04/04/2026: It's a shame the service was so poor... We had to wait 10 minutes before being served (the staff were chatting amongst themselves), barely a smile, and as for politeness, not a hello, not a thank you, and we were treated with disdain! It's a shame because the pastries are very good, but it spoils the experience and leaves a bitter taste!

13/04/2026: Exceptional! This meal was a delight, quite memorable as it brought back many culinary memories. I highly recommend it.
12/04/2026: A €27 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert. The presentation was nice, but the quality was nothing special. Drinks were served directly into the glass: one Coke and one Perrier. No bottles; we thought that was no longer allowed. A brasserie in Grésy-sur-Aix offers better quality dishes at this price. We're still paying top dollar in Annecy. Friendly staff.

27/04/2026: Expensive and disappointing. I spent 14 euros on a pina colada and it was 90% ice in the glass. I am not exaggerating when I say I got four sips of actual drink out of it. The waitress also confused us. She didn’t greet us with Bonjour — our first interaction was her coming up to us and saying “dites-moi”. As someone new to France, it was a little confusing what she said at first because it was so abrupt and I was used to a greeting first

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
The food is delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the service is impeccable!
And in the summer, the terrace is absolutely lovely!!
I highly recommend it!
27/03/2026: Excellent restaurant open until 11 pm. We had just come from a show and were looking for a late dinner.
A very warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere, even with a group of us. A delicious meal featuring Aubrac beef and an excellent Gamay from Savoie. Highly recommended.

14/04/2026: A disappointing visit for a coffee on the terrace!
The Caramel Latte was €3.80 on the menu, but the bill came to €4.50 with an extra €0.50 for caramel, totaling €5! When I pointed this out, the waitress told me that was the price, that they had changed it since January but it wasn't reflected on the menus, and that they offered no refund. Therefore, I do not recommend this place; it's not customer-friendly and it's a rip-off.
14/04/2026: I ate at Le Grand Café, an incredible place, great atmosphere, perfect staff. I highly recommend it!!

06/05/2026: Very good beer, good experience, but the Champions League evening and the match glitched... The leopard print, however, was very nice, hence the 2 stars. I could have given it 3 stars, but the bespectacled waiter unfortunately got the menu mixed up, so... no choice.

31/03/2026: I stopped by for dinner on a Sunday evening with my colleague, and the welcome was very warm.
The staff who served us were very attentive and pleasant.
The meal was very satisfying, beautifully presented, and of very good quality.
I highly recommend it.

We came on a Sunday as a family for lunch while visiting the Christmas market. We ordered the daily special, which was croziflette. Unfortunately, the portions were too small. The adults received the same amount as the children. We left hungry. The children, however, thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

15/04/2026: It took 15 minutes to receive our order, which consisted of only a coffee and a cake from the display case, so it was already prepared.
Yet there weren't even 10 customers in the shop for 2 waitresses. The cake was average.
