beef tartare was very bland. On the plus side, the cocktails are still as good and varied as ever.

Fantastic experience! Warm welcome, fast service, and a great atmosphere. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked.

06/08/2024: De passage à Vesoul nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant.
Belle terrasse, agréable jusqu’à la tombée de la nuit puis par manque d’éclairage un peu compliqué d’y rester à la tombée de la nuit.
Serveuse pas très pro, un peu perdue dans les commandes, ne connaissant pas vraiment la carte des vins….mais charmante et pleine de bonne volonté.
Jeune homme qui a pris le relai un peu mieux mais un peu léger sur les réponses à nos questions sur les plats.
Bref, tout cela est un peu de l’amateurisme.
En ce qui concerne les plats, ils sont corrects. Malgré une viande qui ne respectait pas la cuisson demandée.
Bonne andouillette à la cancoillotte, salade du berger avec du fromage un peu sec et le miel prévu était un « peu absent » 😕
Gagnerait à être plus pro au niveau du service
Peut-être que, comme dans beaucoup de restaurant, des difficultés de recrutement expliquent cette situation

15/09/2024: This experience in this restaurant was really unpleasant and discriminatory towards foreigners. Today, a blonde-haired waiter treated me particularly obnoxiously. Two of his friends were sitting next to me, and he served them a glass of wine and a hot drink (I don't even know if they paid). While I was eating alone, this waiter and his two friends made fun of me repeatedly, at least five times! I felt extremely uncomfortable so I decided to pay my bill and leave. When I paid and said thank you and goodbye, his two friends burst out laughing loudly as they looked at me. It was completely insane! This is the first time that I have been the victim of discrimination in a restaurant in France. I paid €13.50 to be ridiculed by three young people.
How sad to see the parents of these people so poorly behaved!！
