28/09/2024: Our host were absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. Dinner was exquisite. Rooms were very comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. Definitely the place to stay and dine if you are in Bourgoin-Jailleu.

20/09/2024: The staff is excellent and accommodating. The restoration is surprising We will come back to this if necessary. The setting is not perfect but that is quickly forgotten.

Midi et soir Journée au top Personnels au top ( surtout merci a toi Theo pour ton sourir. Tu as toujours été présent pour nous servir. T as géré grave. Bravo. 03/12/2023: I had known Balou for many years as a loyal customer. Having moved it had been a long time since I had returned there, so I was happy. WE arrived around 7:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, there was a table behind us that was almost finished. The very smiling waitress comes to take the drinks quickly, she will take orders around 8 p.m. Then a long wait begins, we see people arriving well after us served before. .The first plates will be served at 9:45 p.m. only two, the others will arrive in dribs and drabs to the point that we all ate out of time... too bad for an end-of-year meal. The food is good but not exceptional, there is a choice and the prices are correct. It's a shame that the service was so long, we were not offered to have another drink, we were brought water and bread because we asked. Given the wait, no one dared to have dessert..
