06/08/2026: We stumbled upon this pastry shop while looking for cakes, but the prepared foods were so tempting that we couldn't resist. They were as beautiful as they were delicious, and magnificently presented. We enjoyed the savory dishes as much as the cakes, and the service was impeccable.

30/06/2026: A well-known pastry chef and chocolatier in Tarbes. A good selection, and the option to eat or have tea. Open mornings, lunchtimes, and afternoon tea. Frozen pastries, frozen desserts, croissants, and chocolates, as well as a variety of prepared dishes. It's a shame the portions are so small. The ice cream is also very often melted by the time it arrives at the table, and the scoops are tiny. Frankly, it's disappointing.

09/08/2026: A rather mixed review. The service was adequate but not particularly warm. There were two of us, and the dishes were quite disappointing: a small portion of salad and a rather uninspired presentation. The duck legs were quite dry, and the fries were barely lukewarm, as was the duck itself. We paid around €50 for two people, including a beer and a glass of wine. For a quick bite while passing through, it's acceptable, but nothing more. We were expecting a bit better.

23/08/2026: Despite arriving late (10:15 pm), I received a pleasant welcome, and the waiter was attentive and very friendly. The service was quick, efficient, and the food was exactly as expected. Excellent value for money; I recommend it.

23/08/2026: A very bad experience. The food wasn't cooked properly. There was a bee in the salad. The dressing was cold and too salty. And the waitress needs to improve her customer service skills. In short... avoid this place or go eat at Marcel's, it's better...

20/09/2026: We came to eat this evening, as we were in the area for the Pope's visit to Lourdes. We ordered a beautiful ribeye steak and frankly, we have no complaints: perfectly cooked, excellent meat. The sauce was, as always, delicious. The fries were really very good and perfectly crispy. We ordered seconds. We were also served quickly. The young waiter was truly excellent, smiling, pleasant, and very professional; it was a pleasure. We regularly go to Bistro Régent in Bordeaux, and that's precisely what we appreciate about this establishment: whether in a big city or a small village, we find the same atmosphere and consistently high quality. A big thank you and congratulations to our friend Lucas, the chef, who always creates wonderful cuisine and delights us every time we eat at one of his restaurants. We had a great evening 👍

18/09/2026: I went back last night after having been there about a week ago, and I was really pleasantly surprised. The difference was quite noticeable! The first time, I felt the quality and cooking weren't quite up to par. The wait was long. Yesterday, however, everything was much better: perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, high-quality ingredients, and my dish arrived relatively quickly. You can clearly tell there have been changes in the kitchen, especially with the chef, and it shows in the food. It just goes to show how a good kitchen team can really make a difference! This time, I left very satisfied. I'll definitely be back to eat there. A great improvement, well done to the team! 👏
