09/06/2026: Another bingo game this Tuesday, June 9th, with a great atmosphere led by Aline and Lena. We didn't win, but we had a great afternoon, thank you very much.

31/05/2026: A warm welcome. The food is so good! Not to mention the unbeatable value for money. Thank you for this experience.

25/05/2026: A lovely establishment, the dishes are well presented. However, they don't match the menu description! My clams were replaced with sea snails, and the sweetbread puff pastry must have been reheated in the microwave just before being served. The rum baba was a bit dry, and the Occitan ice cream sundae consisted of three scoops of ice cream with runny caramel... the apricots and zezette must have stayed in the kitchen. The waiter told me that was what I ordered. A bit of a shame.

30/06/2026: While visiting this restaurant, we enjoyed the octopus tentacles with mixed vegetables, the turbot, and the clams. The service was attentive and efficient. I recommend it. Thank you and well done!

24/05/2026: The staff were friendly, no complaints there, but the service was very slow; we were completely forgotten between the main course and dessert. The food was very good but the portions were small, and the desserts were far too sweet.

14/06/2026: This restaurant claims to specialize in fish, but tonight there was no fish on the menu. Bravo, world champions!! We left the table after the announcement. Truly disappointing... Zero

02/07/2026: Lunch by the Thau Lagoon. The food is excellent, made with fresh ingredients. The service is provided by people who know their stuff (it's refreshing to know that there are still true professionals in the restaurant industry). A very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

27/04/2026: I went to eat at La Pause Gourmande with a friend who owns a restaurant and also used to run a butcher shop and catering business with her husband. The daily special was advertised as salmon, but it was definitely not salmon. We pointed this out, and they told us it was wild salmon, which is truly disrespectful and deceiving. The fish was very white, with only the sauce having a hint of pink, and certainly no salmon flavor. Furthermore, we both ordered quiches for dinner, and we were disappointed there as well. You really had to search for the ham; my friend counted them and found four measly little cubes of ham in her small quiche. I wonder where the 4.8 rating on Google comes from.

22/04/2026: We've been going to La Pause Gourmande for three years now. Morning coffee or takeaway meals, and this year we're having lunch there. Super friendly welcome, excellent value for money. Homemade. A must-try! 😊
