But a rogue manager (J.), who rents a private room for €150 for 2 hours, and who charges (without announcing it in advance) a corkage fee more expensive than a bottle of champagne for a bottle opened in the room privatized. A shame to learn this when paying the bill, when we asked them for authorization and the possibility of opening a bottle before arriving.

21/08/2024: My mother had a broken foot after a motorcycle accident and the reception refused to give us ice to deflate her ankle. Supposedly they didn't even have ice cubes even though they have a restaurant in the hotel and therefore necessarily ice cubes.
In addition, the director of the establishment refused to let my mother's motorcycle be left in the hotel parking lot for 10 days, while we organized to come back and pick it up (from Toulouse to Nantes).
Correct room but very big lack of humanity, I do not recommend
25/07/2024: Little corner of paradise to eat peacefully on the terrace, the welcome is good, the price reasonable and the service excellent, we come back regularly with colleagues to enjoy lunch! I highly recommend, the missing star is for the rougail sausage which we have all been missing for 1 month 18 days 36 hours and 18 minutes now, to you Rougail sausage “hats off to the artist” and “hi mate”

I had no complaints about the service: it was quick and the young waiter was friendly. The setting isn't exactly magical, being in a shopping center…
I imagine the wait can vary considerably depending on the time of day and the season…😬
What's certain is that it's not haute cuisine, but it does the job for a quick lunch between noon and 2 pm.

30/08/2024: To begin with, the food is very good. On the other hand, the service of an arrogant waitress like 10 who makes customers feel like they are stupid and that they are bothering the lady is unacceptable...she rolled her eyes and whined. So, even though we ate very well (before canceling the dessert since after more than two hours we were still waiting to receive it)... for the sad service, we are not going to refer this restaurant.

Dispone di ampie sale interne ben arredate (in stile pub irlandese).
Ambiente accogliente.
Il locale serve entrecôte molto buone; discrete le insalate; più che sufficienti le patatine fritte servite in quantità estremamente generose.
Mise en place sobria (tovagliette di carta); impiattamenti tradizionali.
Personale molto cortese ed efficiente.
31/08/2024: Tres déçue habituée aux restaurants de l’entrecôte à paris celle ci n est qu un pâle reflet certes il y a la queue un réchaud pour la viande
Mais la comparaison a arrêté la
La viande était dure et nerveuse on l à revoter certes ils nous l ont remplacé et la 2eme fournée était meilleure
Les frites mollassonnes et les profiteroles bof !
Vivement mon retour sur Paris pour aller au relais de Venise pour moi seule entrecôte

21/08/2024: A good restaurant with quality products and clarity on the provenance on the menu. It's a real plus.
The food is good, the waiting time is reasonable considering the preparations for the different dishes.
The place is harmonious and the decoration is very neat.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because the waiter (certainly a beginner) didn't know the menu well and lacked a certain amount of interpersonal skills in his responses. Nevertheless, he was very nice.
We will come back, thank you for your work.
19/07/2024: We are regulars at 1 located on the banks of the Loire in Nantes. We went there in July and were once again very satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, the room is pleasant and has recently been redone. The dishes are tasty, made with fresh produce. The service is attentive and efficient. All with very good value for money. An address that we recommend.

01/09/2024: HORRIBLE SERVICE. The manager was rude to us and told us to get out or order because people are waiting when there were tables available. They have no vegan options for food or milk. Don’t go here.
01/09/2024: We went with a group for a brunch and not only were they very unpleasant, but when we were trying to order Vegan food, which was almost impossible, the manager came to our table, very rudely.
Form, asking us to finish ordering now.
An overwhelming atmosphere, a lot of people, 0 ventilation, no air conditioning or a single fan, recommendation 0… Very very poor not only in the service, but also in price and food.
