The daily special and desserts were excellent. We arrived at 2:15 pm and they kindly took us in, which was very nice of them. I highly recommend it.
18/07/2026: Absolutely top-notch! My favorite restaurant when I'm in Balaruc-les-Bains. The food is excellent, congratulations to the chef, they are welcoming, the homemade pastries are a delight, and the homemade sangria is the best I've ever had. Congratulations to all!

18/09/2026: A restaurant I discovered by chance, and what a delight! A really lovely setting with very funny paintings, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, quick and efficient service, and a rich and delicious cuisine—all homemade. Sometimes things just work out. A place to remember!

05/09/2026: Like many others here, we've been spa-goers three times and sampled the products on Audrey and Jade's menu. Each time, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the oysters and stuffed mussels, and by the warm welcome from our two hostesses. Our advice: Go there!
29/08/2026: A delightful culinary surprise.
Passing through Balaruc, we particularly enjoyed the dish of the day (stuffed mussels). The owner, working single-handedly, handled both the service and the cooking with rare energy and good humor.

26/09/2026: A spontaneous stop and we weren't disappointed! The setting is superb, and the welcome and the food were too!
We opted for the set menu and left with very full stomachs.
The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented.
I must highlight the side vegetables; their flavor was unique and skillfully prepared—I loved them!

21/08/2026: Very disappointed with the restaurant. We came three years ago and it was very good, but this time the starter, main course, and dessert were not good at all, barely edible… the prawns were undercooked, the meat was swimming in grease, and the side dish was astonishing (boiled cabbage). For both fish and meat, this is unusual and, frankly, tasteless.
The oysters didn't seem as fresh as advertised, nor did they appear to be local.
The service was also deplorable, from the initial reservation and reception to the final table service and even the bill. It was far from the 3-star rating it was supposed to be… We will not be returning and we do not recommend it at all! Opt instead for the restaurants by the pond, which may seem more touristy but are much better and the service is much friendlier.

06/08/2024: Il y a beaucoup de choix et la cuisine est excellente, la viande se coupe comme du beurre. Les serveurs sont attentifs et dynamiques. C’est une équipe pleine de bonne humeur et le cadre est magnifique. Je recommande à 100%

Suivi par une agréable serveuse au cheveux long et tres souriante en terrasse. Je recommande ce restaurant pour une restauration de qualité les yeux fermés.

11/11/2024: Belle découverte plats locaux. Bon accueil et bon service. Pas d'attente. Belle vue sur l'étang de Thau et sete. Café gourmand bon et copieux.
01/11/2024: Aujourd'hui c'est choucroute de la mer, nous avons donc réservé dans cet établissement. Idéalement situé au bord de la lagune de Thau, le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Etant un jour férié il y avait du monde, mais cela n'a pas empêché que le service se passe bien. Les crevettes en beignet très bonnes, la choucroute excellente et généreuse, les poissons sont fins et bons, le chou n'est pas acide, le tout impeccable. Pour finir une ile flottante...tout c'est très bien passé, j'y retournerai avec plaisir .
