01/09/2026: I was blown away. Used to lengthy descriptions for a simple beef dish or fish preparation, I chose an ultra-simple dish, thinking it would be a good challenge in the kitchen. I was stunned by my dish: impeccable presentation, a generous portion, but above all, subtle nuances, simple yet sophisticated flavors, a surprise from the very first bite, and a second bite to confirm that incredible surprise. Thank you to the chef and his team, thank you to the service. I can't wait to come back.

13/08/2026: A small, local restaurant with excellent cuisine. The beef carpaccio and the seafood salad were outstanding. The service was very friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended!

11/08/2026: We came to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday on Sunday at lunchtime. There were 10 of us, and we dined outdoors. Everything was perfect. The welcome, the service, and all the dishes were excellent. Thank you very much.

08/08/2026: A restaurant that deserves more than 5 stars. The dishes are excellent and in reasonable portions. The menu is simple, and you won't be overwhelmed when choosing. We'll miss you here in Courtenay.

23/08/2026: Upon arrival, the owner was particularly unpleasant regarding our reservation. We ended up having dinner right next to the kitchens, which was truly unpleasant and certainly not what had been agreed upon when we made the reservation. We were celebrating a birthday, and instead of having a pleasant time, we felt like we'd been put in a corner, in a stuffy conservatory next to the kitchens. This was all the more disappointing as we had taken the precaution of booking in advance for this special occasion. The service was clearly strained, and this was evident throughout the meal, with a real lack of kindness and friendliness. As for the food, unfortunately, nothing exceptional. We came on a recommendation and expected much better. In the end, we were disappointed by the entire experience. For €145 for two, without cheese or dessert, we feel the value for money is absolutely not up to par. A word of advice: put a little more smile on your plates and in your dining room; it might make the bill easier to swallow.

You were always available and offered us dishes that were a hit with all our guests. We wanted to make a lasting impression, and you succeeded! The team was fantastic, efficient, and able to adapt to the heatwave and the slightly delayed schedule. Special mention for the excellent "gourmet champagne" idea 🥂, a delightful way to end the meal and a welcome change from the traditional gourmet coffee! A place to remember and where we will gladly return.

23/08/2026: Good food, a little too many potatoes. The service was good because they were very quick both in serving us and finding us a table (you can't reserve).

23/08/2026: The food was brilliant we really enjoyed the atmosphere and we had fun. Sadly the waiting staff showed no interest. There are 8 in our party and we got one starter first and the rest bar one came 45mins later the last over an hour although they were all very nice . Our mains came after just under 2 hours and again where great We waited 30mins for a knife and the same for mayo Now this was a great meal we all enjoyed it just wasn’t the right staff presenting it. The waitress In charge was working so hard and if it wasn’t for her we would have walked we could see she really cared but wasn’t getting any help from any of her staff. She deserves a medal, she’s a star……….i hope her employer can see how valuable she is to there business….

21/07/2026: Warm welcome, 90s decor. A 90s vibe. The appetizer was a success, but would the food live up to it? Yes, indeed! The food was very good. The icing on the cake: you can choose the restaurant's music. Plus, there's a contest running. Very good, I recommend it.
