22/02/2026: We booked for Valentine's Day and were delighted to discover a beautifully decorated room and a complimentary glass of champagne. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded and thank the staff for this thoughtful touch. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the hotel as a whole, was impeccable. We have absolutely no complaints; well done and thank you to the cleaning team. We dined at the restaurant with a special menu for that evening. Thank you to the chef for the delicious dishes. If I had one comment, it would be about the portion sizes—perhaps not quite enough, but that's just my opinion. The service was pleasant; thank you to the lady and the bartender for their warm welcome and kindness. Thank you also to the reception team, who were professional, friendly, and helpful.

18/02/2026: Very well located, right next to the convention center and the city center is easily accessible on foot. Clean and comfortable room.

03/02/2026: Beautiful, clean city, however, the train station doesn't live up to the city's beauty. There were no signs indicating where the restrooms were; I didn't even see one at the station. The SNCF ticket office was nowhere to be found, and there were no visible signs to locate it or the restrooms.

15/01/2026: Hello. I find it unacceptable to be followed to the Carrefour Market by people on the street asking for money. The store manager made her leave, but the guy was waiting for me. I managed to dodge him for 100 meters, then another young, high kid asked for more money. Where are the security services or the police? It's becoming very annoying. 🙄 I take the train every day, and apart from Fridays when you see security because it's a busy day, it's not very busy.

25/01/2025: Deplorable service, arrogant saleswomen, look down on you and speak badly, and leave your products right in the middle on the counter in bulk, don't even bring them back to the cash register... We ask for a bag, they throw it at us like that, and manage to get your products at the other end of the counter and put them in. Unheard of, having personally worked in a bakery, it is more than unacceptable.

08/10/2025: I went to this restaurant with some colleagues. I ordered a flank steak with pepper sauce. The plate arrived: the meat was swimming in the sauce, I added salt, and I started eating... The meat was already very hard to chew. Halfway through, I noticed a really strange taste and an abnormal texture and color. I called the waiter (visibly annoyed) to let him know. He replied, "That's weird, we've served a lot since lunch :)"... No apology. He said he'd look into it, but only came back to ask for hot drinks, without another word about the meat. I ordered a coffee and dessert, and then he said, "I'll get you the coffee." Seriously? A €1.50 coffee to compensate for inedible meat? At the cashier, I calmly explained to the blonde woman what had happened. I had the same reaction: surprised, she replied that I should have reported it from the beginning. No, madam, they should have definitely not served questionable meat. And once again, I'm told that coffee is free! Result: €23 for dessert, a free coffee, and probably a one-way ticket to a stomach ache. A real disappointment!!!!!

07/10/2025: The Brasserie des Fonderies is a very pleasant surprise. The dishes are delicious, the desserts generous, and the service is warm and efficient despite the number of customers to serve at lunchtime. All at a reasonable price: we'll be back!

14/12/2025: If you’re brown don’t expect a decent service from this place, today I was seating in their in their terrace for more than 15 minutes and nobody approached me… disgraceful

30/09/2025: It's really not good, there was a piece of meat that I couldn't even eat, it was tough, I don't recommend it.

26/09/2025: Very good kebab, and the fries are excellent, even if they're industrial. Very good white sauce. As for the setting, it's a kebab shop, so it's pretty basic but effective.

02/10/2024: We eat very well. Nice corner. Smiling people. And not too expensive. I would come back.
