21/08/2026: Very disappointed with the restaurant. We came three years ago and it was very good, but this time the starter, main course, and dessert were not good at all, barely edible… the prawns were undercooked, the meat was swimming in grease, and the side dish was astonishing (boiled cabbage). For both fish and meat, this is unusual and, frankly, tasteless. The oysters didn't seem as fresh as advertised, nor did they appear to be local. The service was also deplorable, from the initial reservation and reception to the final table service and even the bill. It was far from the 3-star rating it was supposed to be… We will not be returning and we do not recommend it at all! Opt instead for the restaurants by the pond, which may seem more touristy but are much better and the service is much friendlier.

28/08/2026: No complaints about the food, which was very good, or the view of the Thau lagoon. However, the service staff was disorganized; several servers were taking care of the same table, creating chaos. A bit of a shame.

27/08/2026: I came to eat at Béluga Bar today, and the service was simply appalling: an interminable wait and a particularly unpleasant waiter from beginning to end. After 30 minutes, and practically at the end of my meal, I had to get up and ask for a glass of wine myself. This was followed by an aggressive and condescending attitude in front of the other customers, the waiter repeatedly asking me, "Do you want a dry Muscat or something else?! Do you understand what I'm asking?" when I was simply explaining that I didn't know much about wine. This is the first negative review I've ever left on Google, but I've never experienced such unpleasant service. I now completely understand its mediocre 3/5 rating on Google.
