21/05/2026: We came for a family pastry tasting, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. Not too sweet, the flavors were well-defined and sometimes even surprising! I highly recommend it. The price is entirely justified by the quality of the product and the exquisite presentation. The MOF title is totally deserved.

19/05/2026: Very tasty, great flavors. The palmeritas were good, but not as good as the Argentinian ones! Good prices.

01/07/2026: Terrible place. Stopped by during the day to ask if they had gluten-free pizza and we were confirmed that they did. When we come in the evening and sit down to order, they say they don't have gluten-free pizza anyway. Hopeless when they as a restaurant don't know anything about allergens.

30/06/2026: We were hungry and stopped here for some food. Good atmosphere and quite ok service. The food was not more than acceptable. However, we got the food very quickly so that was a big plus. Good price, lower than the average on the street. But the water was really overpriced.

26/05/2026: A wonderful evening at La Porte Saint-Claire We had an excellent experience last night at this restaurant in Annecy. From the very first bite, the accras were light, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. For the main course, we enjoyed a Caribbean beef fillet and Arctic char, both cooked to perfection with incredibly fresh ingredients. The red berry dessert followed the same theme: simple yet excellent. But what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere and the warm welcome. Pauline and Théo provide attentive and natural service, without ever being intrusive. As for Laurent, the chef-owner, you can tell he runs his establishment with great care—and has done so for over 30 years. In an industry where restaurants close as quickly as they open, 30 years at the same establishment is no small feat. Our neighbors at the next table had opted for the €27 three-course menu and seemed delighted—a formula we'll likely try next time. A handy bonus: the Porte Sinclair parking lot is right next door. 23/06/2026: A restaurant I frequent very regularly, and it's always a real pleasure to return. The quality is consistently high, the welcome warm, and the atmosphere always pleasant. A special mention to Pia and David for their professionalism, kindness, and good humor. Their attentiveness truly makes a difference and contributes to making each meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, the chuck roast was simply delicious: tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and perfectly cooked. And, just a little joke among regulars, I'd even say it was "full of collagen" because it was so tender and flavorful! Thank you to the whole team for these excellent moments. 03/07/2026: I would have given it a 5/5 rating if the waiter, who was of a certain age, hadn't been so inconsistent in his politeness. It's appalling to see such behavior in 2026. (My treatment wasn't the same as my partner's...)

22/06/2026: We're regulars. We're never disappointed. The menu is updated regularly. The portions are generous. Home-style brasserie cuisine with good ingredients, and the staff is lovely. Excellent value for money.

The welcome was particularly outstanding: we were in a difficult situation after forgetting our keys, and the staff demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which greatly helped and reassured us. The hotel is also very well located and pleasant. A big thank you for this warm and personal welcome; we highly recommend this establishment!
