01/12/2024: We stayed one night in this hotel, 6 people plus a baby. It was a very nice discovery. A small, quiet inn, with very attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable, quiet. We feel good there Excellent restaurant with good quantities for a very reasonable price, good breakfast with oranges that can be squeezed, extra jams, croissant, pain au chocolat faitselle, fruit salad. Super and without frills! A small inn as we like them in a magnificent setting. A huge thank you!

26/11/2024: We had a superb evening last night until this morning from November 25 to 26, a gift given by our children for my husband's birthday, well eaten, very good food, hearty breakfast!!! 30/07/2024: +20 years of experience with zero professionalism in customer service. This restaurant owner was rude and treated me like untouchable throughout the few minutes in the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, the restaurateur refused my request for a few tables even though there were some available, and this for no good reason. When I asked him why he couldn't place us at the tables that were free and not reserved he replied that he wanted to keep them in case others would arrive. That said, he chose to refuse a secure client and forgo this income simply because he wanted to do it that way. I felt that he was prejudiced against me and what's more, he didn't even make an effort to hide it. I quickly lost my appetite for eating at this place but I wanted to make him understand that his behavior was not in the right direction of a business that derives its future from welcoming and pleasing customers. I spoke to him about this fact, and unsurprisingly he was incorrigible in his attitude and he even went so far as to say that he was happy that I was going somewhere else. Which is easy to do because the village square is surrounded by other restaurants. Going elsewhere didn't bother me in the slightest and I was pleasantly welcomed just a few steps from this restaurant. But for the principle of cause and effect of customer service I leave this customer review. Prospective clients should know about my experience and they don't deserve this same treatment. Although this restaurateur has years in this type of industry, what he didn't know is that I too spent years in this same industry and what's more, I ate in a myriad of restaurants around the world. I know well, not only the restaurant world but also customer service, what should be done and what is unacceptable. The treatment at this establishment was inexcusable. If you have the choice I advise you to look elsewhere to eat when in Villard de Lans.

11/07/2024: A pure moment of delight with my husband. Fresh products, sublimely prepared by LA CHEFFE. The rillette is a pure sweetness in the mouth, and the dishes are a treat. 09/09/2024: Very nice little music bar in Villard de Lans! There are regularly scheduled concerts there, we had a drink there with my brother The atmosphere is warm, the drinks and tapas menu is quite extensive, there are even pizzas. Unfortunately we couldn't attend the concert, but it's the only bar that offers this kind of concept in the area, very nice!
