13/10/2026: Perfect. A very good culinary experience.

30/09/2026: On Thursday, July 23rd (not August 23rd 🙈 sorry), a reservation was scheduled for 1 p.m.... and a last-minute change of plans later.... A truly magical moment!! Despite being late for our scheduled arrival time, the establishment managed to ease the stressful situation (being late is never pleasant)... and it was hot! Pure bliss... to be in such an exceptional place. Everything was perfect! Not a single flaw. The welcome was elegant, the atmosphere imbued with a hushed tranquility (just the right amount)... When it came time to get down to business, it was a veritable explosion of culinary delights, both visual and gustatory – a special mention to the chef, BRAVO!!! ...the coherence between the decor, the quality of the dishes on a concise menu (there are no secrets...) where everything is made on-site..., and the wine list is simply "beautiful." Absolutely recommended. The owner is very friendly... In short, you can't help but love it!! You bring together refinement, simplicity, kindness, and culinary delight. L'Arpège has taken us on a journey through a succession of notes, both gastronomic and musical. A symphony... worthy of the greatest composers of the genre. Keep up the good work, you're at the top!!! Have a wonderful season everyone.

25/09/2026: Dinner for two. Absolutely excellent. Generous and delicious portions. We had the salad of the day as a starter, the octopus as a main course, and the tart of the day for dessert. The patio out back is lovely. I highly recommend it.

08/09/2026: We came to eat at this place, very good food at a very good price!! We were very well served by a young, dark-haired man in a purple t-shirt (September 7th). Thank you for your welcome. We ate on the terrace, and during the meal, the only major drawback was the smell of the nearby garbage! It bothered me towards the end... Otherwise, I recommend this place.

24/08/2026: We had a fantastic time at the Maubourguet festival this weekend thanks to the Galopins! Despite the huge crowds, they kept things running smoothly. Well done to everyone for all your hard work and good cheer! The duck was excellent, thank you!

12/08/2026: A very good restaurant that we like to return to whenever we're in Tarbes, despite the service which always makes us feel like we're bothering them! For us, it will be the last time, given that dogs aren't allowed, which I understand.

02/08/2026: A refined, family-run restaurant. The unusual service provided by the young son, around ten years old, is inconsistent with this type of establishment! The welcome and service were not particularly warm. The menu is gourmet and varied, but expensive.

Very affordable prices, a daily special, a simple menu featuring locally sourced products, simple yet effective cuisine, and above all, a warm, friendly welcome, always with a smile. It has everything that makes a bistro charming: regulars, passersby, and a wonderfully convivial atmosphere where everyone mingles naturally. You feel right at home every time you visit. The setting is pleasant and full of charm, reflecting the team that works there. A reliable place that I recommend without hesitation. Note: Reservations are recommended.

23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Tarbes! I had the opportunity to have lunch at L’Ardoaz for a business meeting and I had a fantastic time. The food is entirely homemade, the menu is carefully curated, and the daily specials are very tempting. The staff is dynamic, professional, friendly, and attentive. A pleasant setting, a lovely atmosphere, and quality cuisine: everything was perfect for a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
