23/09/2024: This Hotel more than lived up to expectations. It is an extremely well run ship. Highly professional staff, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Location excellent. Food amazing. Spotlessly clean. Only negative - no lift. Staff were on hand to help with luggage.
21/09/2024: We had a great experience there, outside tables were fully booked so we got to sit inside on a high table, food was amazing, staff friendly although the restaurant was packed

27/01/2025: Very warm welcome, generous and refined cuisine (wow, the Saint-Pierre!). We had an excellent time in this lovely, quiet restaurant. The wine recommended with our dish was very good too. We will come back, for sure! THANK YOU !!!

15/08/2024: Great knowledge and empathetic guy running the shop, on top of that the sausage, ham, cheese, and pâté for a more than reasonable price, makes this a stop if you want a nice cheese and meat dinner.
13/08/2024: Warm welcome. The traditional charcuterie and cheese board is excellent. The kids loved the local blueberry lemonade. Unbeatable value for money. Very good address.

08/09/2024: Les deux boulangeries voisines étant en vacances je me suis rendue à la boulangerie Campagne dont le prédécesseur vendait un excellent pain, le meilleur de la ville avec celui de la rue Ste Claire. Quelle déception. Outre le prix exorbitant de quasiment 10 Euros le kg pour un pain de campagne, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés pour le trancher et la qualité était médiocre, de telle sorte que mes invités ont préféré déjeuner avec du pain grillé Pelletier. Je n'y retournerai pas.
05/09/2024: Endroit très accueillant,vendeurs efficaces et agréable et pâtisserie très bonne , malgré un peut d'attente celle-ci en vaut le coup !

18/08/2024: We had a great time. We were able to taste a tartiflette and a reblochonnarde, very typical of the region. A real delight. White wine and tiramisu for dessert, a gem to finish this meal.
The wait time between each order was a bit long.
Thank you for this good time.
18/08/2024: We were able to taste a tartiflette and a croziflette, the dishes were very good and in good quantity, I highly recommend. However, the service needs to be reviewed, we had to request a chair and a booster seat for children 3 times, also when ordering. Once the order was finally taken we received our dishes within a reasonable time.

09/01/2025: Quel choc ce changement de déco il y a 2 ans; ce lieu était pour moi une institution annécienne, il ne fallait pas y toucher avec sa localisation et son nom faisant référence à notre belle salle de spectacle attenante.
J'aimais ce lieu qui s'était modernisé depuis l'ambiance chalet mais était resté rustique.
Le menu ne me convient pas non plus.
J'ai supprimé ce restaurant de mes adresses préférées
22/12/2024: Une super expérience culinaire au cœur d'Annecy ! J’ai savouré un filet de daurade accompagné de petits légumes de saison, et c’était tout simplement exquis. La cuisson du poisson était parfaite, fondant en bouche, et les légumes étaient parfait, apportant une touche colorée et savoureuse à l’assiette.
L’équipe a été particulièrement à l’écoute et bienveillante tout au long du repas. Le service était impeccable, avec des serveurs attentionnés et souriants, toujours prêts à répondre aux attentes des clients.
Le cadre est chaleureux et convivial, parfait pour un moment de détente en famille.
Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une cuisine raffinée et un accueil irréprochable.

21/09/2024: Exorbitant prices. The meal left us a little nauseated. The servers were condescending.
21/09/2024: Told off as soon as we arrived, as we sat down at a table without being invited to sit. Waiter then tried to be friendly until we only ordered soup for late lunch. Apparently he wanted us to have a 3 course meal at a set price. He said we were taking up a table of 4 and we were the fourth people who didn’t want a full meal that day. He was so rude, we offered to pay for our drinks, then leave. He begrudgingly let us have the soup but charged us for one 3 course meal. The soup was bland, nothing like you expect from French onion soup. Have never been treated this bad at any restaurant ever.

07/10/2024: The truth is that it has been a spectacular end to the weekend 🫶🏼
The 8 friends had a wonderful meal... the fish with its rice was super good, the meat was incredible with its homemade potatoes + mushroom sauce and the fondue was a delight for cheese lovers!!!
Incredible treatment from the waitress Regina 😊, there should be more people like her in the hospitality industry, kind, affectionate and friendly, a 10 person. Thank you pretty ☺️
Anyway... without a doubt, a place to return to 🤗
