01/01/2025: There was a hair baked into the bread. When flagged to the manager her response was “[shrug] we don’t bake the bread in house”. Wine list arrived 20 mins after the starter (wine list was good, but Trout and eel press wasn’t great and unimproved by a blue jelly topping. There was a great dish of beetroot. Arctic Char was tepid. Main course (pigeon pie) was so salty it was inedible. We left before dessert. Not sure if/how this place has a Michelin star. Bistro food with cafe service.

01/01/2025: Very nice establishment. Rated 1* in the Michelin Guide. We spent New Year's Eve and had a great time from 7:30 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. The service was pleasant and adapted to the evening. The dishes are refined and the food/wine pairing was perfect. A jazz orchestra accompanied this evening in a way that was a little too sonorous at times but pleasant nonetheless. I recommend this establishment.

18/08/2024: We had a great time. We were able to taste a tartiflette and a reblochonnarde, very typical of the region. A real delight. White wine and tiramisu for dessert, a gem to finish this meal. The wait time between each order was a bit long. Thank you for this good time.

18/08/2024: We were able to taste a tartiflette and a croziflette, the dishes were very good and in good quantity, I highly recommend. However, the service needs to be reviewed, we had to request a chair and a booster seat for children 3 times, also when ordering. Once the order was finally taken we received our dishes within a reasonable time.

01/09/2024: La nouvelle propriétaire est bienveillante, attentionnée et répond courtoisement à vos attentes. Ça change !...La tartelette myrtilles est délicieuse, le framboisier, gâteaux au chocolat, pistache, ... les tartes salées sont savoureuses ainsi que les viennoiseries et glaces. Un peu cher mais tellement bon ! A noter que le jus d'orange est moins cher qu'ailleurs.... Je ne comprends pas les critiques, goûtez et régalez-vous !

09/01/2025: Quel choc ce changement de déco il y a 2 ans; ce lieu était pour moi une institution annécienne, il ne fallait pas y toucher avec sa localisation et son nom faisant référence à notre belle salle de spectacle attenante. J'aimais ce lieu qui s'était modernisé depuis l'ambiance chalet mais était resté rustique. Le menu ne me convient pas non plus. J'ai supprimé ce restaurant de mes adresses préférées

22/12/2024: Une super expérience culinaire au cœur d'Annecy ! J’ai savouré un filet de daurade accompagné de petits légumes de saison, et c’était tout simplement exquis. La cuisson du poisson était parfaite, fondant en bouche, et les légumes étaient parfait, apportant une touche colorée et savoureuse à l’assiette. L’équipe a été particulièrement à l’écoute et bienveillante tout au long du repas. Le service était impeccable, avec des serveurs attentionnés et souriants, toujours prêts à répondre aux attentes des clients. Le cadre est chaleureux et convivial, parfait pour un moment de détente en famille. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une cuisine raffinée et un accueil irréprochable.

11/01/2025: We wanted to judge for ourselves after several bad reviews, and we are frankly very surprised! A pleasant team, efficient service, good products, a warm atmosphere. In short, we recommend the place! Make up your own mind 😊

02/12/2025: We arrived as a group of four without a reservation and received a very warm welcome! The meal was good, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. We returned in the afternoon for a drink. It was very busy, and there was only one person serving. He told us it wasn't possible given the number of people, which we understood. While we were looking online for another place to go, tables became available. So we asked again if we could be served, and the answer was yes, but with a delay! We had time, so no problem. And we didn't wait long. Thank you for the lovely welcome. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again 😊

29/11/2025: Bar/brasserie facing the Pâquier promenade. Outdoor terrace. Friendly welcome. I recommend it.

28/06/2025: What a miserable attitude. Wanted a quick beer because it was 33 degrees and we were hot and tired. We were sent to the non dining tables (fair enough) except the only ones free were in the full heat of the sun. So we asked if we could have our drinks in a shaded area. No. Well can you please put up the umbrellas in the drinking area. No. They are broken. Then we noticed that there were people drinking right where we were talking, in the shade. They overheard and said we’re leaving, have our table. No you can’t said the waiter. They are for diners. Yet it was barely past 6pm and there were no diners. We said we’d be 10 minutes. Nope. Manager’s rule. This place will never see our custom and we cannot recommend it at all. Who knows, we may have enjoyed our drinks and stayed for dinner. Too many other places that have good service and treat people with kindness. Avoid this place.

21/06/2025: The service is bad, a lot of noise and the prices are way too expensive, there are better addresses in Annecy!! Never again

08/09/2024: Les deux boulangeries voisines étant en vacances je me suis rendue à la boulangerie Campagne dont le prédécesseur vendait un excellent pain, le meilleur de la ville avec celui de la rue Ste Claire. Quelle déception. Outre le prix exorbitant de quasiment 10 Euros le kg pour un pain de campagne, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés pour le trancher et la qualité était médiocre, de telle sorte que mes invités ont préféré déjeuner avec du pain grillé Pelletier. Je n'y retournerai pas.

05/09/2024: Endroit très accueillant,vendeurs efficaces et agréable et pâtisserie très bonne , malgré un peut d'attente celle-ci en vaut le coup ! Je conseille !!

18/08/2024: Easy tent just before the Crest bridge. We were there on Saturday morning and you could only order a coffee or something to drink. They didn't have breakfast which I thought was a shame. It is busy there. But there are nicer restaurants in the center. It is also quite busy here with traffic. Dogs are welcome on the terrace

01/09/2024: J’adore ce restaurant. Qualité des plats, gentillesse du personnel, décoration, emplacement… Tout est top. Mention spéciale pour le magret de canard à tomber par terre.

30/08/2024: Grosse arnaque 20€ pour une "salade César" avec des morceaux de poulet pané d'une couleur et d'un goût très, très douteux, on ne parle même pas des anchois. Vraiment pas bon. La carte est des plus banales, difficile de comprendre comment quelqu'un voudrait ouvrir une affaire pour se fouttre de la tête des gens de cette manière.

14/12/2024: Brewery in Annecy. Excellent service and welcome. As for the food, it’s a well-made Carr Brasserie. 9 small but tasty oysters. Salmon salad well served. The wines by the glass are perfect (white). A downside, the screens with NRJ12 which only provide background noise and attract the eye. Putting landscape images and soft lounge music would be better.

13/12/2024: Still very good as usual but the prices have increased, especially the mussels

26/09/2024: Good atmosphere for a ‘theme’ pub. Excellent Guinness and bitters. Didn’t eat

21/09/2024: Fast service with good beers and cocktails (even non-alcoholic ones)

10/07/2025: Great atmosphere in this bar whenever there's a football ⚽️ or rugby 🏉 game on. Attentive and very friendly waiters. Revisit without hesitation.
