02/09/2024: The staff was very welcoming, smiling and friendly! The room is clean, it does what is asked of it, no more, no less. Big plus for the very nice bathroom mirror. Top transient hotel, well located. The only big shocking point: no small brush in the 🚽 on order from Campanile headquarters (????). Apart from adding work on the shoulders of the maintenance staff, I don't see the point of such a measure, it's a shame.
25/08/2024: Charming roadside hotel. It is nice, the staff is very friendly, economical but much better than others, both the rooms and the premises are very clean, you can park your car inside and it closes at night.

25/08/2024: Unfortunately completely disappointed with the hotel. It was visited as part of a bus trip, so we didn't choose it ourselves, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have stayed there overnight. The hotel is located far outside surrounded by ruins. The rooms were dirty, others weren't even made ready. A very unpleasant smell in the rooms. Broken curtains and mattresses. The bathroom was a complete disaster. Extremely narrow, old and above all unclean. That doesn't work in the bathroom at all. With blue light you could still see what the predecessor had left behind. We were lucky enough to have a desk and therefore a little more space; others, as written in some previous reviews, couldn't even unpack their suitcases. There wasn't really a closet, just a shelf, which we had to clean first. We were really considering moving to a nearby B&B. The next day nothing was done in the room, neither the beds, nor the cleaning, nor the trash emptied. Only when asked was the trash can emptied the next day and the towels changed. But nothing else. Lack of staff or not, and taking into account various standards abroad, none of this is acceptable. Especially when it comes to hygiene! Breakfast wasn't really good either, baked baguettes with some sausage and cheese. Only the croissants were ok. As part of the trip we had half board, i.e. dinner. A la carte might be better, but what we got was nothing. Goulash with pasta, meat with rice are really not a showcase for the otherwise highly praised French cuisine. Here, too, our expectations were NOT a 3-star menu, but down-to-earth good would have been nice. There were no vegetables or fruit for the entire 5 days. There were no alternatives for vegetarians or even an overview of the ingredients of the dishes. Unfortunately, many people today have to know what they eat due to allergies and intolerances. Staff overall not very friendly either. Drink prices are completely exorbitant. No response to complaints about fermented wine. In general we had a feeling of arrogance and haughtiness. Unfortunately I have to write it so clearly! We would give the hotel a wide berth next time.
02/08/2024: Copy of email sent to general management I am contacting you regarding the inappropriate behavior of the manager of this hotel. My wife and I arrived at 4 a.m. Wednesday July 30, 2024. We were greeted by the night watchman (after calling him on his cell phone, phone number being written on the door). He was personable, pleasant and efficient. He told us the price of the room was 45 EUR, then gave us room 104. I wanted to pay for the room and give him my credit card and my ID, he told me that we could do that tomorrow at check out. I took the opportunity to ask for the check out times, he told me 12 p.m. and that if I ever lingered a little, he wouldn't hold it against me. He wrote my name on a post it with the rate and room number. I asked him if the motorbike parked on the side near the entrance wasn't in the way, he told me it wasn't a problem. I went to bed, it was 4 a.m. When I woke up around 9:30 a.m. I went to reception and a lady introducing herself as the manager welcomed me. I had 3 problems: The post it with the price has disappeared. I was asked for 55 eur instead of 45 eur, you will tell me it is only 10 eur difference but I insist on the principle... She called me a liar and refused to contact the night watchman to ask him the question. She took the opportunity to say: “It’s always the problems with you”. This is the first time I have set foot in this hotel and in the region. I dare to hope that this remark has nothing to do with any remark about my origins.. She immediately said that check out is at 11 a.m., I told her that I was planning to leave well before but that the bellman told me it was 12 p.m. She then reproached me for having parked along the hedge near the front door even though I had asked for permission, that the vehicle did not obstruct access in any way and that it was for a safety issue. (camera in front of reception). The director called me a liar on several occasions for these 3 points... I finally paid the 45 EUR with totally inappropriate remarks. I had to move the vehicle. I had to leave the room early even though it was planned... I called back the night watchman who confirmed the 3 points stated above and who fully assumes his instructions and does not understand the actions of this lady. Apparently this isn't the first time... I am appealing to you to find out if the general management intends to do something about this. Sincerely. So I pass on the dilapidation of the room, the separate beds, the cleaning ladies who speak out loud at 8:30 in the morning...

