03/02/2026: Friendly staff, and we had coffee and calamari—both were delicious. The river visible from the side was beautiful, which made our stay very pleasant.

30/01/2026: We ordered carbonara and it was delicious!I totally recommend. The atmosphere was warm and cozy,the view from the windows was beautiful! Me and my friends loved the place and next time we visit annesy we're going to have our lunch there! It was the best carbonara I have ever eaten in my whole life. And the waitresses were so kind and sweet!

17/12/2025: We spent the night at the hotel. A wonderful welcome from a lovely owner with a great sense of humor and professionalism. The hotel is very nice, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The food was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended. Thanks again to the owner.

17/12/2025: An excellent hotel with a remarkable welcome, the kind you find less and less these days. The overnight package is a great deal, with a very good restaurant. The wines are of excellent quality. A truly outstanding experience from this establishment.

26/02/2026: What you expect from a restaurant: truly delicious, generous, and flavorful dishes! Mission accomplished. But there was also something we weren't particularly expecting. We left this restaurant not just satisfied, but surprised by the level of service. Kid-friendly restaurant! All the staff were very attentive: they noticed that our son wanted to sit at a particular table (while I didn't), so they immediately moved us. I made a mistake with the order; I asked for fries for both children. When the waitress saw my daughter's disappointed look because she wanted pasta (yes, it's strange, I know), she immediately sent the dish back (at no extra charge) even though I told her it wasn't a big deal, that it was my fault. They offered to send the children's meals out before ours (because you know kids, or maybe you don't, but they certainly do). A final surprise: they were given tickets for the carousel at Paquier (a perfect end to their stay!). The quality of service and food is increasingly rare to find. In short, you'll understand why we recommend it 200%. Thank you to the whole team!

09/12/2025: Don’t come if you want to be discriminated and be treated very rudely by your waiter. We’re Asian and were served upstairs by an Asian looking waiter - other staff treated us nicely. The waiter who served us was so obviously discriminatory towards us, he didn’t smile once, he was so impatient and had such a rude/harsh tone, took away dishes without saying or asking anything (we were still dipping bread into the plate of escargots when he took it away), put our food down and walked away (didn’t say what it was or anything at all). When someone asked if the steak could be cooked medium rare, he immediately said “we are in france, it’s medium or rare, no medium rare” and continued on explaining in such a rude tone. A simple “no sorry” could’ve sufficed. We could see and hear he was laughing and smiling with other tables, described the dishes & said have a nice meal to other parties, etc. The food was decent, but we are travelling around france for the past 2 weeks & not once have we received such rude and racist behaviour. 23/02/2026: Always a very warm welcome despite the high tourist traffic in Annecy. The café is very well located and has a pleasant terrace.

29/12/2025: I don’t know if we went during busy season but the waiters were all really rude! Towards the end of our drinks we were asked if we “wanted anything else” followed by constant stares from the waiters that were so uncomfortable we eventually left.

24/12/2025: Mixed experience. We came on a Sunday as a family for lunch while visiting the Christmas market. We ordered the daily special, which was croziflette. Unfortunately, the portions were too small. The adults received the same amount as the children. We left hungry. The children, however, thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

12/12/2025: Fast service, attentive waiter, very good food. I recommend it!

11/02/2026: Unpleasant staff. Upon arrival, the waitress jumped on our table to ask what we wanted to drink, even though we hadn't looked at the menu. We ordered five crepes, but were told there were only two left. As soon as our order arrived, they immediately demanded payment, complaining that we wanted to pay separately. Ten minutes later, an employee sat down to eat with a crepe on his plate, even though we were told they were sold out. Very disappointed, despite the lovely view.

10/02/2026: A brasserie with a bar. There's a terrace with plenty of seating, and the interior is divided into two sections: a few seats downstairs and an upstairs area. The upstairs is primarily for the brasserie, but we managed to get in because there weren't many people eating. The place is relatively quiet, and we had a very friendly waiter. Be aware, however, that it's primarily a restaurant, and it can be difficult to get a seat inside "just" for a beer.

10/07/2025: Very good food! But the dishes are relatively expensive and the welcome and service are mediocre, which is a shame.....

05/01/2026: A really nice café! Delicious and indulgent Viennese hot chocolate! Special mention to the waiter who was absolutely fantastic: very helpful, smiling, and attentive! Highly recommended :)
