13/09/2026: Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed your menu. I discovered the middle room, which I didn't find very pleasant. In the future, if you have the opportunity, it would be greatly appreciated by your customers if you could change the address of your restaurant. I suspect this isn't necessarily feasible. Well done to the whole team. I will certainly return many times.

27/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, as the chefs' inventiveness is unparalleled. From cocktails to desserts, everything is subtly balanced. The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.

25/09/2026: Dinner for two. Absolutely excellent. Generous and delicious portions. We had the salad of the day as a starter, the octopus as a main course, and the tart of the day for dessert. The patio out back is lovely. I highly recommend it.

23/08/2026: 🥩 A superb spot for meat lovers We booked a table for 11 at L’Authentique in Tarbes to celebrate a birthday, and we had a fantastic evening! 🎂🥳 I ordered the royal ribeye steak, and honestly… it was amazing! 🥩🔥 The meat was excellent, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed it, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A great place to eat in Tarbes, especially for meat lovers! We will definitely be back. Well done to the whole team at L’Authentique! 👌😋

02/09/2026: Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace last night. The food was excellent. The ribeye and tournedos were perfectly cooked. The desserts were delicious. Thank you to the servers, and especially to the charming young brunette with the lovely accent. We will gladly return on our next visit to Tarbes.

08/09/2026: We came to eat at this place, very good food at a very good price!! We were very well served by a young, dark-haired man in a purple t-shirt (September 7th). Thank you for your welcome. We ate on the terrace, and during the meal, the only major drawback was the smell of the nearby garbage! It bothered me towards the end... Otherwise, I recommend this place.

12/08/2026: A very good restaurant that we like to return to whenever we're in Tarbes, despite the service which always makes us feel like we're bothering them! For us, it will be the last time, given that dogs aren't allowed, which I understand.

02/08/2026: A refined, family-run restaurant. The unusual service provided by the young son, around ten years old, is inconsistent with this type of establishment! The welcome and service were not particularly warm. The menu is gourmet and varied, but expensive.

27/08/2026: The service was very friendly, to be honest. Without realizing it, I think we arrived a little late, as it was lunchtime for us, but people in this area tend to eat earlier. Even so, they welcomed us and offered us some options. All the waiters were incredibly kind.

23/04/2026: I've been to Brasserie des Halles in Tarbes several times now, and the quality is always excellent. Very affordable prices, a daily special, a simple menu featuring locally sourced products, simple yet effective cuisine, and above all, a warm, friendly welcome, always with a smile. It has everything that makes a bistro charming: regulars, passersby, and a wonderfully convivial atmosphere where everyone mingles naturally. You feel right at home every time you visit. The setting is pleasant and full of charm, reflecting the team that works there. A reliable place that I recommend without hesitation. Note: Reservations are recommended.

06/09/2026: We were lucky enough to discover this café-theater (about 50 seats), and also two artists, Soso La Barbe and Nawal, and we absolutely loved their performances. Two different styles, lots of energy, humor, and above all, a wonderful atmosphere. A truly enjoyable evening full of good cheer! 23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Tarbes! I had the opportunity to have lunch at L’Ardoaz for a business meeting and I had a fantastic time. The food is entirely homemade, the menu is carefully curated, and the daily specials are very tempting. The staff is dynamic, professional, friendly, and attentive. A pleasant setting, a lovely atmosphere, and quality cuisine: everything was perfect for a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