The atmosphere is great, the people who come here are at their best, well dressed, most of them respectful ✨ The bartenders were great, efficient! (great thanks to Flavie 👋🏼) In short, all in all, you can have a great evening if you are accompanied by your friends 😁
27/08/2024: I think we're on the worst box I've ever done. A “DJ” who changes every 30 seconds, no transition, the music is catastrophic. The attendance is very very young, welcome to the pointers. No, frankly, for pity’s sake, avoid this “box”. With all due respect, it's busted.

25/08/2024: Déjeuner du 21/08/24, L'accueil est correct sans plus, service un peu en dent de scie, serveuse qui va souvent en cuisine demander comme si quelque chose était comme "grippé" dans l'organisation. Les crêpes étaient bonnes mais manquaient un peu de quantité sur les garnitures surtout au vu des tarifs pour moi relativement cher... même plus qu'intramuros : presque 14 euros les 75 cl de cidre en bouteille un record durant notre séjour en Bretagne de 5 jours. En conclusion : bon mais assez cher pour moi.
23/08/2024: Nous avons été très déçus de notre visite. J’avais commandé une crêpe aux Saint-Jacques avec fondue de poireaux. La fondue de poireaux s’est avéré être une fondue d’échalotes (d’après le patron) et il n’y avait pas de poireaux. Les coquilles Saint-Jacques étaient trop cuites. L’attente était interminable et les plats arrivaient pas en même temps. L’ambiance était particulièrement pesante car toute la salle attendait son plat depuis un long moment. Nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert tellement l’attente a été longue pour les plats, juste pour des galettes…. Malgré la sympathie du patron, nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne conseillons pas.

30/09/2024: We had buffets for our wedding and we were all surprised and delighted. There was something for everyone, everything was good and tasty. Everything was well thought out, even the little signs. The homemade sauces and different breads were a great success, everything was perfect. Several of my guests asked me the name of the caterer and I gave your name. Thank you, the team was also great and very attentive.
15/07/2024: Warm and professional welcome. I came to organize a buffet for 25 people (from aperitif to dessert) and the team tailor-made to my needs. The pastry chef even created a birthday cake according to all my criteria and it was delicious! From the aperitif to the dessert, it was a success for all my guests! Impeccable remote delivery, on time and very well organized. I wholeheartedly recommend the services of this team from the Bureau des Saveurs de Mouazé, which also has a very relevant ecological and anti-waste approach.

28/08/2024: I wanted to come and eat with my family and the waiter simply refused to serve us under the pretext that we had drinks purchased in the establishment next door. Drink which offers no competition since it is bubble tea! If they still sold some I understand but apart from coca cola… Anyway, refusing to serve customers, I believe this is directly opposed to article 121-11 of the Consumer Code “it is prohibited to refuse the sale of a product or service to a consumer” Clearly, an establishment to avoid, I have never seen that!

16/08/2024: Très décevant. Service incompétent et déplorable. Cuisine de qualité moyenne. Par exemple avec une assiette de fruits de mer, pas de fourchette à huîtres, pas de cuillère dans le petit verre de mayonnaise.pas de pince pour casser la patte de crabe et de l’eau dans l’assiette ce qui rendait nécessaire l’usage d’une autre assiette pour manger le crabe. Service du vin déplorable bref une mauvaise gestion du service. C’est dommage car le cadre est superbe.

28/06/2024: A good place to enjoy a hot or cold drink depending on the season! One of the only places in St Malo where you can find smoothies to enjoy hot weather and a nearby beach! Very nice, even if a little lack of enthusiasm the last time I came. “Smile, life is beautiful!” But very good concept 👍🧉
16/06/2024: We have just chosen this establishment for a family drink. The waitress (young blonde girl) shows signs of impatience while we read the menus in order to choose our drinks. Already an unpleasant experience, but we pass. We sit outside, the waitress places our drinks on the table. The cobblestone floor makes the stability of the table questionable. The coffee spills, we go back and order another coffee, for which we are charged again. Not very commercial. My partner ordered a machiatto, cup size, we wonder if there is a joke? My daughter ordered an apple juice, the can arrived really dirty. The toilets have no paper or soap. After reporting this to the sellers, no one went to fill the dispensers. We won't come back.

05/08/2024: Saturday August 3, 2024, we bought a far at the La Baguette Bénédictine bakery. The very kind saleswoman says that we are lucky the far is already cut. What a surprise when opening the box to find a cake reconstituted with a slice of another cake! I don't find it very commercial and doesn't make me want to go back.
02/08/2024: Bakery itself not bad. But don't make any effort to understand tourists. My French is certainly not perfect, but a simple order in French should be easy to understand.
