13/02/2026: The atmosphere is fantastic, the decor is cool, and the room is very spacious! The staff is very friendly.
It's in a great location overlooking the Loire River, and the terraces are lovely in the summer.
However, the prices are generally too high. Expect to pay €9.50 for a pint of IPA, and at least €16.90 for a burger and fries.

14/02/2026: They refused to let my pregnant wife use the toilet! And it wasn't for lack of having made it clear.

The servers are always smiling and welcoming.
The prices are very attractive and the atmosphere is great.
What could be better than coming here to share a coffee for a serious conversation or simply enjoy a beer with friends?
I highly recommend Royal Café!

Fred always has a smile and a welcoming spirit.
This restaurant, nestled in the heart of the SNUC, is a real gem.
You can also organize parties there and enjoy the large terrace.

11/02/2026: A lovely building with a terrace overlooking the park. A pleasant place to have a drink or tea with pastries. A few dishes are also offered on the daily specials board.
09/02/2026: It was for coffee, but I'd love to come back for lunch because the aromas were so tempting. The tables overlooking the park must be lovely for lunch.

27/01/2025: Friendly, no-fuss atmosphere, ideal for a meal with colleagues. The tartare accompanied by new potatoes was incredibly thin but hearty!
09/12/2024: Please note, this establishment only serves light meals in the evening (croque monsieur and desserts), the full menu is available at lunchtime. The bar is open all day.
The croque-monsieur are decent for the price, it helps out well.

13/12/2025: Reservation made a month ago for 10 people for December 13th at 8pm. It's December 13th, I'm standing in front of the restaurant and it's closed, and nobody told us... shameful!!

The welcome and service were impeccable 👌🏻 The food was bursting with flavor, homemade and seasonal 🍂 We thoroughly enjoyed it 😋

18/10/2025: I went there twice with my ex-boyfriend and it was really great in terms of food and welcome. Really excellent restaurant.
18/09/2025: Unfortunately, the office didn't open until 4 p.m. in September, and the pool closed on September 15th, even though it was still 28 to 30 degrees Celsius. Because we didn't feel like waiting an hour and a half and were also annoyed by the pool closing, we moved to Camping Bon Port in Lunel.

28/10/2025: This is a place I really love. The appetizers and desserts are all-you-can-eat. The meats are cooked over a wood fire. The portions are generous, without being overly large. You leave feeling satisfied, but not heavy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is attentive.
In short, a very nice place.
