08/09/2024: Dirty smell, carpet stain, limescale, dust, dirty, no bedside lamp, no socket near the bed, torn curtain, leaking wall stain, door handle that doesn't hold, dirty switch in short... Doesn't deserve 3 stars, it's a hoax!! Corridor !!! No/no more fire alarm, door open to technical room, window held with tape!!!! In a word, OLD, it makes you wonder if it's not a business to get stars... a few photos but I could add so many more!!!

15/09/2024: Too bad when we came to Nouan-le-Fuzelier the restaurant was closed of course he must rest next time I take my vacation depending on the opening of the restaurant

Place renovated and clean overall (presence of nebula bugs to report anyway.
Breakfast with little choice.
31/03/2024: No sound insulation, we were able to enjoy the neighbor's telephone conversation in the evening and be woken up in the early morning by all her comings and goings.
Musty smell in the room and dirty floor
Shower with cold water
Paid parking but very poorly arranged
Price paid 160€ per night this establishment is not even worth half of it
They happily abuse their proximity to the zoo.
To summarize, an establishment to avoid!

11/08/2024: Unpleasant boss, cup of coffee with ashes and very dirty, the boss is always slumped on her counter with a beer with her customers. You should have stayed on the other side of the counter!
16/07/2024: Very nice little place in the heart of the center of Muides. Drink a little coffee on the terrace while chatting in the sun. Nothing more pleasant. Friendly boss and never runs out of laughter...

08/09/2024: This hotel had its heyday today it is very dilapidated. It now needs a major renovation to be very welcoming again.
The bedding is correct, the bathroom is large but not all the equipment is satisfactory (obsolete).
However the air conditioning worked well.
The breakfast was OK, nothing more.
To sleep there for one night it was enough for us, for a longer stay we would have gone our way...

07/11/2024: A shame to offer such dishes.
The starters can go and the same goes for the cheese and dessert part.
On the other hand, the dishes are really very low-end, nothing is homemade.
Everything is industrial but really in economic mode. On the other hand, the price remains high.
Even the children's menu leaves something to be desired: breaded chicken and fries. We really need to realize that we can’t just do that to our children!

C’est vraiment dommage
A éviter en août car en juin nous avions été très bien accueillis

23/09/2024: Accueil et service parfaits malgré une salle (RD et étage remplies un samedi soir).Serveuse souriante et attentive aux demandes des clients. Pizzas et desserts très bien. Soirée correcte.

15/09/2024: We were very disappointed with everything.
From our arrival to departure: cold welcome, no contact. Soulless room, formula 1 breakfast without any local products. Shower with lukewarm or even cold water, no heating in the castle which has lost its history. The room, on the 2nd day, is not made up.
Everything was designed economically.
We will definitely not go back there again.
15/09/2024: Big disappointment. A beautiful castle seen from the outside but soulless inside. Only the structure is preserved, the interior is made up of rooms without history, cold and simplistic.
It is neither a guest room nor a lodging, a simple passing hotel that tells nothing; we expect something else when we go there.
The economy is pushed to its maximum, the rooms are not made the second day, the breakfast is basic when one would expect local products, photo proof to support it.
I do not recommend this place, the positive comments seem misleading to me given the experience we had.
Avoid at all costs.
